Raw chicken kebab! And a dirty shop looks disgusting, wouldn’t touch this place with a barge poll, need to close tf down and be replaced with something good! Gtfo out

One item was missing (lamb dinner kebab), and when it arrived, it came with items which weren’t selected. I got a lot of ferried from the other half from this (who had previously ordered from you and had a good experience), so having to cop the flak for this. Next time he can order direct from you - I won’t be.

Have come here few times for chicken, chips and kebabs and always great .just tried pizza and will be getting many more as one of best ham n pineapple pizzas I've ever got from takeaway. As always exceptional service and staff are friendly and nothing is too much . Would recommend trying them if you haven't already and definitely recommend their puzz too

Disgusting. Wasted my money as I couldn't even touch my food after I saw them touch my food with bare dirty hands.

Forgot to deliver 3 x chips , only received 2 . Received 3rd 10 minutes later

Food quality was appalling, chips were stale, lettuce on burger had gone off, ribs were almost bare. Overall very unhappy with my experience, I have eaten here years ago and it was brilliant. Never again.

Food lovely, delivery ; lovely driver and he always checks just in case im working bless him! Hubby says pizza was warm, hence the 4 stars.

Oh dear... not so good... chicken not cooked properly had to leave most of it, cod and chips ... fish portion very small, and not cooked properly different driver, so had no idea of our likes, but delivery ok.

It’s was cold and I didn’t asked for salad.

Paid for an "X large" kebab that I'd just about consider a large based on most places, if thats extra large then i'm Elon Musk. Meat was freezing cold, despite the fact I live less than 5 minutes away. They covered the kebab in freezing cold salad including coleslaw, when all I selected was onions. Severely disappointed

A bit disappointed this time round. Food was delivered half an hour early, which was a bit of a pain. Then I found that the garlic bread with cheese and ham wasn't garlic bread, but was a pizza base. So in fact it was a cheese pizza with ham and cheese and garlic. I've had the garlic bread with ham and cheese before from here and it was the proper bread. I don't like pizza, but I tried to eat it it anyway. Threw half away, though. It just isn't the same as proper garlic bread. The Vegeburger was Ok, but lukewarm and a bit too mushy. Made me wish I'd chosen the beef burger. Chips were Ok, but more like fries. I ended up leaving most of those too. So not so good all in all. Pity, as my first order from here, of the same meal, was superb.

Fantastic food and great customer service! If you feel like a cheeky treat I can highly recommend this place. The staff are always friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. Smallest extra large kebab I’ve ever seen! I asked for just onions and got all the salad anyway. Delivered in 10 minutes but cold. Clearly not freshly prepared. Very disappointing, won’t be ordering from here again.

Restaurant should read the order times…

The food is usually really good from here. Burger was great as always but the chips were really soggy. Normally they’re so crisp and fresh but unfortunately that was not the case today which was very disappointing.

Chicken burger was rubbish, like something from Aldi, tough as leather, that's me done, never using you again.

Ordered for 7.10pm but came 30 minutes early!!!!

I've ordered from them twice both times they forgot part of my order the 2nd time the chicken was under cooked

NOT GOOD! Less than an hour ago, this place served me part cooked chicken in a wrap. After the 2nd bite, the cuts were bouncing around in my mouth made me want to throw up. I returned it to the shop then they tried to offer me a replaceement, they didn't even look sorry let alone bothering to apologise. I took my money back. Hope I don't sick.

Went here on news yesterday day when many places were closed. The food was lovely we choose an extra large doner kebab and a large chicken shish kebab. Both were delicious its now my partners favorite chicken kebab place. The price was as expected for the food we ordered. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Ordered 2 kebabs. Was very, very bland and cold by the time I walked it home (about 5 minutes away) Doesn’t come across as the cleanest place either. Will most likely not return.

Food was late and not very warm.

All the local restaurants were either full or had no outdoor tables; important in these covid times. My wife and I decided to turn the clock back forty years, become hungry young students again and have a pizza and a chicken shish kebab. An uncomplicated snack in complicated times. The staff were so friendly. The doors were open(safer for covid)and the tables beckoned us. We sat down, watched the evening traffic drift by, familiar sounds of buses and students returning from campus. We could have been back in Edinburgh, eagerly looking forward to a weekend of parties and friends. The food was delicious, piping hot and well prepared. If only they had a licence to sell wine! As we left and said goodbye, all of the staff stopped to say goodbye and smiled. A nostalgic simple but tasty evening meal. We will be back.

I can't say to much because I've only ever picked up a small portion of fries as a treat with my son The guys who Has served us both times we've been is ovely, great with kids gave my son a fruit shoot when he was having a hard time waiting in the queue It's a pretty classic kebab, pizza, and chicken shop open late and convenient

My food came just after 7pm I ordered a cheeseburger meal but was given a chicken burger, phoned the takeaway to say my order was wrong but they never answered the line was busy, I kept trying to call back but the line was still busy for ages. I gave up trying to ring them around 9pm.

Food was good it arrived 25 minutes early. On this occasion it didn’t matter. Delivery service was polite. Food was good .will order again.

I have eaten donar/wrap/kebab from southbourne fried chicken for 12 months min. Until today/new owner/chef the food was fine. After today’s order I won’t return. Horrible.

Food was very good, all cooked to perfection and arrived very quickly. Food was hot on arrival and very tasty.. Only thing I dislike is the chilli sauce is kept chilled very cold which makes the food go cold very quickly and is an unpleasant mixture with the hot food. But overall very pleased and great food and service

Delivery: Fast, food hot, polystyrene containers (boo, think of the fishes). [3/5] Chicken sandwich, cheese: Very dry tough chicken, only salad was lettuce which was very thin, no cheese. Couldn't eat. [1/5] Wedges: Tougher than normal, too hot when put in polystyrene container and had melted plastic on wedges. [2/5] Fried chicken: Tasted alright, slightly dry, only part of meal I finished. [4/5]

Avoid. There's a decent kebab place 10 minutes walk away, likewise fish-n-chips, so no need to go here.

Only problem is that the leaflet about the menu sent to local houses this week states that free delivery on orders over £8. However the on-line order only gives free delivery at a higher order value around £10-11.

Chicken wrap was ok. Chips were really poor quality. The chicken wings were not gd either, no taste and slighty over cooked. Best part of the meal was the rio drink lol. Also none of the staff were wearing masks or gloves. Not following the rules.

Pedí dos hamburguesas de pollo con mayonesa y abrí la hamburguesa y se veía increíble, pero no te dejes engañar. Cuando recogí la hamburguesa, estaba empapada en el fondo y las papas fritas eran horribles, el pollo en el burge era estúpidamente grande como si tuvieras un tamaño decente y luego simplemente ridículo. El pollo sabía desactualizado. No es lo suficientemente bueno para el precio que pagué, no lo recomendaría.

I specifically rang up before I placed my order to tell them what salad I wanted on my burger and it got here cold, disgusting full of tomatoes and cucumber which I never even asked for. Best thing about the meal was the coke! Disgusting good and cold inedible

Inedible chips and chicken, ridiculous price, bad service

Hi. For £ 5.50 I get one rib smelly, stale only bone. Mix kebab £10 without chicken , with lettuce and onions without tomatoes and cucumbers not separated in a separate container.

There is good team and quality of food
