They do lovely Burgers, big boss . And the chips are delicious. Had a takeaway today ordered from Uber eats. Burgers were good but bread seemed to be not that fresh. Still was good but I had much better results before.

Just don’t get the strip platter and the medium sauce, we got home with our takeaway and everyone agreed that it smelt like vomit. I thought I’d brave it and it might just be the smell but no, the aftertaste was also that of vomit. I don’t know if the sauce was off or the chicken was off or if the workers have a broken sense of smell but overall just a super off putting meal and really not worth the money, ended up chucking all the chicken away and enjoying some under seasoned chips

Roosters is always great quality food. Best peri peri going. The wings are amazing and the lamb pitta/ wraps are spot on. Generous with meat, seasoning and sauce. Never had a bad experience

Food was ok, tasted dry if I'm honest, I ordered the grilled chicken with rice and it was just lacklustre and the sauce was hardly there on the chicken. That being said, the girls who were running the place on the day we went in were lovely and polite, good customer service.

Really disappointed as usually delivery is prompt and the food is nice! However, today I put my order through at 6.30pm with estimated delivery between 7.10pm-7.30pm. 8pm and still no sign of it, no reply from Roosters when I called twice. Eventually food turned up an hour late and freezing cold!! Currently now waiting for a refund! A massive shame as we usually enjoy roosters

Ridiculously late. Food was cold. And the restaurant lied to us twice when chasing our order, including ignoring the first number we called on, so that we had to use a second phone to get through. Absolutely diabolical!

I ordered box meal and chicken through just eat app in this restaurant. Delivery is owned by this restaurant not by the app. They took around 1.5 hours for Delivery and food also half cooked. It is waste of money and hence raised refund request in just eat app.

Very disappointed I ordered the rice box with lemon and herbs chicken there was only 3 small fillets of chicken and the rice was absolutely vile it was so spicy I couldn’t eat my meal I am heavily pregnant and still hungry I phoned the restaurant and was told it says on just eat spicy rice well no it doesn’t it is completely inaccurate experience ruined my night wasted my money should of stuck to my usual takeaways anyway they wouldn’t give me refund or do anything really not happy and will never use them again now!

Very overpriced for ok food. I’ve ordered many times over the years and sadly noticed a decline. £4.00 for the smallest bag of chips! They have literally halved the chip portion recently! Honestly McDonald’s is as good and a third of the price!

I ordered my food at 19.56. The estimated delivery time was 20.35 - 20.55. Actual delivery time was 20.36. This is disgraceful. I would like a refund.

We ordered a full peri peri chicken Lebanese flavour with peri chips and potato wedges plus a side mixed salad. Overall, we we're happy customers, two of us managed to eat 3/4 qtrs of the chicken and left perhaps half the chips. Constructive criticism, £3.99 for a mixed salad, I would expect ALOT more than a little tub you usually get for free with a starter type dish.

This place has recently changed owners, the place is much better now, the quality of the food has improved and the service is a 10+! I recommend everyone to try this place. I travel from Amsterdam to London and this has become our place to go for our next visits!

The food was delicious and timed well. I had the chicken thighs, rice, mash potato and peri fries. The fries portion was tasty but was on the smaller side and a little dry. The mash potato and rice was also lovely but again on the small side. In any case, it was otherwise good quality and flavoured well and would definitely order again.

The chicken was spoiled with that poignant sauce. The wedges were ok. (Although, I was pondering over the size of 'quarter' for a chicken -- a leg and two strips ain't make a 'quarter'!)

Delivery was 20-25 minutes later than their expected late time. I Ordered: Chicken Wrap Meal Deal - 3* - I have had much better Chicken Wraps before. Piri Piri Fries - 5* - Comparative to Nandos. Really good. Half Chicken Meal Deal - 3* - I have had better Chicken. Sauce was slightly above average. Oreo Milkshake - 3* - Nothing special.

I bought beef wrap and it was good but a bit grisly. Tried it because I normally have chicken wraps. The chips are normally nice and crispy, but this time they were soggy, not good. Also, I'm not sure, but the avocado tasted a bit off. Had to bin half the packet as it tasted really weird, not to my liking. I should have stuck to my regular chicken wrap meal. :(

Very good chicken, well cooked and good taste

The low restaurant score is attributable to the lateness of the food. I was almost late because I was waiting for the delivery. When I called to complain, they revised the delivery estimate on the website so they weren’t so “late”. It’s all well and good to be sorry for the drivers lateness- but how about a real change so it isn’t a constant complaint from your customers?

Unfortunately the food was not quite the same, the chicken was rock hard and portions of sides were small. No sauces were included either so we were all disappointed with the meal unfortunately. Not sure I will order again for a while :(
