En la vida tienes una oportunidad de hacer las cosas bien, especialmente en un negocio de servicio al cliente. Llegamos al restaurante y estábamos sentados y mostramos los menús. Escogimos dos cócteles y una botella de vino que tristemente no estaba disponible, así que en segundo lugar estaba el Malbec ... Dejado en la mesa... Dimos nuestros entrantes y la red. . . Subieron la velocidad warp grandes arrancadores... Aún no hay cócteles. . . Un empujón y luego aparecieron... una disculpa y sobre la casa... Todavía no es el punto . . mi filete medio raro . . perfecto . . mi esposa es medio bien . . omg . . que había cortado la arteria carótida su placa estaba nadando . . Enviado de vuelta. 10 minutos después... Llegué de vuelta y muy bueno pero mientras tanto había terminado. . 🙈. . Terminamos las placas despejadas... 40 minutos después todavía no hay menús para el desierto. . . Pedí la cuenta y me fui. Una verdadera pena que la zona necesita buenos restaurantes

Unfortunately, the staff were not friendly at all. I asked one of them several times to bring something, but he just looked at me and then turned away without saying a word. This happened more than once, and overall the service was disappointing. Definitely not a welcoming atmosphere

Bursa kebab served on a platter which skated across the table making it difficult to cut the stale pitta bread. Sub standard meat drenched in a tomato sauce.

Good food, polite staff, nice atmosphere.

Good concert hall. Old but nice & variety of concerts for all ages.

The food is amazing. Service very friendly.

Unfortunately first and last time. Waited 10 minutes for a table, which was fine, ordered food and drinks, 15 minutes wait for first drink then brought my husband’s orange juice and we had to ask for his tea, not quite sure why all the drinks were not brought out together. Having waited 40 minutes and no food arrived, despite people that came in after us were sat eating I was informed that it was because I was having eggs!!!!! Sausage sandwich and scrambled eggs arrived. I ordered poached eggs. Needless to say I offered to pay for our drinks but said we would not be eating as after the long wait wasn’t going to sit another 40 minutes. They didn’t charge us for our drinks but the whole experience put us off going again. It is animal friendly, we are animal lovers but there was a lady with a dog that she let walk on the table and it also weed on the floor and if the manager hadn’t noticed they would not have said anything. Such a shame as we prefer to use independent shops

We absolutely loved Derry. Everywhere the people were friendly and welcoming The exception would have to be this place. Dismissive staff and an atmosphere that didn’t make you feel comfortable. Definitely give it a miss
