Pessimo, sporco, da chiudere. Appartenente un hotel ma in pratica un incubo. Molto vecchio e solo parzialmente rimesso a posto. Pavimento sportivo. Armadio con indumenti di alle persone. Un calzino sotto un mobile. Materasso sfondato.

Very welcoming cafe. The warm Bara Brith in particular was really good, with Good coffees and gas as well. Staff excellent. Gift shop also really Good.

Alana is a scam artist. Sends damaged squashed and disgusting cakes and then refuses to refund, would not order again from these people

Hilary, who is disabled, and I were staying locally in our caravan (not for the first time). A very good friend of our drove over from Sheffield and we decided to go out for Sunday lunch. We went into Bala and parked outside Sospan Fach (that we had been happy to use on a previous visit). We had a drink each, Sunday Roast (Pork), Scampi Chips and Salad and a Ham Ploughmans. All well cooked and presented, tasty, plentiful and served with a smile. We were sitting chatting about to leave when the lady brought the Sweet Menu so we had Berry Pancakes and Cream, Eton Mess and Sherry Trifle. I paid and was more than happy with the cost for three of us to have had an enjoyable meal. I cannot understand the low score and might have to try some of the other places in Bala to see how wonderful they are to have scored higher! Then again I might stick to where I have been well catered for in the past and again today. Keep up the good work.

We ordered 1 scones and butter, 1 Short bread, I hot chocolate with marshmalows and cream and one hot chocolate just basic without the extras. The cafe only had 4 people seated and only us being served. Both hot chocolatrs we made very slowly and served almost cold and it was hard to taste chocolate, more like warm milk with a hint of choclate on top even after the long preperation. The hot chocolates were far worse than the good ones you get in wetherspoons for a third of the price with free refills! Both scones were dry and fell apart when buttered. Overall very disapointing and a waste of money, beware!

Really lovely decorations and friendly staff will be goin there again would highly recommend goin there for a drink

We love this town and, after a long walk through the stunning country side we enjoyed two gorgeous ice creams here. Service with a mile and a nice atmosphere. Thank you

Disgraceful attitude from staff. Extremely rude and offensive. Tables cluttered and not cleared of dirty crockery. Will not visit again.

Visited this bar this evening with friends. Was enjoying a nice drink ( fantastic range ) when asked to move from where we were sitting by group of students who wanted the space to themselves. As locals were quite annoyed when told that town wouldn't survive without them - hence implying they were more important. After somewhat heated discussion left and will not return.

Decent Starbucks as far as they go, the staff were very friendly, and Welsh speaking which is always a plus. The drinks were served quickly and were well made. Only downside is the Starbucks prices but that’s not the fault of this one in particular

Most unhelpful staff (Sharon and supervisor Kate ) I have ever encountered. Credit note given for something that was plainly their fault, note is not going to be used as I will never go there again and would not advise anyone to go there, Amazon is your friend.

Compramos semanalmente en Bangor, tenemos nuestra comida en esta cafetería. Durante meses hemos estado diciendo lo descontentos que hemos estado con la calidad de la comida, la limpieza y los artículos que están fuera de stock e íbamos a buscar en otro lugar que pudiéramos probar. Visitamos como un grupo de 4 - 6 , depende. El personal en las últimas semanas es una gran mejora, la limpieza ha mejorado y la calidad de la comida también, sin embargo, las cosas pueden salir mal, faltan artículos de los platos, las patatas fritas no siempre están lo suficientemente calientes. 20 para una botella de Coca-Cola Dietética es empinado, horario de cierre temprano para un sábado de 4 pm, considerando que el horario de apertura de la tienda es más largo. Do not visit unless you have a lot of time to spare. 5 cars took 20 minutes! Only 2 staff in the building.
