Starbucks Coffee Llandegai in Gwynedd

Do not visit unless you have a lot of time to spare. 5 cars took 20 minutes! Only 2 staff in the building.

Customer service is slow and poor, either in a car or by visiting. Couple of the guys that work there have a wry slap dash attitude - never listen to what you want and always sold out of things - bring back the old team

The Staff were super. Although they were super busy they still managed to get my order correct and served me in a reasonable time. The only criticism I have is the drive through speaker was at times difficult to hear. Will be visiting again.

this visit was nothing short of amazing. As regulars we have been served by everyone who works there. Zoe goes above and beyond in providing an amazing experience as does everyone there. The Cold Brews are amazing everytime as are all the staff. Love you Starbucks Llandygai!!

Friendly courteous staff. Unfortunately the establishment is not cleaned regularly. Toilets not cleaned for at least a week. This morning the floor had not been swept, impossible to have that many crumbs on the floor so early in the day. Bins ( inside and outside) should be emptied without having to ask the staff to do so. The tables not in use due to social distancing are dusty. You could write your name in the dust. This place needs a deep clean and regular cleaning

NO GINGERBREAD :( It’s October! Prime time for a gingerbread flavoured coffee! Unfortunately they didn’t have any and they didn’t know when they were getting any in! GUTTED!

No pumpkin spice latte, stood in a queue after we had ordered and other people behind us got their drinks though they may have pre ordered but it meant they were squashing past us so no social distancing. No chocolate powder left for the cappuccino. Women’s toilet was filthy. Unimpressed.

Drive through cash only. No signs on entrance, so joined the queue and waited my turn. Queue very slow. When I got to the front I was cheerfully informed it was cash only in the drive through. I was then told I could come inside and use the card machine if I wanted to order anyway. I noticed change was handed over without being sterile and CV19 protocols in the shop were very poor. Wake up and smell your own coffee Starbucks Bangor. Most people only have card and need to know your card machine is broken before they join the queue. Some people dont want to come inside and risk running the Starbucks CV19 protocol lottery.

We stopped for coffee and a snack en route to Anglesey We both had a toasted cheese sandwich which were fairly bland and a cake.The cinnamon bun was very acceptable.Observation of Covid rules was basic using the NHS app but otherwise confined to staff wearing masks and customers wearing them when moving about Orders were collected at screened counter.Toilets were clean and sanitiser was provided

Came here for a stop break. I had the kiwi smoothie which was satisfactory. My family had flat whites which were okay decor is nice

It must have been an off day when me and my husband went to Starbucks, Bangor. The young girl that took my order was very surly, if she was having a bad day she didn’t need to inflict it onto me. I won’t be going back there anytime soon I’m afraid

First visit, was impressed with the large very clean modern building. Very efficient service by the girls, and delicious coffee. Atmosphere was very relaxed, perfect to chill out with friends over a coffee.

Came in a couple of times for coffee and something to eat. Service was great and staff dead friendly. Would definitely go back. Nice relaxed atmosphere.

Great service from Lucy and her team. We had vegan wraps and raspberry cheesecake muffins. Absolutely delicious. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. X

Stopped off to pick up two coffees and a hot chocolate, took the best part of twenty minuits and had too watch three staff members wonder around behind the counter luke zombies making mistake after mistake with vertualy every order. One staff member found the drive through countet extreamly comfy as she spent most of the time sprawled over it. All in all, rubbish service, rubbish staff and after the wait rubbish drinks. Will definatly never go again

Just off the A55 makes this a handy refreshment stop. However as its a drive through service is very slow. Suggest more staff at busy times!!

When this place is good it's good. The coffee is never the same each time we go. Hit or miss. But at Lest they have stopped leaving the tap running.

Stopped for a toilet break and drinks. Toilets not very clean. Had a hot chocolate and a mocha came to £7.20 - nice drinks. Easy to access. Modern inside with seating.
