This is my second visit to here and it is a very good service friendly staff good atmosphere good food well prepared a d good value for money I would highly recommend it all I can see why it's cash only the amount of money they get charged for the use of the card is so unreal so make sure you have cash it's well worth the effort

The cafe staff happily accommodated our family group of 8 adults for a lunch. They kindly reserved a table for us so that we were guaranteed a space after our morning walk. The menu included all day breakfast which several of us ordered. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared, hot and fresh. There was a specials board and those meals were very good too. The cafe environment was clean, comfortable and airy. The cafe was attached to and part of the village community centre. We felt we were made very welcome and were happy to know that we were supporting the community centre. All in all a lovely experience.

Good coffee, good cake, a welcome break that we enjoyedā¦although the lady running it was run ragged for a while it was that busyā¦it was just high in demand. I would imagine a lot of their custom is transient and that maybe makes demand unpredictable but the range of homemade cakes was impressive and what we had was good. Iād go there again if we find ourselves in Porthmadog.

We visited as a family of six people of different ages on a Saturday night. We all had pizza. It was excellent. The food was very good and the environment was a surprise but very good. Village shop / coffee shop / restaurant.

We were travelling home to England and all needed a breakfast ! We initially drove into the centre of Criccieth to find other cafes busy. We decided to journey home and stop at a roadside cafe if and when we saw one! Further down the road I saw a sign for Cafe and Fisheries and we immediately turned left and thank goodness we did ! We followed the forest road and came to a small pond and benches some swings and a cafe ! They allowed dogs which was great and as the weather was sunny we walked through the cafe and to the other side to a decked area overlooking a beautiful lake. The cafe was popular and some people we eating teas a cakes which also looked amazing ! We ordered 4 large breakfasts and were not disappointed ! Lovely friendly service and lovely food with a lovely view ! So glad we found this haven and didnāt get a bacon buttie from Criccieth as originally planned . This will definitely be our homeward journey breakfast stop off from now on !

Booked to go for Sunday lunch today. When we got there and the place was packed out no reserved table for us. All we got told was that there may be a table at the far end of the room. We then looked at the queue waiting for food which was very lengthy!! It would have nice to have been told that there was a game on and advised to go at a different time if it was that packed out there. We left and ate elsewhere.

Lovely coffee, lovely staff and great sausage baguette toast and tasty crumpets. Hit the spot on a cool windy morning in Tywyn.

Comfy and stylish coffee shop near the station. Great tasting coffee at a reasonable price and delicious welsh cakes! Dog friendly and has a small outside terrace too.
