Lovely coffee, lovely staff and great sausage baguette toast and tasty crumpets. Hit the spot on a cool windy morning in Tywyn.

The first place I make for when I’m in Tywyn. Great breakfasts (best gluten-free roll I’ve ever eaten), really like the decaf coffee and the quality of food is high. The staff are also really friendly and welcoming.

We found this place during our weekend away camping in Tywyn. If like me, you love coffee then this is the place to go. We also had bacon sandwiches which were fantastic. Both drink and food came out quickly.

OMG just when I thought you couldn’t order anything more delicious than my usual scrummy something, the product of a brainstorm for lunch was born and is now, by far, my absolute favourite! Introducing the Nino BLT!! Lightly toasted buttered ciabatta roll with a layer of cool delicious Stokes Mayonnaise, crispy sweet leaves medley, juicy slices of vine ripened tomatoes and finally crowned in glorious crispy bacon .. my mouth is watering all over again .. the staff are always very helpful and friendly, and within reason, are more than willing to go off piste if you fancy something slightly off from the usual menu. Nothing is too much trouble!

A wonderful wee lunch ! A chilly but sunny (blinking North Wind!) day in Tywyn left me begging for a bowl of nutritious and delicious soup to keep me going . Called in to Toast and ordered the Carrot and Coriander soup . With a side of a bottle of cloudy apple juice it was just what I needed. Beautifully seasoned and nourishing which is the heart of a good soup . Really delicious ! Some lovely Italian fresh bread on the side and a couple of pats of Welsh butter. Perfect 👌🏻 There followed a cup of rich and aromatic coffee which completed the act . A perfect lunch . Thank you Toast.

We visited for breakfast as a couple on a sunny morning. As the weather was so good we sat outside where we could watch the world go by! We had a cappuccino which was lovely. We had a ham and cheese croissant and a bacon and sausage sandwich. They were both of high quality and very tasty. We cannot recommend toast enough and will definitely be back soon.

Lovely food, shame about the rude attitude of one young member of staff, who when I informed her about the strength of the decaff coffee, felt the need to announce that 'no other customer had ever complained and they just can't just give extra shots away for nothing.'My husband paid the additional 70p,but what happened to the ethos that the customer is always right? I was quite embarrased by the end of it and so was my husband.I do like decaff coffee on the stronger side, but this could have been dealt with in a much more customer friendly manner,as it quite spoiled our lunch.Manners cost nothing.

Visited Toast today with my wife for coffee and cake. Found a busy but welcoming cafe. On the menu was Welsh Rarebit one of my favourites so had to be ! Believe me I have had this dish many times and this is one of the best. My wife enjoyed her flapjacks and the hot drinks were top drawer too. Well done Toast

Dropped in about 4pm for a Coffee the coffee was one of the best I've had, unfortunately that late in the day the cakes had run out so they must be very popular. The staff were good and I couldn't have been more welcome

Been looking for a good coffee in Tywyn for a few years now. Finally found it with Toast. Good takeaway coffee served. The meals others were eating in looked tasty too. Hope to try soon.

Totally love this little place! Handy location on the High Street, even a few tables outside for when the sunshines. Friendly efficient staff. And my most totally favourite carrot cake! Their sandwiches are also wonderful, with locally fresh baked bread and some super filling (chicken, and avocado gets my vote, though everything I've tried has been good). Everything is fresh and tasty and home made short of growing their own carrots for the cake. And who knows maybe they do that too! Great coffee, and I think that's locally sourced too. All the usual suspects plus an array of different milks, like soya and almond. Prices are very reasonable as well. What's not to like? The other great thing is Toast seems always to be open! Even in winter, which is a real boon on a wet Thursday in February..

We walked in looking for a nice coffee and some cake. We we’re definitely not disappointed. Staying at McDonald’s Plas Talgarth. The staff member was very kind to us giving us advice on where to eat and where to visit. We did what she said and had a great 3 days in the area. Thanks for the chat, the recommendations and the coffee and the chocolate brownie and the carrot cake! Would really recommend this place….

Called in today with family after a walk along the beach with the dogs. Great coffee, reasonable prices and lovely friendly staff. Had a small but nice selection of tarts and pastries which we didn't try but that gives us a good reason to go back. Dog friendly.

Absolutely wonderful, a first visit but certainly not the last. Best pizza I’ve had in about 10 years. Lovely atmosphere, lovely staff. One of the best places to eat in Tywyn by far. Fabulous.

Great staff - very helpful & friendly, fab event, really good atmosphere - the gig was amazing & would really like to book here to stay in the future. It was good that, although the place was packed, you didn't have to wait to be served. Ty Glyndwr: diolch o galon
