A chance stop off after a walk in Lynn park was what first brought us here, but the epic pasta filled sandwiches, delicious homemade cakes and welcoming and friendly service is what keeps us coming back. Can not speak highly enough of just enough in general about this wonderful cafe

From start to finish the visit was incredibly memorable and special. The food choice was staggering, the food yummy and incredibly generously portioned. The most abiding memory was the genuinely welcoming and friendly staff. BRAVO…….a must breakfast/lunch or coffee & cake stop on the NC500 !!!❤️Love Michelle & Jeff

The tea wasn’t great and the staff member serving wasn’t interested in customer service. Not a great experience for my first visit after reading the positive reviews. Loads better places in the town.

We found this place by a chance, as we were waiting for our train. But I couldn't be happier, this place was absolutely magical. We had hot chocolates and a tea as we didn't have much time, but everything was delicious. The staff was super friendly. If I haven't lived over 2000kms away from this place, I would be a regular customer for sure.

We were in for a family celebration on Saturday and it was an all round brilliant experience. The food was really tasty, well presented and generous portions. The staff were friendly, good humoured and efficient too.

Thomas and the team at Links are fantastic - food was fabulous - we tried the Cullen Skink and it was delicious. So was the Lasagne and the chicken dishes. Great value for money and definitely a 6 out of 5 score for us 👍 And the views are stunning too 👌

Absolutely delicious afternoon tea at Taste Buds. Friendly service from Alisha and a wonderful choice of tasty, freshly made sandwiches, sausage rolls, cakes and scones all served with a smile and a pot of tea. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Very friendly personnel. Really good scones and coffee. The chocolate cake was fabulous. Perfect after a 6 km walk around the Butt of Lewis Ligthhouse.

Called as a pitstop on a tour. OMG fabulous coffee and the bakes were amazing. Spoilt for choice as everything looked fantastic and a great view of Eilean Donna!

We met friends for brunch there this weekend. The cafe is very welcoming and the staff extremely friendly. The menu/specials sounded so exciting that we ordered 5 dishes between 4 of us - Brisket chilli with cauliflower rice, Prawn with avocado on a milk bun, and Huevos Rancheros. All of the dishes were absolutely fantastic and unusual. The coffee is also extremely good. We will definitely be back (and will no doubt become regulars!)

Burnt offerings for breakfast and it’s extorcianate won’t be back ever and when asked how was your breakfast told her terrible to be told oh sorry about that not good enough.

We always visit Portmahomack on our annual holiday in the Highlands and have enjoyed several visits to the cafe. We found out last year that the cafe had changed hands and have visited again this year. Friendly staff and excellent food so still deserving of 5 stars.

Excellent take away coffee by the Cromarty - Nigg ferry terminal. Lovely to sit outside on the Cromarty Firth. Lovely looking traybakes and cakes too. Very busy. Dog friendly inside.

We came across Robin's Nest by chance and were greeted in a warm friendly manner. I am on a Dairy Free Diet and the menu catered for all my needs. When we ordered coffee we were given an alternative choice of milks. The cakes were home made and delicious. I would highly. recommend this tea room
