The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in North East Scotland

45 minute wait for food and slow service despite not being busy, sides came out ten minutes after and quality of products significantly dropped from last time we visited. Also reduced menu with 0 information on tables. Would avoid for lunch but cake selection still looked nice for tea & cake

Have been to the coffee shop with friends twice recently. The first time was in the afternoon on a Saturday and we didn't realise that the coffee shop closed at 3pm! The assistant closed up and started vacuuming but did not rush us away and we stayed for another half hour chatting. It is a shame it is not open a bit longer. The second time we went in the morning and the coffee shop was busier. There are quite a number of tables so plenty places to sit. Both times the staff were pleasant. and the coffee shop clean. The scones are very nice. Would come back again.

I am their loyal customer but the strawberry and banana milk shake I got was runny as water. If you are paying freaking 8.25 for a fruit milkshake at least it should be thick. There is no maintained standard between Great Northern Branch and this one. Not going back at all again. Not recommended at all.

Visited for lunch whilst passing not really knowing what to expect, glad we did, friendly welcoming staff, lovely food (we had lunchtime menu and also sat outside), large portions. Brought each of our dogs a bowl of water out which was nice. Would recommend. Thank you :)

Was having a family Christmas lunch there were 4 adults and 2 children, we were welcomed in,all proper procedures were adhered to, server asked about allergies before we ordered great but went down hill fast from there 3 of the adults had carvery we were asked what meats we wanted 2 wanted all 3 1 wanted gammon and turkey that was all we were asked.When the meal came she did not know what was on plate.Potatoes,vegetables etc were already on plate not in dishes to take what you wanted (as we were not asked what we wanted) the food was not even look warm and there were very full plates went back, it was not even asked when the server saw the full plates if there was a problem, as this was a Christmas family lunch and £60 we were very disappointed and would think twice about visiting again.

Great little local pub. No food, no frills just an old fashioned cosy harbour side pub. Cold outside - the log burner in the bar soon sorts that out. 👍

Soy un visitante habitual, pero hoy he sido testigo de algo extremadamente desagradable y poco profesional. Mientras yo era educadamente recibido por un empleado, una señora sin placa comenzó a regañar a los empleados delante de todos los clientes. Obviamente algún tipo de gerente. Esto es absolutamente inaceptable y feo. Estoy muy decepcionado.

Been here many times and its always fantastic. The food is really fresh tasting and the choice is great. The young lad is efficient and friendly and the service is excellent. Has lots of fresh local produce for sale too and their is a large soft play area for kids. Good value for something that bit different and I strongly recommend going here.

It took ages to get seated even though there appeared to be free tables. The staff seemed very disorganised. Slow service. By the time the food arrived I didn't care what it was like, I was ready to eat the table. Drinks were not delivered until we had finished eating, not great when you are after cake AND coffee! Enjoyed it when it did arrive, though over priced.

Vinimos aquí después de un hermoso día en la playa. Teníamos curiosidad de cómo se compararía con los viernes en Estados Unidos. En resumen, nunca antes habíamos salido de un viernes en Estados Unidos. Al estar sentados pedimos una cabina de ventana y nos dijeron que eran solo para fiestas de 4. En su lugar nos dieron una mesa tambaleante, aunque había una fiesta de dos en una ventana y otra sentada en una unos minutos más tarde. Esperamos 10 minutos en nuestra mesa tambaleante sin ser visitados por un servidor. Mientras esperábamos nos agonizó un niño gritando (no es culpa del restaurante). Dado que aún no habíamos pedido nada, ni siquiera un vaso de agua, nos fuimos y no volveremos.

nice music and very quite place to have a drink and enjoy a great chat with friends, if you are walking around in the heart of the city.
