Came in for a coffee and hot chocolate and it was really nice. Nice atmosphere to sit and relax. Quick service with friendly staff

Koffie met cake was overheerlijk. Veel Starbucks koffie gehad maar deze was echt lekker. Hadden een medium cup dat uiteindelijk best veel bleek

A flying visit to Aberdeen and we thought we would pop into Starbucks. . There were 3 of us and that meant 3 drinks and 2 of us ordered croissants. The drinks were a coffee a green tea and a hot chocolate. As we wait one croissant appeared a hot chocolate and a coffee. They forgot the tea and the other croissant. Then I had to go back and re order !!! They need to get their act together !!

I have been here a few times, though not really by choice and never thought of it as a nice place. Some staff are in your face or drama like/overt, such as when you query something, as when they give your order to someone else or they make a mistake.

Went in past here for a coffee and to fill in a bit of time. Had a flat white coffee which was good. Service was efficient and friendly.

I normally go to Starbucks elsewhere in the town but as it was raining I popped in here for a coffee. Very friendly and helpful staff and lots of comfortable seating, enjoyed my coffee and relaxed for half an hour

I came here on the way to Peterhead to pick up a dog I had a tea and something small to eat. Everything was average and as expected. The Tea was soso and I never understand why they don't use Yorkshire Tea. They use some Posh tea that is nowhere as good. I came here on 04/06/2016 Overall I was happy with everything

How can a coffee shop run out of white sugar? Especially when there’s a supermarket across the street? Zero care given by staff!

Starbucks coffee isn't coffee but it's a cream based restaurant anyway. My problem with this Starbucks is that it's in a good spot in Aberdeen - in a lovely building but it's always a complete mess. Floor really dirty, every table stained - you put your notepad you've just spend £7 on the table and it gets covered in sticky marks. The chairs and the tables could be done with a change. The staff are nice enough but seem bogged down. I've never noticed a manager there. Starbucks can afford to keep up with maintenance but they choose not to. Just keep things clean guys WE SUPPORT YOU! This Starbucks in particular could be MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH better. Cute Staff though! 😉 Respect! Check yourself before you Wreck youself Starbucks 208 Union Street. Protest for clean floors and tables - I don't want weird bits of food on my new sexy pair of New Balance's.

First time there for a few years coffee was superb made with full fat milk Lovely place staff very friendly great expierience

Friendly staff and a pleasant enough space. Cappuccino was the usual dumped foamy milk on espresso while the “barista” was talking to his mate. The no.1 issue with Starbucks is badly made coffee...... coffee - it’s moved on, there are some amazing coffee shops with passionate baristas making perfect coffee time after time - not important you might think ? But at £3 for a cup of sock water milky slop when an excellent cappuccino in Rome is €1 ..... I think it’s a rip off unless well executed. good range of food to be fair.
