Me and my friend play this game where you put 50 p towards charity and they won’t let us play bc they have to “clean up” but another customer comes in and orderes a drink this is disgusting they don’t even care about there own charity that helps young kids in poverty to go to school. For the stick game you put 50 p towards their charity and you have a chance to win a drink if there’s a colour on the bottom of the stick u win this cofee shop has horrible service but the workers are nice apart from if u want to play the stick game

Despite a dog friendly sign on the door dogs are not welcome here - the manager threw us out which was a real pain. Got all this H&S crap from him, but he needs to update his signage if he does not welcome dogs. Very small minded where most of the clients are fit, taking exercise, and running/walking dogs.

One of the best Costa Coffee's in GB. we were there twice a Time, when we visited Aberdeen. The Coffee tasted very Good. The Cake's were good as well. The Staff were also friendly. We dis not wait long for our Coffee's and Cake's.

I was very disappointed with staff attitude and so I am writing this review. Despite the three staff behind the counter the day I was there, there was exceptionally slow service with long delays to receive drinks ordered. Seemed especially challenging for staff to complete whipped milk orders. The family in front of us had 4 they were waiting a long time for these. Staff demonstrated a very poor attitude both to customers directly and when chatting among selves at end of day. Customers were clearly a bother to them! They also seemed to be oblivious to the fact that customers in store could hear everything that they were saying including how "tiring" it was to not be catty with customers when they were not feeling happy themselves. I won't be back.

Massive cup of the most beautiful coffee along with a tasty brownie. Great cafe for a chat, seat and coffee.

We usually get a takeaway as the coffee machines are so loud but we found a quieter table round the corner. There was a reasonable breakfast deal on but the bacon sandwiches were finished. The server was so helpful offering alternatives and a coffee suggestion for my friend who didn’t want it strong. I had the polenta cake which was lovely. It was a friendly, warm and honest experience.

It's the best for a bit relaxing for a wee bit so you can chill out so you can see the world go by. The coffee is the best in town

Excellent place to sit, relax and enjoy your coffee...especially when made up ready as being a regular customer they already know your order !😁

Visited costa as we'd skipped breakfast in our hotel. Had a coffee & cheese & ham toastie. Both good but toastie was lacking salt which is hard to add once cheese has melted. Nice comfy seat. Service is always slow in these coffee shops due to on the spot prep.

Was happy to find a Costa coffee so far from the hustle and bustle of town. Easy to get parking behind the arcade of shops which is always good. Staff here are super friendly. However was surprised to see how crazily busy it was. If you are hoping to actually get a seat while you drink you coffee it is best to come here at opening time. Otherwise you will have to hope a friendly stranger will share their table with you (which was what happened to us!)

Because it is a chain it is the same as others. However I do enjoy Costa, especially over the Christmas period because of all the different seasonal drinks and food. My favourite this year was the Toasted Marshmallow Hot Chocolate.

Costa Coffee in Cults is busy, often very busy. But it never fails to satisfy so I & my friends go every week. The atmosphere & welcome are great, it's cozy and a flat white and toaster are excellent.

I found the perfect coffee shop, to sit and relax! Situated right on a corner in Cults a small village on the edge of Aberdeen, is a tranquil haven away from all the hustle and bustle! Costa Coffee Shop. It has everything the larger cafes have, but the staff have that extra "connect with the customer skills!!" A couple of nice young lads who are very willing to take your flat white and cookie to your table! Very nice touch indeed, no juggling with handbag, shopping bag , etc it is all very civilised!!

If your idea of a coffee shop is a place to sit and relax over a nice cuppa chatting to your friends then the Costa in Cults is definitely not the place to go. The music is so awful and so loud that all you can do is drink your coffee and leave. If you though you could meet and have a chat then you had better go somewhere else. If the music was not bad enough the clatter from the serving counter is obtrusive as well. The staff are friendly and hard working and it is not their fault the layout is not well thought out. I will never go there again - there are plenty of other places in Cults where you can get a quieter coffee.
