Costa Coffee in Aberdeen City

Mala atención al cliente, comentarios mocosos del personal. Solo una falta de planificación y ética de trabajo de los miembros del personal, uso para mejorar el servicio al cliente en Costa.

Este Costa Coffee tiene una excelente ubicación cerca de la entrada principal al complejo comercial Union Square y también una entrada a la estación de tren de Aberdeen. Toda la tarifa habitual disponible para este tipo de cafetería y precios y servicio OK. El problema es debido a la ubicación, tomar una taza en verano es una experiencia totalmente diferente a la de una tarde de invierno helada. Disfrutamos de nuestro cuppa, pero nos congelaron hasta la médula después de una visita de 30 minutos

Usually visit here three or four times a week as it is near to my house. For over a week now they have been serving coffee in plastic cups as apparently the dishwasher is not working. This problem has happened a few times before. How can it take so long for them to either replace the faulty dishwasher or indeed get it repaired? Coffee in plastic takeaway cups is usually lukewarm and should be at a reduced price. I am really disappointed and annoyed with this store.

I hate this place so much but I go a lot. The staff are all so rude and stressed out. It makes me so stressed out too. The manager is so dramatic and rude (how many times can I say rude in one review LOL?) I know working in hopsitality sucks but these Costa employees are so bizarrely annoyed with me all the time. Honestly it’s like I’m the biggest nightmare ever, when I literally just order a latte, sit for 30 mins, make no mess apart from one cup, and leave. Basically, stop being so over the top rude to customers, it’s so weird.

Avoid. The cups were dirty and I asked for clean ones. They hunted for some and decided it would be best to wash, (wipe with the mopping up cloth) the ones I gave them back. There was no gluten free food apart from a pre packaged crumbly bar. The teapots were dirty and staff totally disinterested. The tables were dirty but by that point we just drank the tea and left quickly.

Came off a 3 hour bus from Edinburgh airport with our 9 month baby, went for some coffee and food for ourselves. We hoped to feed our baby too as he was hungry after the long journey. We asked the front of house staff to heat the baby food prior to paying which he kindly replied yes. Once we had paid for our food the front of house staff employee began to heat the food before being humiliated by the on duty manager demanding “What are you doing, we don’t heat up food not bought within the store, it isn’t policy.” The manager could and should’ve handled the situation better regardless of policy’s. I felt quite uncomfortable about the situation and ashamed I couldn’t feed my hungry baby.

The Service from Chanelle was excellent 👏 wish her every success for the future in her new costa adventure and thank her for her kindness over the years she is a Credit to the Costa business thank you

Puts you off when the male Costco worker uses the toilets and doesn't wash his hands.....what happened to hygiene!!!!!!!!!

I visited today mid afternoon, the young lady on the coffee machine was clearly very busy, but she was amazing and never missed a order while I was there, even still managed to smile and talk to customers between the mayhem, she truly was a fine example of how it should be done.

I came here for a quick bite to eat and coffee and it was very nice. Service was good. Coffees were delicious. Would definitely come back, albeit it’s quite pricey for what you get - £18 for two snacks and two hot drinks!

This Costa Coffee is handily situated in the Union Square shopping centre and with an entrance into Aberdeen Railway Station. The usual drinks and snacks fare is available and despite the cafe being very busy, service was surprisingly quick and it was pleasing to see that the vacated tables were cleared speedily.

I had just come off a two and half hour train journey and this Costa shop was very handy. I felt like a quick bite to eat and bought a Cappuccino and sandwiches!

Stopped off here for a bite to eat and a drink, friendly service, good food. Well worth a visit, if your in the area.

I do use Costa a lot, but the Union Square one is the best! I had not been there for 6 months, but on arrival th elady who served us greeted us with, " Hello Byron, you'll be wanting your Millionaire Shortbread, and you'll want your usual tea?" Now I am nobody special, hold no public passition and am old enough to be her grandfather, so it was quite impressive to be remembered after being away for such a long time! Oh the tea was great the millionaire shortbread was demolished and the social distancing was great! Overall, a great visit! Will be back!

All costas not the same!! The staff were very welcoming, nothing too much trouble & explained covid advice really well. Always feel welcome here.

Just a quick coffee break from shopping, not the usual standard but it was very busy. The staff were friendly and attentive but the tables weren’t cleared quickly.

Not the usual standard at this establishment on this Sunday afternoon. A long queue, which was painfully slow in reducing its size. 3 members of staff were working there at the time. A very small seating/table capacity also. Nope, not a good show.

Tiny costa cafe. Clueless staff. Not good enough communication between staff. Not enough place to sit down and chill .
