Charged me twice for my order because the payment “didn’t go through”. Refused to refund me. Super condescending and rude staff & manager. Used to love this place and now I doubt I’ll be back.

Brilliant ice cream, one of the best around. Dropped a star because of the customer service, it's like they shout at you and you've no time to consider what you want or take time to look at the ice cream options 😵‍💫

Super expensive, slow and impolite service, not even cleaning the table. Very bad wine selection

Great place food always lovely and staff very friendly

Wow! Amazing food - we had the seafood platter and it was absolutely delicious. Service was excellent and, even though we were obviously the last customers there, we weren’t put under any pressure to finish up and go. Would 200% recommend

The place is quiet, the food is good and the price is fair. Compared to others, I believe it is one of the best value for money. The best part: they accept pets 😀 I recommend it!

Been to Loks numerous times. Good grub, good menu. No complaints. Easy to park near it. Good relaxed atmosphere.

Nice modest pub grub that hits the spot. Staff are attentive and professional. Atmosphere goes from laid back to jingly jangly glasses, speech and laughter.

Reservamos aquí para mis madres 60 el sábado. Teniendo en cuenta que había un gran número de nosotros fue realmente bien. Opiniones mixtas sobre la comida, pero en general estaba bien. A mi pequeño le encantaba jugar con la sección de niños dentro y el parque de juegos fuera. Los servidores eran encantadores 🥰 Gracias por una experiencia positiva 😍
