I haven't actually used this place in quite some time. I must have been walking past and mistakenly thought to have bought coffee etc.

Missing item. Called Costa and the young man told me to reorder the food and was rather rude in the phone.

It was before 10 am, not very busy, service was good but selection of cakes/pastries wasn't the best. Typical Costa, good coffee, with easter promotions freely available.

Ordered the mango frappe but they didn’t have any mango sauce, got cherry sauce instead - it was LOVELY!

My order was changed to delivered 5 minutes early and then was never delivered

ordered two cakes, 2 hot chocs and 2 egg, mushroom and spinach baps. The baps were magical cause the egg had done a supposed fillings had done a disappearing act by the time they arrived. Both hardly had any egg on it and only a few mushrooms and less than little spinach. Most of it was dry, stodgy bun. On the contrary, the hot chocs and cakes were lovely.

Ordered 2 coffee’s, which finally arrived. Also ordered 2 baps, one sausage and one bacon and a cinnamon bun. Not one of three items of food were delivered, only coffee. Not pleased with the service at all, and didn’t even get to consume one of the hot drinks as I had to leave, due to the order being so late. Not a happy customer, and would like a full refund.

Ordered 11:29 came at 13:41 Tried contacted customer service was told my food was being prepared so couldn’t cancel and be refunded although on the app it says only will be prepared and started when a driver is assigned. So customer service lied and states on just eats websites food only prepped when a drive is assigned so not cold! I also phoned Costa and they said they got a notification to prepare it at 12:26 so our food was freezing but I haven’t rated Costa bad for this as not there fault! We should be fully refunded by just eat due to the appalling service and food we couldn’t even eat! Will never use the service again. Over 2 hours waiting and the cheek to start the food at 12:26 and not receive it for over and hour after! Your customer service is shocking your contact facility is shocking.

Frappes we’re great, however there was no cream on them like usual

My toasty wasn't toasted at one side and missing rolo cake hot chocolate was cold to and I paid 45 for this food discusting

Two costa outlets in gallagher shopping park port glasgow .one was take away only due to lack of staff the other one one was also take away due to lack of staff there was dishes and cups left on all tables staff were rude and unpleasant when addressing public entering premises.

Friendly rapid service, with great coffee

Costa decided to save money by using a cheaper brand of soya. This soya leaves an after taste and detracts from their excellent coffee. Sadly I have had to leave them and are now frequenting Nero. Bad move and worse soya Costa. Shame on you.

Dont go to any Costa Coffee Shops as I can't afford there prices, to me to pricey.

Our first visit to this Costa Coffee store, which is located within the Shopping centre. Parking and access is good, disability access is good. The Costa store has a few tables outside (within the main concourse) and a few small tables inside the store. It's fairly tight and I can imagine it being pretty tight when (and if) busy. I was ordering a few Bacon rolls and sausage with a couple of hot drinks. I had to wait just under 10 mins for the order to be completed, the order was presented in their standard paper bags - all was good. The quality of the food is obviously debatable, it's precooked, prepackaged and then furnace blasted in their wee grills. Though it is tasty and convenient so what can you do.. 3/5 🖖

Staff are always friendly. They know your name and make the perfect coffee.

Typical coffee shop, decent lasses tho and don't mind a chatter while they make your drink up.

Service was a bit slow but this was later in the day - order was taken just fine even with slight changes to order When the drinks were made we were offered sugars instead of getting this at the sugar bar Staff were really nice and even had someone walking with a tablet to take orders for sit ins - unfortunately we took away so didn't get the full experience

Cruise stop in Greenock - Costa is our preferred coffee outlet so kept an eye out for the logo ! Service and coffee great and very clean. Ideal as well to catch up on emails with free WiFi. You can always rely on Costa 👍

Dropped in for a coffee, good friendly service. Clean tables and clean toilets. The food looked good, had I been hungry I would have eaten there.

Over priced watery coffee as usual. Quality is lost in the huge amount of water added to what is probably decent beans. May as well serve Cosa coffee in a soup bowl. Get a bean to cup coffee machine for your home and you'll never enjoy a Costa coffee again.

Too expensive. Go to Greggs get a large coffee and a roll/pastry or a cake for less than the price of a coffee at this extortionate place. It's naw called COSTA for nothing!

Staff always know what you are looking for

The coffee was disgusting today could not drink it tasted of plastic. Girl brought me a fresh one and that was tasteless

Staff are lovely. The nicest Costa staff that I personally have dealt with. Had all the same pitfalls of other chain coffee shops, in that the prices are higher than they really should be, but the friendly staff nearly manage to make up for it.

Helpful staff good choice of seating

Not so big on selectors of non-dairy milk alternatives, only stock soya this is loaded with female hormone, plant derived equivalent. They did advise you can bring your own, then later retracted this even when bringing own. Siting that they could not use because they did not have it even when it was unopened due to cross contamination. In other words they didn't want to wash the milk throarher, makes me wonder when it was last washed that day. Me and my friend just left and went home for a coffee inserted much cheese as it burns out.
