Costa Coffee in Inverclyde

It was before 10 am, not very busy, service was good but selection of cakes/pastries wasn't the best. Typical Costa, good coffee, with easter promotions freely available.

Got to be the worst coffee in the whole area. Cakes are good and a bit pricey but you need to get rid of the taste somehow! 🥴

Excellent service and friendly staff

Two costa outlets in gallagher shopping park port glasgow .one was take away only due to lack of staff the other one one was also take away due to lack of staff there was dishes and cups left on all tables staff were rude and unpleasant when addressing public entering premises.

Costa decided to save money by using a cheaper brand of soya. This soya leaves an after taste and detracts from their excellent coffee. Sadly I have had to leave them and are now frequenting Nero. Bad move and worse soya Costa. Shame on you.

Dont go to any Costa Coffee Shops as I can't afford there prices, to me to pricey.

Our first visit to this Costa Coffee store, which is located within the Shopping centre. Parking and access is good, disability access is good. The Costa store has a few tables outside (within the main concourse) and a few small tables inside the store. It's fairly tight and I can imagine it being pretty tight when (and if) busy. I was ordering a few Bacon rolls and sausage with a couple of hot drinks. I had to wait just under 10 mins for the order to be completed, the order was presented in their standard paper bags - all was good. The quality of the food is obviously debatable, it's precooked, prepackaged and then furnace blasted in their wee grills. Though it is tasty and convenient so what can you do.. 3/5 🖖

Staff are always friendly. They know your name and make the perfect coffee.

Typical coffee shop, decent lasses tho and don't mind a chatter while they make your drink up.

Service was a bit slow but this was later in the day - order was taken just fine even with slight changes to order When the drinks were made we were offered sugars instead of getting this at the sugar bar Staff were really nice and even had someone walking with a tablet to take orders for sit ins - unfortunately we took away so didn't get the full experience

Cruise stop in Greenock - Costa is our preferred coffee outlet so kept an eye out for the logo ! Service and coffee great and very clean. Ideal as well to catch up on emails with free WiFi. You can always rely on Costa 👍

Dropped in for a coffee, good friendly service. Clean tables and clean toilets. The food looked good, had I been hungry I would have eaten there.

Over priced watery coffee as usual. Quality is lost in the huge amount of water added to what is probably decent beans. May as well serve Cosa coffee in a soup bowl. Get a bean to cup coffee machine for your home and you'll never enjoy a Costa coffee again.

Too expensive. Go to Greggs get a large coffee and a roll/pastry or a cake for less than the price of a coffee at this extortionate place. It's naw called COSTA for nothing!

Staff always know what you are looking for

Staff are lovely. The nicest Costa staff that I personally have dealt with. Had all the same pitfalls of other chain coffee shops, in that the prices are higher than they really should be, but the friendly staff nearly manage to make up for it.

Helpful staff good choice of seating

Not so big on selectors of non-dairy milk alternatives, only stock soya this is loaded with female hormone, plant derived equivalent. They did advise you can bring your own, then later retracted this even when bringing own. Siting that they could not use because they did not have it even when it was unopened due to cross contamination. In other words they didn't want to wash the milk throarher, makes me wonder when it was last washed that day. Me and my friend just left and went home for a coffee inserted much cheese as it burns out.

Always stop here whilst shopping as they serve the best coffee! Always clean with a nice selection of snacks. Staff very friendly and are happy to transfer drinks to to-go cups.

I couldn't fault my experience in the café yesterday morning. They are a great bunch of girls n guys who could not do enough for you.

It was a bit dark and claustrophobic, too many tables and chairs and not enough room to move between them. Definitely, not wheelchair friendly. Great choice of beverages but not so much on the food side. Their prices are a bit high for what you get, but they are well displayed, so it's you're choice if you wish to purchase.

Run of the mill coffee chain (franchised) with friendly staff (baristas.) Not always the cleanest tables but will clean them on request.

Have eaten/had coffee here a few times.. The last couple of times have been a bit disappointed. I have had the hot choc and both times it tasted strange.. Thought maybe it was just because it was so sweet but i asked for a glass of tap water to take some tablets and it tasted the same odd taste.. Maybe they filter their water or something but it def taints the flavour.. Had cake on the last visit very dry and tasteless. Staff are lovely and work very hard but feel the company are letting themselves down in this outlet.

My wife and I arrived in Greenock on a cruise ship. We have been to Scotland and have seen most of the sites including Glasgow, Edinburgh and environs. So we decided to spend a few hours walking the streets of Greenock. Mid morning we were ready and stopped in at a Costa.Costa is a UK multinational headquartered in England. It is the second largest coffee shop in the world.The is a nice, clean place to relax and have a coffee of any size or description.

Coffee here is the usual Costa standard. ( reasonable) It's a busy outlet and the staff cope well. There are tables outside in the mall as well as indoors.

Sicherlich nicht das beste Costa Cafe in GB, aber auch nicht das schlechteste. Da haben wir schon schlimmere in GB erlebt. Die Getränke waren gut zubereitet. Costa eben. Die Tische allerdings ein wenig schmutzig. Dies traf auch auf die Toilette zu.

Popped in for coffee this morning. Tasted fine, but wasn't warm enough. I often find this to be the case with Costa Coffee.

I come to this branch of Costa once or twice a month. The new refurbishment makes it easier for prams and wheelchairs to move around.

Probably one of the few decent places left in the Oakmall that is not discount shop. Always good service as you would expect from a chain coffee shop.

Don't know why Greenock hasn't had a Costa before this, The coffee shop is well decorated, staff provide assistance to the customer with a great deal of compassion and enthusiasm and the coffee is amazing. overall good place for a wee coffee and a bit of chit chat with pals.
