Very friendly and excellent food, we stopped in for lunch and glad we did!

Hubbie & I were in last night for quiz night with friends ,,brilliant night as usual ,,staff are great ,put on snacks, & there was karaoke ,,always have a great time in jarvies,👌

If your not from the village drive on ! Rude arrogant local men who would not move for my partner who asked politely to get past to go to the restroom. Would not move aside so I could buy a drink. Clearly 'outsiders' NOT welcome. Owner lovely and fantastic job with the refurbishment. We will NEVER BE BACK...LIKE THEY CARE.

I had a refreshing cup of coffee and my husband had his favorite espresso beverage. The coffee and espresso beverage were well prepared. We also ate some breakfast rolls along with baguettes. Delicious food and well experienced staff.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The food quality was absolutely top-notch—everything tasted fresh, from the perfectly cooked patty to the hand-crafted buns. The burger itself was hands down the best I’ve ever had—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a top-tier burger experience. Definitely my new go-to spot in Glasgow!

I visited today with a friend, not been the best times over the past few weeks, John Rowe who served me, no words, warm, friendly, kind overall incredible, the treatment we received was 100%, shop was busy but service was quick and incredible, John you changed my day with your professionalism, kindness and overall humanity. Thanks for the introduction to the cinnamon crown! Game changer and now my fav! John is what all establishments need on their team, I will see you soon and of course the Crown!! x PS the other team members were full of smiles and chat whilst at the counter so well done to you guys too!

A really nice pub with a huge selection of beer (there are so many taps on the wall and interesting bottles in the fridge).

Awesome stay staff brilliant stayed for two nights had a breakfast on day of departure which was good highly recommended it for short stay will definitely be staying again

Veggie breakfast was nice. Scone was inedible not a baker but was solid could not even cut so not sure if over baked or from yesterday .

Excellent place for a relaxed meal - great value and the opportunity to create your own main course is a bit different. Service is friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Monteiths.
