Ordered the Plant Burger, was cooked to perfection and was the most impressive meat alternative burger I’ve had in a long time. Had a side of the classic Tater tot poutine with the vegan gravy. Some of my favourite plant based dishes in the city ! I enquired about who the chef was, special thanks to Stevie for the incredible vegan food ! Will be back, Highly recommend for my vegans!

So I can came to Glasgow fort bread meats bread, and I was served by a lovely server (amber) the service was amazing. Ended up speaking to two of the chefs Ross and Caleb that made me a beautiful wolf burger with some bacon chips. Will definitely be back to see stevie

Hands down one of the best burger joints I’ve ever been to! The food was absolutely amazing—burgers cooked to perfection, packed with flavour, and paired with some amazing side dishes. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and it really makes a difference. What made the experience even better was the outstanding service. Huge shoutout to Troy, our main server—he was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. He had great menu suggestions and checked in just the right amount. You don’t get service like that everywhere! If you’re craving a great meal and top-tier hospitality, this place is a must. Can’t wait to come back!

Me and my friend were in having lunch today and we had this lovely boy, Troy serving us the customer service was 10/10 and made the experience so much better for the both of us with his witty banter and knowledge of the menu, will 100% be back thanks to him!!

I pop in here to grab a coffee before work and it’s always a lovely experience. Very lovely staff. Especially Josh, great guy! Very lovely coffee as well. Great time :)

Have eaten here a few times in the past, the food was always nice, but service has always been on the slow side. In saying that it has always been busy and the wait staff are always lovely so we came back. Tonight however I went it with my mum, the place was empty- maybe 4 tables, and most had food. We ordered at 5pm and at 5:20 we were still waiting (for 2 veggie burgers and 1 portion of chips). NOT IMPRESSED!!

Really enjoyed the food. The service was quick and curtious, and the place was not too busy (seated immediately). We had a couple of surviving instructions around the kids food (plain roll, no toppings on burger and only little ketchup on hotdog) that were not done, but waiter maybe didn't hear. All enjoyed it anyway and my chicken sub and poutine was delicious.

It's my favourite place. Honestly, there isn't a person in my house who would opt to eat a burger out of my house ( cause mines are banging ). However, this place comes a good second to mine. We always leave full and satisfied. Think I've just about tried every burger and toastie 😆The staff are super friendly. The price in our option is worth it. For the gluten-free people, they have a whole menu for us unfortunates also on occasion where possible they have adapted specials to suit my dietary needs..so kind 😁

burger was awful! not pink but redraw. more bread than anything else. milks shake was £7.50! might as well have just put chocolate powder in some milk. raging I spent that much on a horrible meal.

First time visit. Was recommended to go my an assistant at Marks and spencers. We were not disappointed. The burgers were delicious. Extensive menu I opted for a plain burger with just barbacue sauce. Husband had the Marky Mark beef brisket with pulled pork. It was exceptional . I'm having that next time. We will definitely be back. Staff were great and very helpful.

I was very disappointed with my first visit here. I have a fish allergy and was told that I couldn't choose from the majority of the menu due to this. I was told that I could have anything fried, vegan or a side. This is contradicted on your allergen menu online which only indicates one dish with fish. When I pointed this out I was told that the Allergen list was old and needed updated. I am not a fan of fried chicken but felt that I had no choice. Due to it being fried, I found the chicken quite dry and had to ask for extra mayonnaise to help with this. What should or could have been an enjoyable experience with my family unfortunately was not.

Me the wife and wee man absolutely love the place, was in on Friday the 10 of January and the food was out of this world, the service aswell was outstanding, as always. I don't go alot as the foods that good I don't want to get sick of it, but it's a place my family absolutely love, the staff are always very helpful and respectful, always feel welcome..even when the place is busy( never seen it not buzy) but it's the only place at the fort that gets a 10 from me, all round 10s aswell, food service and atmosphere.

Portions are tiny for the prices. Burgers are nice but nothing amazing. The price is just for the burger nothing else. £14 for a small burger is crazy!

Dropped in randomly looking for some dinner. Menu sounded pretty good so thought I'd give it a go (although it looked very expensive - £17 for a burger on its own). Ordered the Special burger and some loaded fries. Nothing special, bog standard dry bum with some fatty pulled pork on a thin patty. Had to ask to be served after sitting for a while. Wasn't busy at all but the staff were busy chatting with each other. Would have given a 3 star if the cost wasn't so astronomical. Shame, good idea but the food and service falls short. Wouldn't return.

I ordered a NY hot dog and some garlic and parmesan fries. The fries were tasty however the hot dog was way overcooked and very tough. The steak knife I had couldn't even cut through it Staff were not at all attentive Didn't come to ask how our food was, and we did not get the chance to order additional drinks. Also, they have full length windows without blinds and loads of tables have the sun shining right through the window and causing people to shade their faces with their hands Not a place I would come back to tbh

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The food quality was absolutely top-notch—everything tasted fresh, from the perfectly cooked patty to the hand-crafted buns. The burger itself was hands down the best I’ve ever had—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a top-tier burger experience. Definitely my new go-to spot in Glasgow!

Food great, probably the best burger I've ever had. Chips / fries crispy on outside, fluffy on inside, just as they should be. The problem is, and the reason for 3 stars only, is having to wait 3/4 of an hour for the food. The premises was only about a third full. The main reason seemed to be that ( and this is unfortunately the same for many food outlets these days) they are prioritising take away orders. The serving counter was full of them. Shame, but there you go. If you are prepared to wait ages, then enjoy, otherwise try elsewhere.

Pedí una hamburguesa con papas parmesanas. Me sorprendió lo mal que estaban las patatas fritas, £ 5 y llegaron en la caja más pequeña de la historia. Cuando abrí la caja y tomé una sola ficha de ella, entonces presentó un agujero vacío gigante. Básicamente no había patatas fritas en la ya diminuta caja, además no había parmesano. He pedido desde aquí un par de veces, las patatas fritas son generalmente pequeñas, pero nunca tan pequeñas y con tan poco contenido. Bastante vergonzoso. También pedí un dip extra de queso azul que no sabía a queso azul. Aunque la hamburguesa estaba bien, en realidad me gustaría que me devolvieran el dinero por las papas fritas. Nunca he visto nada tan terrible.

Burger quality was good. Ordered a large garlic mayo & parmesan fries and there’s absolutely no way we were given a large. Portion was tiny & there was barely any mayo or Parmesan on them. Really disappointed - waste of money.

Really disappointed that the Cali burger is no longer on the menu. I found this really strange considering it is one of their award winning burgers. They continually take decent things off the menu despite them being popular. Please sort the menu out!

Came here on Friday and was absolutely appalled at the service. We sat waiting for 20 minutes, and not one of the 'staff' came up to ask us for a drink or anything. 2 girls standing chatting another worker at a bar and 2 more standing chatting to kitchen staff. Was there even a manager around to manage because it appears not! We held our menus up only to be ignored by staff walking around clueless. Not good enough. If this is how you treat customers when your prices are extortionate I can't see you lasting much longer. Staff can have a chat when the restaurant is quiet later at night and there's time, not when its half 5 on a Friday! We walked out. Considering the high prices of this place, it's scandous to have staff that are only interested in a conversation with each other. Won't be back. The atmosphere at Leopardo next door is night & day difference, yet they're owned by the same people.

Atrocious service. Was shown to our table and proceeded to wait almost 20mins without so much as someone coming up and asking if we wanted a drink. All the while employees stood around in groups chatting to each other. I saw nobody getting served as employee after employee passed our table. Got up, left and went next door to Leopardo Pizza, where BMB employees could learn more than a thing or two about service! Not even as though the place was really busy, so absolutely no excuses. Won't be back, especially when paying top-dollar for food whilst receiving pathetic, sloppy service like that.

I received a chicken burger with less than a half leaf of lettuce and no 1 single slice of tomato.

Burgers were nice as always, the large portion of chips is really small and not worth the money.

Fast friendly service,brilliant food

First time in BMB, not for me, the 2 young waitresses stood at the till for ages gossiping while we waited for the table to be cleared and order for desserts. When we asked for coffee as soon as we arrived it sat on the counter for a while and I was able to drink the cup immediately. The other 2 I ordered was better. We waited for these hurls to stop talking however a man appeared from the kitchen and I asked him to stop the girls talking and clear the table, which he did. So not a good experience, I went because my Grandson likes .

Was there yesterday and the waitress was super helpful when it came to my Allergies and the Manager was also super helpful in explaining the potential Cross Continuations as well (I have a Sesame and Egg Allergy) and outlined the potential risks of certain things due to the grill being shared (I'm usually okay with things being on the same grill). Their service was outstanding and was extremely helpful in accommodating with my allergies :)

We go here all the time but today has just put the icing on the cake. Service was non existent the staff normally come up and ask if everything was ok once we received our food but nothing we were also put to a table that should be for one person not for two. Food was abysmal Chicken in the angry bird was over cooked way over black burnt bits on the sides, hardly any hot sauce on the burger itself was drizzled on it, the only good thing was it was piping hot which was good. The poutine chicken where do I start everything had been lying for a while as there not much heat through it, a drizzle if your lucky of the hot sauce, very stingy on the amount of chips considering your paying £15 for it and as I said about the burger the chicken was cremated. I had to go up and ask for hot sauce due to there being a sprinkle on top and the manager just looked at me as if I done something wrong. Staff were not welcoming Staff were arrogant Staff were not anywhere near our table after we got our food at all paid at the counter. The price has shot up but you’re getting less food how does that work. I think I will visit burger 7 again

Vamos aquí todo el tiempo pero hoy acaba de poner la guinda del pastel. El servicio era inexistente el personal normalmente viene y pregunta si todo estaba bien una vez que recibimos nuestra comida, pero nada que también nos pusieron en una mesa que debería ser para una persona no para dos. La comida era abismal El pollo en el pájaro enojado estaba demasiado cocido sobre trozos negros quemados en los lados, apenas se roció salsa picante en la hamburguesa en sí, lo único bueno era que estaba caliente que era bueno. El pollo puchero donde empiezo todo había estado tumbado durante un tiempo ya que no había mucho calor a través de él, un chorrito si tienes suerte de la salsa picante, muy tacaño en la cantidad de patatas fritas teniendo en cuenta que pagas £ 15 por ella y como dije sobre la hamburguesa el pollo fue cremado. Tuve que subir y pedir salsa picante porque había una aspersión encima y el gerente me miró como si hubiera hecho algo malo. El personal no era acogedor El personal era arrogante El personal no estaba cerca de nuestra mesa después de que nos dieron nuestra comida en absoluto pagado en el mostrador. El precio se ha disparado, pero usted está recibiendo menos comida ¿cómo funciona? Creo que volveré a visitar la hamburguesa 7

Disgusting hamburger, horrible chicken nuggets for kids, all super dry ! I honestly don't remember of paying for a bad meal in a very long time which is very unfortunate as first time visiting and certainly will never be back. None of us finished the meal.

We where here tonight a definitely won’t be back staff are quite ignorant only spoke with us when we first went and took our orders then my order wrong 😑 my order should have been plain when I said the staff member he took it back over to the chief who then pick it off my plate the got them to give me it back!! Which I thought was disgusting 🤮 then they never spoke again to us until we ask for the bill there was staff members walking around but they couldn’t come over and ask if everything was as okay or did we need more drinks or did we want anything else therefore it felt and unpleasant and unprofessional customer service in my opinion. Oh and didn’t ask if we had any allergies also!!

I was a bit unsure as I am a vegetarian. Great choices for meat eaters, not much choice for vegetarian/vegan, couple of burgers. I decided to have 3 sides. I had chips, katsu curry, and hallumi fries ....hallumi fries were to die for really delicious. I really enjoyed my meal and it was great to have katsu curry. I would go back. Really good portion size.

Burgers very average for the price, no draught beer the day we came, all in a disappointing meal to be honest. My parter wasn’t over the moon about it either.

Really enjoyed the food here however putting it down as 3 stars as when I went to use the toilet there was no soap. I told someone who worked there. When we went to leave I popped in to wash my hands and there was still no soap in any of the available bathrooms. It wasn't even particularly busy so it's not like they were rushed off their feet. Food was lovely, bit pricey for what you get but we knew that before we went in.

So the burgers are decent but no where near value for money. Toppings are skimpy but the meat is delicious. The pretzel bun wasn't the least bit pretzel-y. Great service but not worth the spend of 12 to 14 for just an average burger.

The burger was nice, but the bacon was hard and chios cold.

Amazing staff and how our allergies were supported, with a huge GF menu provided. There was so many options it was difficult to choose, so will need to return to work our way through the menu whilst here in Scotland 😊

3/5 for the reuben, Ive had better. Try Thug Sandwich Company's Reuben in Harrogate, or The Gravy Train@neepsend Social Club's Pastrami Sando ( Sheffield). Both infinitely better than this sandwich.

missing an item and tiny portion of fries was not worth £4.50. Disappointed as its usually very good and worth the money. Perhaps only when sitting in restaurant.
