From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The food quality was absolutely top-notch—everything tasted fresh, from the perfectly cooked patty to the hand-crafted buns. The burger itself was hands down the best I’ve ever had—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a top-tier burger experience. Definitely my new go-to spot in Glasgow!

Food great, probably the best burger I've ever had. Chips / fries crispy on outside, fluffy on inside, just as they should be. The problem is, and the reason for 3 stars only, is having to wait 3/4 of an hour for the food. The premises was only about a third full. The main reason seemed to be that ( and this is unfortunately the same for many food outlets these days) they are prioritising take away orders. The serving counter was full of them. Shame, but there you go. If you are prepared to wait ages, then enjoy, otherwise try elsewhere.

Burger quality was good. Ordered a large garlic mayo & parmesan fries and there’s absolutely no way we were given a large. Portion was tiny & there was barely any mayo or Parmesan on them. Really disappointed - waste of money.

Pedí una hamburguesa con papas parmesanas. Me sorprendió lo mal que estaban las patatas fritas, £ 5 y llegaron en la caja más pequeña de la historia. Cuando abrí la caja y tomé una sola ficha de ella, entonces presentó un agujero vacío gigante. Básicamente no había patatas fritas en la ya diminuta caja, además no había parmesano. He pedido desde aquí un par de veces, las patatas fritas son generalmente pequeñas, pero nunca tan pequeñas y con tan poco contenido. Bastante vergonzoso. También pedí un dip extra de queso azul que no sabía a queso azul. Aunque la hamburguesa estaba bien, en realidad me gustaría que me devolvieran el dinero por las papas fritas. Nunca he visto nada tan terrible.

Really disappointed that the Cali burger is no longer on the menu. I found this really strange considering it is one of their award winning burgers. They continually take decent things off the menu despite them being popular. Please sort the menu out!

Came here on Friday and was absolutely appalled at the service. We sat waiting for 20 minutes, and not one of the 'staff' came up to ask us for a drink or anything. 2 girls standing chatting another worker at a bar and 2 more standing chatting to kitchen staff. Was there even a manager around to manage because it appears not! We held our menus up only to be ignored by staff walking around clueless. Not good enough. If this is how you treat customers when your prices are extortionate I can't see you lasting much longer. Staff can have a chat when the restaurant is quiet later at night and there's time, not when its half 5 on a Friday! We walked out. Considering the high prices of this place, it's scandous to have staff that are only interested in a conversation with each other. Won't be back. The atmosphere at Leopardo next door is night & day difference, yet they're owned by the same people.

Atrocious service. Was shown to our table and proceeded to wait almost 20mins without so much as someone coming up and asking if we wanted a drink. All the while employees stood around in groups chatting to each other. I saw nobody getting served as employee after employee passed our table. Got up, left and went next door to Leopardo Pizza, where BMB employees could learn more than a thing or two about service! Not even as though the place was really busy, so absolutely no excuses. Won't be back, especially when paying top-dollar for food whilst receiving pathetic, sloppy service like that.

Fast friendly service,brilliant food

First time in BMB, not for me, the 2 young waitresses stood at the till for ages gossiping while we waited for the table to be cleared and order for desserts. When we asked for coffee as soon as we arrived it sat on the counter for a while and I was able to drink the cup immediately. The other 2 I ordered was better. We waited for these hurls to stop talking however a man appeared from the kitchen and I asked him to stop the girls talking and clear the table, which he did. So not a good experience, I went because my Grandson likes .

Was there yesterday and the waitress was super helpful when it came to my Allergies and the Manager was also super helpful in explaining the potential Cross Continuations as well (I have a Sesame and Egg Allergy) and outlined the potential risks of certain things due to the grill being shared (I'm usually okay with things being on the same grill). Their service was outstanding and was extremely helpful in accommodating with my allergies :)

Vamos aquí todo el tiempo pero hoy acaba de poner la guinda del pastel. El servicio era inexistente el personal normalmente viene y pregunta si todo estaba bien una vez que recibimos nuestra comida, pero nada que también nos pusieron en una mesa que debería ser para una persona no para dos. La comida era abismal El pollo en el pájaro enojado estaba demasiado cocido sobre trozos negros quemados en los lados, apenas se roció salsa picante en la hamburguesa en sí, lo único bueno era que estaba caliente que era bueno. El pollo puchero donde empiezo todo había estado tumbado durante un tiempo ya que no había mucho calor a través de él, un chorrito si tienes suerte de la salsa picante, muy tacaño en la cantidad de patatas fritas teniendo en cuenta que pagas £ 15 por ella y como dije sobre la hamburguesa el pollo fue cremado. Tuve que subir y pedir salsa picante porque había una aspersión encima y el gerente me miró como si hubiera hecho algo malo. El personal no era acogedor El personal era arrogante El personal no estaba cerca de nuestra mesa después de que nos dieron nuestra comida en absoluto pagado en el mostrador. El precio se ha disparado, pero usted está recibiendo menos comida ¿cómo funciona? Creo que volveré a visitar la hamburguesa 7

We go here all the time but today has just put the icing on the cake. Service was non existent the staff normally come up and ask if everything was ok once we received our food but nothing we were also put to a table that should be for one person not for two. Food was abysmal Chicken in the angry bird was over cooked way over black burnt bits on the sides, hardly any hot sauce on the burger itself was drizzled on it, the only good thing was it was piping hot which was good. The poutine chicken where do I start everything had been lying for a while as there not much heat through it, a drizzle if your lucky of the hot sauce, very stingy on the amount of chips considering your paying £15 for it and as I said about the burger the chicken was cremated. I had to go up and ask for hot sauce due to there being a sprinkle on top and the manager just looked at me as if I done something wrong. Staff were not welcoming Staff were arrogant Staff were not anywhere near our table after we got our food at all paid at the counter. The price has shot up but you’re getting less food how does that work. I think I will visit burger 7 again

Disgusting hamburger, horrible chicken nuggets for kids, all super dry ! I honestly don't remember of paying for a bad meal in a very long time which is very unfortunate as first time visiting and certainly will never be back. None of us finished the meal.

I was a bit unsure as I am a vegetarian. Great choices for meat eaters, not much choice for vegetarian/vegan, couple of burgers. I decided to have 3 sides. I had chips, katsu curry, and hallumi fries ....hallumi fries were to die for really delicious. I really enjoyed my meal and it was great to have katsu curry. I would go back. Really good portion size.

We where here tonight a definitely won’t be back staff are quite ignorant only spoke with us when we first went and took our orders then my order wrong 😑 my order should have been plain when I said the staff member he took it back over to the chief who then pick it off my plate the got them to give me it back!! Which I thought was disgusting 🤮 then they never spoke again to us until we ask for the bill there was staff members walking around but they couldn’t come over and ask if everything was as okay or did we need more drinks or did we want anything else therefore it felt and unpleasant and unprofessional customer service in my opinion. Oh and didn’t ask if we had any allergies also!!

Very nice American style diner, comfortable seating and very clean throughout.

So the burgers are decent but no where near value for money. Toppings are skimpy but the meat is delicious. The pretzel bun wasn't the least bit pretzel-y. Great service but not worth the spend of 12 to 14 for just an average burger.

Really enjoyed the food here however putting it down as 3 stars as when I went to use the toilet there was no soap. I told someone who worked there. When we went to leave I popped in to wash my hands and there was still no soap in any of the available bathrooms. It wasn't even particularly busy so it's not like they were rushed off their feet. Food was lovely, bit pricey for what you get but we knew that before we went in.

Amazing staff and how our allergies were supported, with a huge GF menu provided. There was so many options it was difficult to choose, so will need to return to work our way through the menu whilst here in Scotland 😊

3/5 for the reuben, Ive had better. Try Thug Sandwich Company's Reuben in Harrogate, or The Gravy Train@neepsend Social Club's Pastrami Sando ( Sheffield). Both infinitely better than this sandwich.

Went in on Friday for a birthday lunch and despite there only being one other table there it took an age for someone to take our order and an irn bru. Staff were more concerned with talking amongst themselves than actually working, there was 5 staff members on the floor. Our food was prepared quickly however sat in the pass for 10mins before they brought it over to us and the chicken was drier than a camels arse in a dessert storm. We decided to finish our food and get out as soon as possible. Once we finished our food my irn bru finally arrived - after asking two different servers where our drinks were - the drink finally arrived and it was flat and tasted like it was left out in the sun. Honestly one of the worst dining experiences I've had, would strongly recommend people steer clear of this place and dine elsewhere. Save yourself and your wallet the trouble.

I’m so disappointed in this order🙁 I’ve ordered a lot from bread but today is the first time leaving a bad review. I don’t know what’s happened since the last time I ordered but the portion size was terrible. For the amount I’m spending it’s a slap on the face because I can assure you if I was sitting in the restaurant I’d send this back. I’ve literally wasted £45 of my hard earned money for a so called upper class burger but I’d be more satisfied with a McDonald’s 😔

The staff we interacted with were all lovely and the food was ok, but don't wait till you are hungry to go in because you'll be absolutely starving by the time it arrives at your table. We ordered and my partner realised he'd forgotten something so walked back to the shop to purchase it. We still waited 20 minutes after his return for the food we'd ordered and it wasn't even that busy!

My partner and I went here last night it was soo disappointing. First of all we found it welcoming . Then we found out you do not gets fries with the burger together . So ordered a separate potion of skin on fries. The person didnt care to ask if we wanted any sauses. Burgers were a bit disappointing. But the fries were so dry and quite tastless . They also had to be washed down. Both myself and my partner left with the chips still makeing their way down . I asked if they were frozen and the manager said yes. I was paying my bill at that time. He didn't even apologise for the fact that I still felt them stuck in my throat. Worst place to eat 🤬😡

My chicken burger was small, and drier than a water biscuit. "Large" portion of chips left me wondering what a standard size would be like. I'll be in no hurry to return.

Great burgers really tasty, be aware the burgers are quite large, but filled with tasty onions and a nice char grilled taste. I would definately visit again.

I think that sometimes people can be too quick to complain, and not so quick to compliment when they experience good service/food. In this instance the quality of the food was great, tasted delicious and we received it quickly.

Felt compelled to write a review just for the great service alone. Popped in for lunch with my husband while we were out shopping and were seated immediately by some very friendly staff. Now, at the moment, I'm ten weeks pregnant and my sickness has been pretty bad, but I felt good so thought I'd chance getting my usual order. I ordered one of their BBQ Pork grilled cheese and my husband got his usual cheeseburger. Mistake on my part! I only had a few bites of my sandwich when I bit into a fatty piece of pork which sent a signal straight to my stomach. Ran to the bathroom. I won't elaborate on the rest. When I returned, our lovely waitress asked if I was alright. I explained what happened, insisting that it was not the food. The food is lovely! It's all me. Even so, she offered to have the kitchen make me something else instead. I didn't want to be a bother, but she was so lovely and returned 5 minutes later with a burger for me. The quality of the food was fantastic, that was never in question for me. I was feeling miserable and more than a bit mortified, but the staff were so lovely and caring, it made things a million times better!

Great service today from our servers Erin and Catherine. They were both super attentive and always on the ball. Food was delicious. However, i’m a regular bmb customer and like other reviews i’ve read, i have definitely noticed a negative change in atmosphere quite clearly due to the change in management unfortunately.

My partner and I went to this restaurant tonight as he had been to the city centre one and really enjoyed it. I had never been before. I really won’t be back. We waited ages on our food so did many other people then for our food to come and it wasn’t nice it was so disappointing. Shame because the waiting staff were nice and maybe the chefs were understaffed but I won’t be trying again to find out. Grudged having to pay when I didn’t eat mine.

been a couple of times before and it was good, came back and was very shocked. waited about 40 minutes for our food, which was 4 burgers and 3 sides. wouldn’t have minded the wait if the food was good. however, this was not the case. i got the ayia napa burger, which came with a sliver of sauce and a burnt burger. cant forget the SLIVER of halloumi that is one shade away from being burnt. the driest burger i’ve ever had, would’ve preferred a mcdonald’s. the prices would have been justifiable if the food was as usual, but it wasn’t. Decided to go to your establishment with my wife and kids after a bit of shopping as it was a little birthday treat, My wife ordered a sub, said it was ok nothing great, edible was her answer My daughter ordered a chicken burger she thought it was fine, had better was her answer, Myself, I ordered the signature wolf burger, Signature wolf burger, the burger itself was not to bad but the so called pulled pork that it was covered in was the worst I’ve ever had, disgusting to say the least, it was grey, mushy and cold, it looked like something from an out of date tuna sandwich, the chips were solid, well over cooked, I seen some folk sent the chips back, something definitely wrong if they can’t cook some chips. my wife said to complain and send it back, but I’m with my kids and truth be told I’m not that type of person to cause a scene, I just bite my tongue and accept, I real wish I didn’t though and shoulda listened to my wife, also the staff all looked as if they didn’t want to be there, that also kinda put me off complaining, the atmosphere was horrendous and it was very cold as well. I can safely say that I’ll not be back, £90 down the drain all because I don’t like to cause a scene in front of my kids

Nice staff, good selection of food. Took 30mins for our order to arrive, place wasn’t overly busy with people. Was busy with take away orders, that might’ve held our order back? BBQ chicken fajitas came on toasted bread? The buffalo fries were really tasty, however the food arrived lukewarm, plate was barely warm causing the food to be cold in less than 5mins. The pastrami & chicken toasties were enjoyed, albeit could’ve been warmer. Tater totts were as good as ever. But overpriced, ordered a gingerbeer & charged £3 for a can that is sold in shops for 70p

The food was inedible. The bread was wet. You make allowances for travel but both the pastrami and the patty melt were sitting in water

I loved Bread Meats Bread. The burgers are fantastic. The chips used to be big enough to share but the portion seems to have reduced drastically but kept the same price. Service was great.

Both myself and my wife absolutely loved our burgers. Staff were friendly enough and accurate. Highly recommend the Tater Tots. They were sooooo good.

Great food and great service! Been a few times now and each time I've always been given a warm welcome and had something that feels lovingly prepared. The portions are a fair size, I've never left hungry and I always look forward to my next visit.
