Costa Coffee Tesco in North Lanarkshire

Typically Costas ,the difference is the staff, friendly and welcoming a credit to the company.must bring in customers for Tesco.

Met my friend here for a coffee and was tempted to have a lovely hot chocolate with the works! ( cream and marshmallows) I had a gingerbread man ( oops person) absolutely delicious. Never been there before nice atmosphere, friendly girl serving kindly took my friends coffee to the table as she has a walking stick. Very relaxed catch up with my friend. Now I know its there I plan to go on a regular basis.

Good place to have a quick snack after a shop. Coffee is good, but prices are pretty steep. Quite a good selection of cakes and biscuits.

We use this Costa all the time..clean with friendly staff and nice seating. Newspapers and tasty coffee, hot chocolate and snacks. See you next week ☺

I like to meet friends and family in Costa Tesco Wishaw , staff are lovely always get a seat and you can pick up you're shopping what's not to like ?. A flat white and toasted tea cakes my favourite .

The service is good and so handy for a quick drink and bite to eat.The chocolate crispy cake is amazing.

As visitors to Edinburgh, we were very pleased to come across this cafe. We were enjoying an Edinburgh hot summer season for a few days and were very happy to sit upstairs and relax with good quality coffee, a great choice of food & we also appreciated the friendly interaction with staff members. A view of Edinburgh castle was an extra bonus.

We had sandwiches which were freshly made and were tasty. The tea and coffee was good too, served hot and everything was clean. The only thing was that the girl taking the cash was so slow that there was a long line of people and so it took a while.

Often pop in here while doing the weekly shop, it's upstairs in Tesco so it's light and you can see down over the store. It's not often too busy, so always manage to get a table and the staff are helpful, it's a good Costa with the drinks well-made and selection of toasties and sandwiches, although I often just have the drinks. Most recent visit lived up to usual standards. Wondered if the trade would decline with the opening of the full Costa store on Wishaw Main Street but it remains bustling as ever.

The toasties are delicious & the coffees are lovely. Good variety of cold & hot drinks available & the service is top-notch. The manager is a lovely lady who takes time to ask how your day is going.

My wife and I visit Tesco every Thursday for our weekly shopping and half way through we go upstairs for coffee and the coffee is always good and hot but more importantly the staff are excellent very helpful and cheerful, this is the best and friendliest Costa coffee shop we have visited.

My hubby and I go every Sunday morning before doing our weekly shop, staff and service is amazing, they know their regulars and treat them like family, but it doesn’t matter if your a first timer or a regular you get amazing service.

Visited the store and standing at the counter waiting and was served within couple mins the counter assistant was to busy listen to the converstaion the women was having with the co worker wile I stand waiting on my drinks.

Costa in Tesco Wishaw is by far the best Costa we’ve ever been in the staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful, they make you feel very welcome and can’t do enough to help you, we go in every week either on a Saturday or a Sunday and no matter what staff are in they are all excellent.

Best COSTA I've been to by far. Staff are the consummate professionals and their customer service is second-to-none. It is COSTA after all so the decor and menu is as they all are with their promos and seasons marked out for them elsewhere but it is the professionalism of the staff that is the most striking feature. They are indeed talented baristas and this deserves recognition, even if it is only on Trip Advisor. I regularly complete reviews that ping to my email from using my COSTA app but I never know if Jacqueline and her team get their pat on the back from head office that makes me filling them in worthwhile. It is like going to a friend's for a cuppa here: they know your order, it's prepared how you like it and the selection of goodies is always plentiful. It can get a bit crowded and has it's moments when tables are hard to come by and as a previous reviewer mentioned some people bag a table prior to ordering which is mean to be honest; WAIT YOUR TURN LIKE THE REST OF US! My son has always been made to feel a valued customer too from the ripe old age of 4 - this is what I'm trying to capture in my review, the baristas are 100% customer focused without a shadow of a doubt. Coffee aroma is always warm and inviting and I for one will return here again. Try it for yourself. You won't be disappointed!

Always clean and tidy, staff always pleasant and you get a lovely coffee served quickly can't ask for much more

We went in to costa for a coffee and the staff were very helpful the food was good and the shop was totally relaxing it was good to just sit and chill I will definitely go back

Clean tidy and often busy. Service with a smile and reasonable WiFi. A place to rest the weary feet while visiting Tesco's. Reasonable snack availability and decent coffee, though the tea menu could do with being increased.

Friendly staff service with a smile and the coffee is good too visit here every morning for my daily fix of caffeine regular prices for Costa and the staff are always happy not much more to say really

I visit the coffee shop quite regular & always find the staff very friendly. It is a little pricey, hence not full marks, but clean, efficient, good choice & as I said earlier, friendly.

Friendly staff who serve. Nice tasting coffee. Noisy as it is in tesco. Coffee is dear compared to others but normal Costa prices.

Stop off here now and again for a coffee after the weekly shop in Tesco. Quite a good selection of cakes/biscuits but I always find these way too pricey. Staff always pleasant and shop floor/tables always clean.

I've pretty much stopped going to Costa Coffee outlets due to a few bad experiences with hygiene/flies in food prep areas. This outlet is one of the good ones.bNice polite staff and a good std of food and drink. If only the branches in Motherwell/The Fort would take a leaf out of their book.

Costa is Costa's wherever you are . The biggest problem in Costa's is the ability for people in the queue to send one of their party ahead in the search for a suitable table, leaving you standing about like a spare part with a tray full of drinks/cakes in the middle of the shop waiting on someone vacating a table. I find it extremely rude to do this and I prefer to wait as it's up to the staff to find you a seat if the shop is too busy. The coffee and nibbles speak for themselves and if its consistent taste and a certain atmosphere you want then it fills the elevenses hour to perfection , especially being in close proximity to Tesco after your shopping spree.

Situated on the top floor at Tesco this coffee is nice and relaxed and i like going here , the staff are first class and always welcoming , the shop is kept clean and tidy and always busy.Food is quickly done for you and all the Barista's know their coffee

The tie-up between Tesco and Costa Coffee makes me very happy. Supermarket cafés can often be depressing affairs, so it's nice to be able to take a break from shopping somewhere with a nice atmosphere and good coffee.The Costa at the Wishaw Tesco is tucked away on the first floor away from the hustle and bustle of the supermarket aisles. It isn't huge but there seems to be enough seating. The service was quick and friendly. And the coffee is fab.

Out of the Costa Coffee places ive visited this one is the best, Thank you to Joanne who was on the till who served me this afternoon, fast and friendly service with a I ordered food and hot chocolate , i expected it to look a lot better than what was served, by the time the other girl gave me it was running down the glass, the taste smile.was fine just all down the glass doesn't look good.Really busy today 13.09.15

Well was here the other day and oh it was good as showing in the picture looks good tastes even better, feel its better as supermarkets right there. the young girl that could be the manager is very polite and friendly, always asking customers how they are (just what any Costa manager should do..

Was in today after a lovely hot afternoon walking through Wishaw town centre. Stopped by for my usual bucket of tea, which is only £1. Staff are lovely, and always courteous.Can't complain at all about the service. I'm in here at least once a week to get my weekly bits and bobs.Keep up the good work!

my wife and i love costa anyway but the one in tesco wishaw is really good with friendly staff and a good atmosphere they are really good with my kids too as we buy them a babychino which is just a hot chocolate but cooler for the kids with whipped cream and a marshmallow and its only about 60p costa coffee in my opinion is the best coffee you can buy it beats all other coffee hands down this place is defo worth a visit

I am a massive fan of hot chocolate and seem to drink if everywhere i go, stopped off here and it was quite and the place was very clean tables were clean and not one had any trays on it. The Assistant manager is a gem to this company she is very polite and very friendly and was asking people how they were and if there coffee etc was ok , just what a company is needing someone who loves customer service, Hot chocolate was lovely just want i needed,

Stopped here for hot chocolate was not that busy tables were unattended and had cups and saucers on the table 8 tables were like this, The hot chocolate was alright was not the best.
