Tonight June 15 2024 the staff were amazing but especially Andy who served and looked after us he is asset to the team at dove coke kind caring fantastic personality great customer care. This waiter has only been with the company 7months is an asset to dove cote beef eater cumbernuald and you as a company would be crazy to loose the amazing waiter . Good pub grub, reasonably priced with great service from Hana. Took Mum for lunch and she was delighted. Quick service and super tasty.

A very enjoyable breakfast, thank you to Hannah and all the staff for the effort to help and support us for our breakfast, everything was top notch and all the food was well laid out and plenty choices for the grand kids to enjoy. This was an unexpected stop off on the way to the theatre and turned out to be an excellent choice. We were greeted by a lovely smiling Hana, who then showed us to our table, promptly brought menu’s and took our drink order. The meal was well presented, tasty and great value for money! The restaurant is also only 10 minutes from the Cumbernauld Theatre so great for a pre-theatre meal. We would like to give a big shout out to Hana, she was serving all the early evening diners and was so professional , efficient and cheery, well done!

Was a great evening out the staff were friendly helpful and the service was great, The best roast dinner i have had in a long time, could have done my pudding twice. Enjoyed the beer garden in the sunshine yesterday. The food was so good I practically inhaled it. We both got burgers - cooked to perfection. Sharon, who served us at the bar, deserves a special mention. Despite being busy she took the time to answer questions about the menu and went into detail about the quality of the cuts of meat. We’re definitely going back to try a few of the other meals she mentioned.

Great food, including vegetarian options, excellent service (thanks Luke and Steven) in a lovely environment, so definitely a great choice for a nice meal!

Love this restaurant, we go as a family on a regular basis. They have good service, reasonable prices and serve good quality meals and it’s all very relaxed, ideal. Would definitely recommend.

Great service, especially from Hannah and Steven! Breakfast was very good and well priced for what you get. Had the ribeye steak and was probably one of the nicest steaks I’ve had and for £19 really well priced. Only thing that let it down was the chicken wings, really weren’t great, possibly as we came late to eat that evening so might have been last of stock. Would come back for sure :)

We booked a large table for a 70th birthday. There was around 40 of us. The service was amazing, all the food that came out was hot and tasty. The 2 servers looking after us, Hannah and Luke were so attentive and a real asset to your restaurant, we can be loud and they dealt with us in such a professionally familiar way which really made our visit great. Thank you so much we all had a great time and would totally recommend for anyone looking to book in.

Ha!!!! We just came in for the second time and they started to tell us that they have 49 people (???? WHY THIS IS MY JOB TO KNOW??????, perhaps because I will eat tomorrow????) We asked for a cocktail but they do not have orange juice…. Really? First time was ok but this time I just want to start screaming….. Perhaps the girl who serving us, Hannah, has the best intentions but I felt so badly, especially because she is talking so so fast. Took my 14 year old for a half term treat and was not disappointed. Friendly and professional from the outset, we were shown to a booth and given our menus. Our waitress Hanna introduced herself and the experience was fabulous throughout. We had before and as a vegan, I was delighted that there was something I could eat and also how accommodating to my diet the staff were. The food and drink was excellent, fresh and delicious and all the staff were very friendly, had excellent knowledge of the menu and were attentive throughout. We will be back.

We attended for breakfast on Easter Sunday, it was busy however we had a great service, excellent food- cooked to order! The Self service continental breakfast items - breads, fruit juice and tea/coffee were quickly replenished by the service team, who worked tirelessly all morning. We had a great time, kids too and we all had excellent cooked breakfast- cooked to order and all served at same time - for our large group. Well done Team Docecote! You really pushed the boat out to meet demands of guests on such a busy service and all while keeping area clean, tidy and safe. We will be back again ! 👌🏽

We booked for a table of 9 (adults and kids) for Easter Sunday breakfast, food was great as usual and service was amazing the restaurant was so busy, but nothing was too much trouble for the team, hats off to the staff and manager who were running about keeping everything well stocked up and even put through an order for our table even though the kitchen was technically closed amazing morning will defo be back!

We experience a shortage of items for a breakfast buffet, no glasses for juice, shortage of bakery choices, butter , bread and pancakes short. Worst experience so far, very disappointing. Tried to highlight issue to the duty manager, failed to accept responsibility for the shortage.

Food was over priced with no quality - standard frozen fayre, side was returned as overcooked. Service was shocking - slower than slow. There was no atmosphere in this eaterie. Disappointed as this was an Easter Sunday trip out.

Food is good and the current menu is better than the last one. The service is always very good and the staff are very helpful The last two times we have boosted the food seems to have taken a step up. Not sure why but the food really is excellent.

Dinner was fabulous. Ordered the mixed grill and Billy cooked it to perfection. Always great food when Billy's on the grill.

Stayed here for a week and I found the service exceptional, everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The food was variable I found, some items were lovely and some a bit overcooked. The meal deal that was on offer was fantastic value, it included a full cooked or continental breakfast and a 2 course evening meal. There's lots of choices for both meals. Fabulous dessert menu which I have included photos of as I loved them so much.

Tonight i had dinner with my family. It was awful. We ordered starters.. They then tried to bring my starters with my meal. Meals then came out cold. After a hard day at work very disappointed. Meal didnt taste right. God knows whats happened in this place. Not value for money

Lovely meal and friendly staff, Hannah was lovely from the moment we arrived to when we left, the food was lovely and the Tennents was chilled exactly right. We have been to this restaurant a few times over the years on our way on holiday and this was the best we’ve experienced so far, thank you so much 😊

My family and I came to the Beefeater this evening to have a meal for my mum's birthday. From start to finish the service was amazing, the staff were so attentive and friendly. Hannah went the extra mile for us and made us feel so welcome, like nothing was a bother. The food was great too - tasty, good value for money and decent portion sizes. We all left feeling pleasantly full after a wonderful evening.

Had a 1 night stay at the Premier Inn and we opted to have dinner at the Beefeater establishment. We were incredibly impressed with the menu and how good value it was for Premier Inn customers who upgraded to the meal deal. The staff we came into contact with were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Special mention to Donna who was lovely.

Visited for our parents 52nd wedding anniversary on 11th Feb, I had mentioned it on my booking and they had decorated the table for us which was a lovely touch. Also had taken into account our request for a quiet area for our son who is autistic. Hannah looked after us and was just fantastic, we all really loved the food, all our steaks cooked perfectly and the service was that excellent blend of checking on us without being intrusive to our relaxing meal. Burger was really big too, hubby couldn't finish it all. Thanks so much for a lovely meal with such friendly service x

Had our dinner here food was nice... bit overpriced but as its Glasgow we accepted it. We arrived at our hotel next door after 4hour drive met up with family members in the pub only to be told they were closing at 10.15 and we had all just bought drinks. We were basically being thrown out with drinks in our hand on a Friday night so was very disappointed. There's a wetherspoons over the road so we went there the next evening instead

This is my families go to place when we want to eat out, breakfast is amazing too, we love a wee beefy breakfast.. The menu gets updated regularly which is great.. Two of us are vegetarian and there are plenty of choices for us, we had Christmas dinner there yesterday and left feeling very satisfied.. The food is outstanding but the biggest compliment I have is for the Staff, from the moment we walk through the door you will receive a warm friendly welcome and they will make you feel your custom is important to them, that means a lot.. We were there for a date night. There was Christmas meals on.at other tables but it only added to the atmosphere. Only problem we had was the toilet. I had a problem getting the door closed with my wheelchair in the bathroom. But the staff were lovely and got me a dining chair to move to to take my wheelchair out so I could use the toilet. The lift was great. I've not seen a lift like it.

Went two weeks in a row as we are having a kitchen installed. This venue was recommended to us. First time was great food excellent as was the service. Second time we waited at the door to be seated, after 5 minutes a group of people came I and just sat down at a table. The lady serving finally came over to us and we asked for a table for three. Was told that a table of 23 had just came in, I was aware as I was there before they arrived. So we asked if we would be served first as we had been waiting for quite some time. The front of house lady said yes they would. I said we would go somewhere else. She sort of just shrugged and we left and went to the weatherspoons along the road. This was excellent and much more choice as a side issue. It wasn't the fact that they were busy I understand that. But the attitude was pretty poor and clearly disorganised.

I regularly have breakfast here. The staff are great and the food is freshly cooked for you. It is a great way to start the Weekend.
