The food at the smokin Fox was excellent. The fish and chips were top rate, as were the haggis balls. Good selection of scotch whiskey, and nice cold beer on tap that was served by an extremely pleasant Irish server. it’s a very pretty interior and made for a very relaxing lunch for me and my wife would highly recommend this close to the central train station in Glasgow.

Vanilla glazed, almond glazed cake donut, Creme brûlée, and peanut butter vegan donuts eaten of the six we purchased. Cake donut was dry. Vegan donut good. Creme brûlée was excellent! Vanilla glazed pretty good. Crème brûlée’s was worth the calories. The others were not.

We went for tea and cake in the morning after a walk. Tea and coffee fine and staff good, but my wife is coeliac and there was nothing gluten free apart from toast! We live in a world that many people have allergies and to be told ' sorry no gluten free cakes today' is not great. Probably wouldn't ho again.

Really disappointing food and service. Coffee was great but the cheese toaster is so bad it’s unbelievable that it’s £9.50 see photo.

Expertly blended coffees straight from their own roastery. The americano, latte and cappuccino, were a delight and refreshing to have. The carrot cakes and cinnamon buns, were delicious.

Highly recommend this lovely small cafe in the heart of the Merchant City. Very busy but light and airy. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the cafe is spotlessly clean. All the ingredients are fresh, high quality and reasonably priced. The Menu offers a good choice of items and some more refreshingly different combinations. The smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwich was delicious on the lightest brown bread, with a very pretty side salad. The staff made an off Menu cheese and tomato sandwich for my friend and she thoroughly enjoyed it. We had no room for cakes but they looked delicious. Drinks choice is good and value for money throughout,

A really good, traditional village pub, more like you’d get in *whispers* England that the west of Scotland. Three real ales were on when I visited, with one finishing and another pulled right through. The beer garden looked incredible, but as it was a chilly March evening we opted to stay inside and enjoy the heat from the real fire. Children welcome in the bar till 20:00 which is very handy. Can’t wait to return.
