A restaurant not to miss. Such a simple dish but their deep fried ,homemade pickles has become my favourite dish of the year so far. Incredibly light batter. Then the pulled duck burger is something you dream about either on a night out or to recover the next day. Other dishes sampled like the pasta were expertly cooked and delicious . Very friendly and attentive service. Highly recommended.

I had dinner at the Duck Club last night with my husband and daughter who has several food allergies. I cannot express how helpful Ross was in accommodating her needs going above and beyond in his response. After an in depth consultation the kitchen managed to produce an "off menu" alternative dish which was delicious! My husband and I both had the 12 hour duck leg which we thoroughly enjoyed. Dining out with food intolerances is never easy so a huge thank you to Ross for his patience and understanding!

Welcoming atmosphere and relaxing vibe . Great for girls night out. We ordered Duck fat fries which tasted so good , crispy and aromatic duck fat. The Haggis is with peppercorn , panfried just right which made it tasted even better 👍🏻we also ordered broccoli stem with Hollandaise source , tasted so good with aromatic fat . Select menu but all types of food available 9am-9pm. Full breakfast was £15, the price tallys with the quality ingredients used, paying for quality not quantity. Duck leg, hash brown.... Was excellent. Duck fries, were ok. Nice tea. Iced coffee was a touch bitter, Americano was good. Background music a touch too loud or maybe where our table was. Nicely decorated with a cosy feeling. Would go back.

We went to the duck club in Partick recently for a last-minute birthday lunch. After searching for a nice restaurant to take my husband to, we found this one. Most high-end places are closed on a Monday, so we struggled to find somewhere. We were NOT disappointed!! We have read good things, so we're hopeful. The food was amazing. We ordered a selection of food to try, our server was lovely and very helpful. On ordering pudding, which was an interesting twist on a classic sticky toffee, the staff brought it out with a candle for my husband, which i thought was a lovely touch. The menu also said happy birthday. We would definitely go again in a heartbeat. Parking isn't too difficult close by but could be considered expensive. Definitely worth trying.

The service is fantastic. Very pleasant and helpful, without being obtrusive. Food was very nice and well cooked. Wish we could have stayed a bit longer, but were only able to get a one hour slot. I went for the cooked breakfast. At first glance it looked like a small portion. However, the food is so well balanced it leaves you feeling full and contented. Expensive, but I would say worth it. I had an excellent bloody mary. Dessert was the deep fried cinnamon bun and ice cream. Lovely, caramelised to perfection.

Back to Partick Duck Club with a few pals for a catch-up. It’s always a great spot for brunch, I decided to try the 24hr beef steak and egg benedict, £15.95. And a can of San Pelligrino, £5. We were sat on the bar which isn’t too comfortable or great for chatting. I would recommend getting a table instead. The beef itself was fantastic - tender, rich and falling apart. But sadly, the rest of the dish didn’t live up to the same standard. The sauce was disappointing - lacking depth and real flavour. The egg and bread didn’t add much either, leaving the dish feeling unbalanced overall. A fried egg instead of poached too, wasn’t was I was expecting either. It wasn’t bad, in fact it was still good but I should have got the duck leg which looked and tasted unreal. Follow me on insta for more reviews: @Lewishere_lewisthere

Decided to go here for brunch with my 10 year old sister on a Sunday, as from memory the brunch was really decent. Guy said he could sit us at the bar, which i said no to as it wasn’t appropriate for the kid. He insisted it was fine, which it wasn’t really. The stools were weirdly close to each other and we were sat next to two loud lads swearing and stuff. Not their fault, but not ideal to be sat next to with a kid. I asked if a table became available if we could move, never happened. Then we ordered. The £16 breakfast was minimal, bare, and dry. Asked for beans, was bluntly told no by a waitress who then just walked away. Streaky bacon was overdone even by streaky bacon standards and tasted like it had been lay for ages. No one checked if the food was alright or not. Then my wee sister went to wash her hands. After 10 minutes she never came back so i went to check on her. Over the loud music could only make out that I thought she was fine, then after another 10 minutes checked again and after finally hearing her, discovered she was locked in. Tried to open it from the outside myself, no joy. Then got a staff member who managed it with a knife. Instead of an apology, all the young staff were laughing and the wee one was mortified. I told the manager what happened and that he ought to get the lock seen to. To which he replied pretty defensively that he would. Again, not even a hint of an apology. Used to be a good place with good food and great service. Definitely not worth the visit these days based on this, and there’s not a chance i’d give them a penny again.

Porciones mezquinas y caras.

Let me start with highlighting how lovely this place's decor is. The staff is great, the atmosphere is superb. However... charging £10.50 for a cocktail that is technically a glass filled with ice and two sips of liquid... I call it extortion. I understand prices go up for venues, too, but what happened to value for price? I don't mind paying for my drinks, but the cocktail I had at this venue, even though delicious, was a huge disappointment.

It’s lovely sourdough, my eggs with salmon were advertised as such but boyfriend was a little disappointed. You do need the steak knives they give you to cut the bread! Over £4 (I forget exactly how much but sure it was £4.75) for a very small glass of orange juice doesn’t tally up with the the rest of the menu. Good things: staff, half portion options. We were keen to try as we heard such great things however we left severely disappointed. My husband and I ordered the corrie farm eggs on sourdough ( me poached and him scrambled). We were asked if we would like to double up the eggs. I presumed that this meant doubling up the quantity of eggs however upon receiving the breakfast we discovered that it meant one or two eggs. We were dissatisfied with the quantity given that double eggs on sourdough was £14,95 per person. We should maybe come back and order something else but it was a bit steep to charge this for 2 eggs on sourdough we thought. Service was quick although plates were moved whilst I was finishing my last bite which was slightly annoying. Lovely setting and people were nice that served us. Thanks

What a nice surprise. We really liked our duck. Service was attentive and caring with our baby and toddler.

Fantastic lunch. Impressed with food and service. Duck was obviously the hero but crab soufflé, frickles, cauliflower and hash browns not to be missed. Exceeded our expectations.

Food was pretty average. Staff were pleasant enough but lacking any decent service skills. There are better places for dinner.

Very disappointing first visit. Had been meaning to visit for a while and finally decided to stop in. As a coeliac your options are incredibly limited, with the only dishes that can be made gluten free are those that can easily swap out normal bread for gluten free bread (and chips). Of which there is a £1.25 fee. The only milk alternative they have on site is oat milk as well. I ordered the duck leg & nduja hash, fried egg with sour cream (£14.95). This also came with a piece of toast. There was very little duck meat in the dish and it was shredded which wasn't mentioned on the menu. Another thing that wasn't mentioned was the sheer amount of cabbage that was mixed into this dish. The toast (£1.25 extra) was ice cold, the portion was small for the price and the dish itself was very oily. For the price I would be expecting more, especially considering the full breakfast is almost the same price (20p in the difference). My partner ordered a cappuccino (£3.70) that came in what seemed to be a flat white cup. Incredibly small size for a cappuccino especially considering the price. He also ordered the breakfast bun (£9.50) with the black pudding being the only component that wasn't cold upon arrival. The layout of the menu was also quite poor and due to design choices it was difficult to read in some places. Also the online menus prices are not correct and are slightly increased in the restaurant. Overall we were disappointed as we had high expectations going in. Despite the decor and atmosphere being impeccable the aforementioned issues let down the establishment for us.

Can't really fault our evening here, everything was lovely. The place itself has a lovely atmosphere, very friendly and warm. Loved the decor, the colours, the lighting and the play list made it very chilled. Really liked the menu, nice to see something different, not predictable. We went for burgers, 2 different ones and shared, because we couldn't make our minds up! Have to say the chips were insane, absolutely gorgeous 😍 We loved it, fab!
