I love the decor in this place, variety of different desserts to choose from. Staff are lovely and service was smooth and quick. The waffle pops are one of my favourite things on the menu due to the different toppings, a great item. Overall very happy with my visit will definitely come again

Poor service again, in 2 week span, tea was 30 mins wait rest of party had finished their desserts, milkshake tasted off. Male employee just had a bit of an attitude about it being late, It was luke warm at best, Overt priced for what you get, There’s many better dessert places with better service,

Popped in here after having one of those cravings for something properly sweet and not something I could dog out a cupboard. I had never been before, but I was not disappointed. The desserts here are amazing! The menu is more than an extensive selection, food tastes amazing, and staff are so nice and chatty. The atmosphere was great too, chatty without being too loud and very welcoming. Would totally recommend.

Took ages to get a table, then we weren’t told we had to order at the till so sat for ages waiting to be served. Got served and there was a hair in our desert. The chap did replace it but then told us that no one in the kitchen had hair the colour of the one on the desert ! What the fudge ! Just replace and don’t carry out DNA evidence of where the hair came from. But it did look delicious. Massive portions ! Get one between two is my suggestion.

My crepe was delicious. I didn't know about this place before, even tho I lived in the area. Will return for more crepes.

Just visited ‘What the fudge’ today, it was my first time in Glasgow and I loved it! The chocolate waffle was so tasty, and not overly chocolatey. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, especially Dishant. I’ll definitely be visiting again soon. I highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to go out and relax with their friends.

The desserts are 10/10 as well as the service! The muscular guy at the till is a huge bonus! Belgian chocolate waffle with a bit of eye candy, can’t go wrong with that!

Boy oh boy this was good - I will have to go back to sample more of their menu because their is a lot on offer, but based on the oreo ice cream alone I'd say you should definitely pay them a visit if you like desserts!!

One of the best desserts in Glasgow if not the best.

Once again music far too loud, can't have a conversation so not an enjoyable experience. Asked staff politely if they can turn down slightly but music was left at same level. Unfortunately we won't be returning because same every time.

Manny provided excellent service and made me the best milkshake (Snickers) I'd had in my entire life. If we are ever anywhere remotely close to Glasgow we will go out of our way to return. Wishing we had spent more time in Glasgow so we could have tried more of their desserts. Thanks Manny! Really appreciate it. :)

Has to be one of the best dessert places i have been to. I Spoke to a girl called Annab that works there she was so friendly, gave recommendations and had a lovely conversation with me. Her service was on point! It was very busy but we didn't have to wait long..I would recommend this place and would definitely come back here..

Been wanting to visit for a while, we were nearby and checked opening times. We were waiting outside at 2pm like website and Google says but it was closed. Bad for business if info is not upto date!

2nd visit to What the Fudge, and proof that it wasn't a fluke! This place is so good! Highly recommend the Cookie Dough Cup - it's everything you'd want it to be! Filled with your choice of ice-cream and brownie pieces, then covered with cookie dough and toffee sauce! Ooft. Also gave the brownies a whirl and they didn't disappoint either! Didn't realise they came double stacked, though, so prepare your stomach for an absolute mountain of sugary goodness!

Visited this place on a recent trip to Glasgow. What a treat! Love the atmosphere and the ice cream was delicious. Our orders were all simple, and we only got one scoop each, but it was great!!

Absolutely amazing. Was in tonight and we all agree that it was the best desserts we have ever had. The Sunday was next level and like nothing I’ve ever seen before and the mixed bites just topped it all off as an extra treat. Really friends staff and good atmosphere. Will most definitely be back soon.

Great local place for a late dessert. We were driving through Glasgow on a family trip and ended up staying in the area and looking for food late into the evening. It was a fun and unexpected find. A local dessert hangout. Great atmosphere.

Rude staff ! specially the white male extremely rude, and he’s proud of it, left in middle of eating, will never recommend family to go there. that will be last time they’ll see me and my families money the rudeness destroyed our day out, binned the faloodas

Great staff but often get orders wrong and take ages

Discovered this little sweet gem today, great name, fun & quirky decor, friendly and helpful staff and delicious treats. Couldn’t believe the size of the brownie and a reasonable price too. The strawberry fondue was big too, I wasn’t expecting so many strawberries, but it was devoured between us. Are half potions an option or maybe best for sharing? So many ice cream choices. Had to wait 10 mins for a table but that was fine. Definitely a place to go back to.

Me and my family have been regularly coming to what the fudge for years now for dessert, the man who works at the front counter always makes us feel very welcome. Lovely atmosphere and delicious food, definitely worth it

I had a real craving for Falooda and choose to go to What the Fudge as I normally get waffles here which are delicious. Oh My God was I disappointed! Worst Falooda ever! Not down to difference of taste but because of hard noodles, watery milk, and lacked flavour. What a waste of £13 I really should have stuck to what I know but wanted to explore their menu. What the Fudge is great for Waffles but I would stay away from the Falooda.

It's OK nothing special always crowded full of people it's well over charged service is slow but staff is very friendly.

Great choice and most importantly kids love it. There isn't much seating, but I would say one of the best dessert places in Glasgow.

this establishment is fantastic. The chocolate dipping fountain with the array of tasty fruits and sweets is amazing. my now dead step son ordered the wooden stick with bread. would recommend all to go here, and order the gravel with tomato sauce. if you go in and scream as loud as you can the loudest wins free food.

Last night me and my friend really wanted Falooda, and their was too many options, recommended by my wife to try What The Fudge, we went there and ordered the Falooda and was super excited to try it, unfortunately This was the worst Falooda ever I have had, they have no idea on how to make Falooda, none of the ingredients in this were actually supposed to be in Falooda. It was very very disappointing and I will not be back and definitely not recommending for Falooda and we also bought What The Fudge fudge sweetie which was displayed at the counter, and when I got home before giving to kids I realised this was actually out of date and my friends kids ate the bag without checking date. Plz do check dates of items and ask how long their cakes have been displayed for before purchasing.

Good choice of desserts can be busy sometimes but does only take 12 mins to get a table. Good work

Our experience was marred a little bit by the "rude-polite" girl behind the counter who served us the dessert. She told us that we had "5 minutes to finish up" as she had customers waiting. Maybe they should make that clear when seating customers - that there's a time limit. We were half way through our drinks (which we got on top of the ice creams) when we got this count down. Kinda left a bad taste when leaving. Overall, this place is okay if you want something extremely sweet and layered with every sickly-sweet sauce known to man!

I bought fallodda today one of the worstest falooda ever I taste , I always buy from big licks just to give it a try I bought from here today and just disappointed badly by their lowest quality product not recommended at all

Visited this place with my family. The service was great however the desserts are average and overpriced for what they are. The level of sauce is none existant on the cookie doughs we got. The scoop of vanilla ice cream tasted like single cream vanilla from corolla, I would have expected a luxury double cream vanilla for the price.

Update- visited today with my family and got great service. Food and drinks served quickly, presented well and staff were all top notch...5 stars today.

Amazing customer service and desserts. I would suggest to remove the desi chai from the menu if your not going to make it properly. It was literally hot milk with a royal tea bag, not brewed at all. Cash only unfortunately.

We went today with family and we ordered the Ferrero Rocher milkshake it tasted disgusting we gave it back and the lady came back n said to us she didn’t think anything was wrong it and couldn’t do anything abt and she said we can’t change this one sooo rude

Really nice ice cream and a choice of desserts including waffles, crepes and sundaes in a nice atmospheric setting. There's also a handful of Asian desserts such as falooda. Worth noting that none of the recommended COVID restrictions or precautions were been implemented whilst we visited. That's the only reason for 4 a stars rather than 5.

Nice atmosphere with wide range of desserts located next to steak Inn on Victoria Road Glasgow.its a great wee place maybe a bit to wee.

The desserts were well made and got served pretty fast. I was pretty surprised about how much I got considering the price was not too expensive.

5 stars? What the fudge needs 10! Amazing food with a vast selection so there is something for everyone. Amazing staff, such a unique place in a city where so many places are the same.
