So today I booked a table for a night out with my wife, albeit this is for November. But I just wanted to leave this review for the booking process. The booking was so easy to do online, confirmation emails sent. I then contacted through Facebook Messenger. Morgan quickly responded, and can I just say her customer service was nothing short of exceptional. First class service guys, and a special mention again to Morgan for here professionalism.

Just in from my work Christmas lunch. £36 A head . Food was awful. Scotch broth had no seasoning or taste and was like pea soup. Blade of beef main course was like shoe leather with no steak knife to help cut it. Had to ask for salt as no condiments on table . Service terrible and not enough bar staff on. Staff were so stressed and miserable . No table service or wine offered with meal. They are missing an upselling trick. They ran out of guiness, peroni , menabrea etc. . We were hunted rudely off our tables as there was another booking coming in. Terrible experience

Popped in (after a reccomendation), unsure of what to expect. As a visitor to Glasgow for the first time it was much more than I could have hoped for. The welcome given was amazing and the locals couldn’t have been friendlier. Some great live music and a couple of beers later and I couldn’t shake the smile off my face if I’d wanted to. I felt like I belonged from the very beginning. Thanks all…

We had the Classic Afternoon Tea - filling, varied and exactly as promised including the huge meringue with strawberry, and some lovely teas. Of course it was the Charles Rennie Mackintosh experience/decor/furniture we were after so it was a reasonably priced and all in all a nice afternoon. Visited the gift shop and had a splurge - reasonable quality and well priced souvenirs, spent well so a little miffed to be charged for a bag. We finished the day by visiting the Mackintosh House at the Hunterian Museum and their gift shop not nearly as well stocked.

Been in twice and it's the same guy that serves me who is Rude but has gotten my friends and I orders wrong then blames me that I was the one that messed it up. The Costa near Queen Street is on it,Super friendly and quick with their orders, this Costa lets the others down. Always dirty too.

45 miute wait for an omelette & fish and chips, table beside us arrived after us & were served their food before us. We queried this & were told it was a printer problem, then told there was no record of our order. There were pigeon feathers lying around which is unhygienic & we asked for them to be removed. They weren't. Anyway my elderly companion wanted to speak to a manager & a young man in a white shirt appeared. He was defensive & extremely rude and had no idea how to deal with us. Infact he refused to deal with us, flounced & stomped his way off to get the general manager. She appeared with a much better manner but unfortunately too little too late. I told her we were leaving, would not be paying for our drinks & we would not return. Appalling customer service & sadly not the first time. We went to Cafe Source Too instead & thoroughly enjoyed it!

What a lovely way to start the day. My pal and I on a bit of a big cycle around Scotland, decided to stop here on a Wednesday morning, thanks to it being recommended by our waitress the night before. We locked up our bikes and headed over to naked soup dropping our heavy backpacker bags at a table before heading in to order. 1 confit caprese bagel 1 chicken and sun-dried tomato bagel 1 curried cauliflower soup 1 roast squash soup Absolutely stunning. The soups are super smooth and soul warming. The bagels are perfect accompaniments, dipping them into the soups to get this complete mouthful of flavours. This is not just a one time place to go and enjoy this is a spot to make your daily go to a part of your routine if you are a local. I'll be getting the train back up from London with the plans of stepping inside naked soup again. A place that understands having a small menu and perfecting each element. I tip my hat to you naked soup.
