I really like Costa's coffees ☕️ and food although they are a little expensive.

Wring order absolutely joke after waiting over an hour refund me asap

Staff are really pleasant, served promptly. Prices have gone up.

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Lucy, a Costa barista with the most captivating eyes and an infectious smile. Always in here. Often, a queue. Foods the food here - it is the same as every costa and is only sustenance, not for taste.

Charged for cake and no delivery of cake

Had a great American, good value for money the large was massive and cost about 3 pound odd. Was going to get a cake but saw a fly in the cake cabinet which was a bit off putting, lovely staff though and a great atmosphere

(We went to the costa in Glasgow Central but couldn’t find their tripadvisor.) Good service, friendly staff, terrible product. Was barely even hot and tasted like child’s toothpaste, NOT worth £4.40.

I was in today 24th February I was having a nightmare with my card and a little stressed out the lady behind the counter was just so lovely and nice to me, I didn't get her name which I'm annoyed about as I wld love to thank her for her kindness she is a credit to Costa much love the lady in the green bobble hat X

The delivery driver phoned and kept asking me to go round corner to a different street and meet him as he couldn’t find building (more to do with parking). I explained that I was working and couldn’t leave building and that’s why I ordered a delivery of coffee and he kept saying he couldn’t get to me. Eventually I told him to park and walk (all of 2 mins away) and he reluctantly agreed. What’s the point in ordering a delivery if driver won’t come to you?

One of the worst dealings and service

Asked for sauce for the rolls, got 2 dry rolls zero sauce, almost impossible to swallow, which for £8.90 is a disgrace.

Absolutely state. Broken door to greet me, then found out they had no ice. Toilet shut too. Don't know how none of it's been fixed.

A welcome cup of coffee, and a break from the incessant rain that day. Surprised that it wasn't busier, but sadly Sauchiehall Street is a shadow of the shopping area it used to be.

Drinks arrived 40 mins late, barely even hot.

Very over priced drinks..We had hot chocolate with some cream and mallows of which 3 mallows were supplied in small cup separately £4.70 a drink. Too expensive for what was given. Taste was nothing special. Staff i encountered were cheerless, like robots. One of the front doors is smashed in and covered in tape. Mirrors on wall needing a good clean as they're all smeared, never been cleaned properly by looks of it.

A lot of posh people go into this place. Glasgow is NOT supposed to be posh

It was a very busy Sunday, but the tall guy with blonde hair smashed it! He had like 5 coffees on the go! But still got my order spot on, cheers!

Very busy on my visit the morning and orders were flying through fast. Well done to the young fair haired barrista who still took the time to put together the drinks with care. It cant be easy doing that many drinks in a short space of time but he was doing a great job. My cappuccino was perfect.

Such bad service, gave me the wrong toasties, didn’t even give me a large hot chocolate gave me like a medium in a large cup.

3 hours later food arrived, frozen.

I ordered from online and they haven’t even started to prepare my order this place is so bad don’t order online!!!!!

Staff very friendly. Forgot to get my change but the young lady called me over. Honesty, you can't beat it. That's service for you.

Large Costa outlet and coffee was as expected. Food choice was also as expected however the standard of the food hygiene was abysmal. One server in particular was handling food with no gloves, cutting sandwiches, toasting sandwich no gloves as food plated. Then over to the till, no washing of hands, straight onto the next customer handling cakes and plating them up. NO hand in washing or wearing gloves. Awful food handling habits.

Poor management. Informed the staff about the flies that were sitting on the sweets, and the guy said, "I will inform the management." And done nothing. Even did not bother to push flies away. All sweets are in open area. So dirty.

Charging points are also available of you're planning to bring you device and work here to finish off some pending stuff 🙃☁️ Very nice, friendly and well-mannered staff 🌷 Overall one of my favourite café ☕ P.S. If you visit in the morning, the noise level is not too disturbing.

Not particularly impressed. Generic costa in a good location but the place was understaffed, long waiting time and a bit dirty. Card machine wasn't working, some internet issue which seems to be a recurring thing.

This is a busy Costa, but runs efficiently. The food is the usual fare and the coffee is as standard. It's very convenient to access being on Sauchiehall Street, and has good wheelchair access being on the level.

I've been there on multiple occasions where I've waited in a decent queue, ordered, THEN been told that they aren't accepting contactless or only accepting cash. It seems that this is a persistent issue, and at the very least a sign needs to be posted BEFORE getting in the queue while looking at their obnoxious TV screen menu for 48 minutes because it changes to an advert while you're trying to see what you want. If it wasn't for their convenient and pleasant location I'd never go there - luckily, there is a cozy Caffè Nero directly across from it.

This company are a bunch of uncaring charlatans. They've recently stopped doing ALMOND MILK (which by the way is the only kind of milk I know for certain that I am definitely not allergic to) in favour of doing some disgusting thing with Oat milk and PEA protein? ZERO consideration of customers with allergies to oats

My cappuccino came and there was grease floating all over the top of it! It was undrinkable. Costa was my fave but not sure I will be ordering from there again.

Good coffee and friendly service

Waited over an hour for a driver to even be assigned. Then once we eventually got our order it was only half of it. Not happy at all this costa has always given me problems every time I have ordered

After watching Coronation Street in Canada and seeing the Costa coffee brand, it was finally nice to experience it. Definitely an amazing coffee and treats. Bacon on a roll was the best.

Served by two very pleasant members of staff who highlighted special offer, and free coffee (with loyalty points). Another one was busy cleaning the shop but still interacting with customers. Best coffee experience in a long time. They deserve credit for this.

COFFEE NEARLY 2 HOURS LATE - COLD COFFEE

As always good coffee today I sat in and eat and drank. Was rather busy and staff were brilliant working hard and very friendly. The only issue that I have is when using the app they never seem to get it right. I was using a buy one get one ticket but instead they ended up using my free drink

I enjoy Costa Coffee, especially over some of the other competitors. However this one being located on one of Glasgows busiest streets, makes the atmosphere loud, busy and the seating very cramped. The service is good, with staff being polite and helpful, however as per the above problems, the sheer volume of people can mean you wait sometime for your order.

Took way to long, delivery was for shop staff literally round the corner, also no bacon rolls so excluded that from order without even calling to offer an alternative

Hot cuppa and croissant on a cold and rainy morning.Enjoyed it.

Terrible. Flies on cakes. Dirty cutlery. No proper cups as dishwasher broken. Filthy. When informing staff re flies told they knew but the cake cabinet was open and nothing they could do!!! Won’t be back.

I come here a lot and am so saddened, I ordered vegetarian breakfast and received meat which I bit into without paying attention. I have not eaten meat in 2 years and am now spending my morning crying. This is so bad there was nowhere to write on Uber about this so. My whole order was wrong, including my drink and pastries. I ordered a spinach bap, a chocolate swirl and a gingerbread latte. Received a sausage bap, a cinnamon pastry (don’t like cinnamon either) and a normal latte. So have been left hungry, and very sad. Won’t be ordering again, you have to sort this, did not get a full refund either.

I ordered a pumpkin spice latte for the staff member to exclaim “that’s Starbucks”. I didn’t realise Costa don’t do a pumpkin spice latte and it’s no problem at all but I felt that delivery was a little poor since many other coffee shops and cafes have this flavour in October. Even Greggs has this flavour so I felt it was a little rude for him to reply with literally only “that’s Starbucks”, no alternative recommended, nothing else said. (I later saw they have their own seasonal flavours). I ordered a vanilla latte and had to return to the counter with it as the barista by her own admission forgot to put the vanilla in. Again, just feel the service lacking there as she knew when I went back before I said anything that she hadn’t put the flavour… but no one made any attempt to rectify that before I came back. Coffee and muffins were lovely, perhaps the staff were having an off day.

Sunny and cosy place to enjoy your coffee and study.

Typical city centre Costa. Everything as you would expect. Quite quiet on Thu morning so plenty of seats. Managed to nab a socket to plug my bike battery in.

Ordered two flat whites. We were just passing time before a meal and an evening show. Served quickly however the coffee's were so cold with that temperature you wouldn't bath a baby. We just drunk it anyway. I felt I had to let them know. To the staffs credit I was offered another or a refund or a cake which I refused time was against us. However I didn't expect the boss to say sometimes the machine does that. In hindsight I didn't see the milk being steamed therfore I think the milk was cold.

This is terrible, they were out of Ruby frappe and I got a mango bubble BUT they put it in a cup with no whipped cream and no Bubbles and chunks of ice

Delivered earlier than expected really happy. The banana and walnut slice had top of cake missing, not great when paying that amount.

My order has just turned up with no coffee. The driver has told me he won’t be delivering again so I have just paid over £16 for 2 x slices of shortcake!!!

Absolute shambles waited 10 mins for an order but they couldn't even get it right didn't get my hot chocolate even after telling them I'd ordered it I opened costa coffee Milngavie so know what I'm talking about the manager wants to have a chat with the staff who are more interested in chatting to each other the frappe drink should have had cream on it but no definitely will NOT be back

Slow 20 mins to get a coffee when there was only 2 people in front of me one already waiting on drinks.They must of forgot about me. People that were served after me got there drinks first. That would of be acceptable if it was just a mistake forgetting but then when I got my drink I took once sip the was not what I ordered. And when I got into work it settle and it was like split not filled like a quarter of the size it should be. So not worth be late for work. Also went to get a coffee Tuesday and it was not open at 9 am. Poor management of coffee shop This was supposed to be a frappe

Was Ok. The oat milk was sold out so I chose almond milk instead. The staffs were busy talking instead of making coffee quickly.

great location w standard interior. you look at the staff working very hard and just wonder why making a cuppa takes so long ? cos every single step of make a cuppa they need to walk a few steps... poorly designed worktop arrangements. as expected... coffee from Costa nowadays... no matter what you have ordered... all taste like milk ? I have ordered a cappuccinno which doesn't smell or taste like coffee at all...
