To be brutally honest, we ended up here by accident. We wanted to try Campervan Brewery and my partner made an error between here and the taphouse. Given the taphouse is seldom open we tried here and wasn't disappointed (accept for one beer which ran out). It's down by Tom Kitchen, so good location overall. The inside was good, and would be cracking with a good summer. Plenty of variety on tap (even highlighting what's coming next), along with a fridge full of beers. Managed to secure some good local, and guest beers and happy to say we'd happily go back.

Absolutamente me encanta este café, siempre tan limpio y encantador personal. Una buena elección de menú que nadie puede decir que no puede comer algo. ¡El queso Macarrones casero es una especialidad! Mi hija y mi sobrina lo viven. Ahora también hacen un envoltorio de desayuno y es popular. Helen, el gerente es siempre muy agradable y siempre tiene una pequeña charla con todos sus clientes. Vale la pena visitarlo.

Una pequeña tienda de delicatessen con un stock interesante, pero me sorprendió un poco la ausencia de precauciones de covid, así que no volveré a entrar; tienes que confiar mucho en los minoristas de alimentos en tiempos de covid, pero si no se molestan en hacerlo use una cara que cubra en un espacio tan pequeño y confinado, ¿qué más no se está haciendo?

We try to visit the Little Green Van whenever we visit Portobello to walk along the beach with our dog. Great coffee (offers several options of non dairy milk) and always a great selection of cakes. Opted for the vegan carrot cake which was delicious. Expect to queue, but worth it. They offer dog biscuits and cushions for using for sitting on the prom wall.

Visité recientemente Bert's para unas cervezas con amigos y acabamos quedándonos la noche. El ambiente era muy acogedor. El personal era amable y servicial. Algunos de nosotros terminamos pidiendo comida. Todo estaba muy bueno. Sin duda volveré y lo recomendaré a mis amigos.

We had coffee on one day (and cake!!) and returned the next day for lunch. All seemed to be home cooked and quite delicious. It's great fun having the books as well, especially if you are looking for a gift.

Buenas opciones de cerveza y un servicio amable. Lástima por las opciones de comida. Pedí las papas fritas especiales cargadas mensuales, estas eran tan grasientas que no podía comerlas y a pesar de notar que apenas había tocado mi comida no hubo ninguna consulta sobre por qué por el personal de servicio excepto preguntar si me gustaría encajonarlas para llevar. Una buena opción, pero no en esta ocasión. Si me hubieran preguntado, les habría dicho que eran grasosos e incomestibles para mí y en realidad me hacían sentir bastante enfermo. Buena cerveza y buena oferta infantil. Evita las patatas fritas grasientas.

My Band The Guilty Pleasures has played here several times and the place is amazing. The quality and range of food is fabulous. The atmosphere and focussed attitude of all staff is second to none . A must visit venue for food and ace live acts 🙏🏻👍🏻😎

Had a FANTASTIC time at The Black Ivy. The room was beautiful with a fabulous view over the park. Staff were so helpful and accommodating. Food was delicious, can’t wait to come back and stay. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone!

Student pub with loungers/day beds. Perfect for weary bodies. Not too rowdy. Fun quiz night on Monday. Good drink prices with a student id.

Very busy pub in the centre of Leith .we managed to get a spot.burguers are quite nice and very nice atmosphere with quirky decorations.friendly staff and kids friendly.better book a table if you would like to enjoy their food

Strange business model... Expensive We have been to Conifox several times over the years and had a good opinion telling others about it being a great place. Sadly today will be the last time we visit conifox soft play, £36 for 1 adult, 1 toddler and 10 year old for 1.5 hours!! Not worth this money. Having to pay to supervise a toddler is just crazy. Lower your prices get regular repeat business, good reviews and increase business through word of mouth (referrals are free and the best advertising). Make adults free and provide a better menu and make money from food and drink. Offer a membership for access to all areas at a discount to non members. All this would encourage repeat trade. Sadly you have lost our trade and we will share the disappointment with all we know.
