Una pequeña tienda de delicatessen con un stock interesante, pero me sorprendió un poco la ausencia de precauciones de covid, así que no volveré a entrar; tienes que confiar mucho en los minoristas de alimentos en tiempos de covid, pero si no se molestan en hacerlo use una cara que cubra en un espacio tan pequeño y confinado, ¿qué más no se está haciendo?

Louise y Elaine un Deli que conlleva todo lo que quieras durante un almuerzo muy fresca, sabrosa y satisfactoria. Ubicación funciona realmente bien para recoger un almuerzo picnic para abajo en el Waterfront.

Had gone in for a breakfast that was well over priced but didn't get it due to the fact it stops at 12.Unbelievable plus couldn't eat anything else from menu as all had cheese on everything.The staff are unhelpful plus unfriendly.The restaurant if u call a place with a few tables about needs a deep clean from top to bottom .

Visitamos aquí para el almuerzo con mi esposo y dos hijos. Todos nos violentamente enfermo por la noche. Quizás deberían haber comprobado la fecha del jamón que teníamos en vez de contar chismes sobre sus vecinos. . Nunca me visita. Este establecimiento. Solía ser un buen deli no ahora

No te pierdas este lugar. Dirigido por dos mujeres quienes realmente saben sus cosas y me encanta su comida. Siempre encontrará algo especial y un poco diferente aquí y en su propia casa preparado llevar platos son fabulosas.

Cara de pan, queso, no puedo esperar para abrir lidl como se puede conseguir una fabulosa selección de panes, quesos, carnes frías, en tarta me lo puedo permitir.

I love the Mouse Hole Deli. Based in the great wee pseudo village that is Portobello, the Mouse Hole Deli delivers a fantastic selection of food at very reasonable prices. The owners are very friendly and go out their way to help customers.

Delighted to find this amazing little Deli on Portobello High Street. Wonderful foods, delicious home made treats and the most tempting jars filled with all manner of culinary promise. Do not pass this by - pop in and say Hello. We did and love it !

It's not the broadest range but it's only a wee shop but the ladies have selected a good range of delicious gluten free products. Friendly knowledgable service makes this a great place to shop.

I was so happy when the Mouse Hole opened, tasty cheese, bread and treats right on my door step! Super lovely staff, filled with knowledge and advice. Always happy to point out their new stock or help in choosing presents. They will make you a great sandwich too! I really recommend the almond twists, they are delicious.

My local deli and great that they stock loose leaf team from Brodies tea blender. Great selection of cheese and meats.

Excellent Deli in the heart of Portobello, great food, great variety, great location. Elaine & Louise couldnt be more helpful. Want a specific cheese, just ask, want a specific cold cut, just ask nothing is a too much trouble. Their homemade soup is very tasty indeed. My mother doesnt make soup anymore just a wee trip to the Mouse Hole Deli and she's sorted. Soup, rolls, scones, james you name they got it.

Always a pleasure visiting Elaine and Louise : ) They have a new amazing chilli cheese, you have got to try it !! I made some mini quiches for a baking session Patrick was having at work. The chilli cheese ones went down really well as did the chorizo and roasted pepper. Thanks to the girls for amazing ingredients raised just under £40 for Red Nose Day.

Love this wee place! Really lovely fresh food (their homemade salsa and hummous is to die for) and a wonderful selection of products. These ladies are so helpful and friendly AND they support local makers and suppliers. Gems, the pair of 'em.

I was passing through when l found this hidden gem, a small deli type place stocking nothing but all the local things that you could ever source under one roof. Freshly made pizza & cheesecake are a must not to forget the amazing selection of cheeses that these guys stock.

Simply the best ... Cheeses . Home made salads . Cooked meats Artisan bread , rolls and scones . Oh ! the scones ! Jams , preserves and chutneys. The Mouse Hole offers among the best , personal service I have ever had and have worked in retail all my life. You feel like royalty . Great advice on all products. The Mouse Hole Deli I love you !!

This is a fantastic deli. We take a trip here nearly every Saturday. It is full of amazing, tasty treats and weekly essentials.They have the best selection of cheeses and cold meats.We were making pizza on Saturday for dinner and so we had to pay them a visit for the mozzarella. I got some delicious gorgonzola which melted a treat on my pizza with some fresh chillies. Pat got chorizo for his which he said was fab. I used the rest of my gorgonzola for Sunday lunch on a roll with veggie bacon and runny honey mmmmm.They have a fantastic selection of jams and chutneys all sorced locally and well worth trying.If you are in getting cheese try their mini oatcakes or something from their fresh bread selection.Why not buy one of their delicious French sticks and make some garlic bread?They make rolls to order and also do catering for small buffets if asked.Elaine and Louise are so welcoming and very knowledgeable about their produce. It really is worth a visit to Portobello to see them.
