The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Yorkshire and The Humber

Was working in Bradford near this cafe so popped in a few times, the staff were friendly and polite and the food was good, a proper workers cafe.

Came in after a long day of walking in the Peak District and needed more snacks. Wasn't all that impressed by the dirt, dust and bits of debris strewn about the floor. The boy who took the order greeted us with all the enthusiasm of a secret arch-nemesis. There's a fairly extensive mention of milkshakes, waffles, ice creams, cakes and other unhealthy options. Ordered 2 Mint Aero cheesecake milkshakes. Both were good, but will not be coming back due to the general messiness of the place.

Avoid. Wait time horrendous. Food served cold. Barely anything available. Didn’t even have any sugar. Menu coming soon apparently. Other than that just a few deals that was lack lustre and most not available.

Didn’t like the McDonald’s approach to ordering food and drink, couldn’t see any menu. Left and went elsewhere, it’s just not British.

What a lovely spot, while walking the dales highway, we nipped in here for a hot chocolate and cup of tea . The man who served us was polite and friendly, and the drinks were hot and tasty, great place

Los jirones están marcados en £ 3 , £ 2 . Precio 25 néctar. Escaneo el precio, sube a 3 libras. Esto desafortunadamente sucede con muchos de sus productos. Lo que suele pasar es que se lo digo en la caja y rápidamente cambian el precio para evitar cualquier inconveniente. No esta vez, la joven va a comprobarlo. Esto obviamente causa un problema en las cajas, ya que ahora está lejos de su trabajo. Una anciana se me acerca y me dice que es correcto y hace clic en algo para que pueda pagar. Pago y compruebo el recibo y no lo tengo al precio reducido. La chica mientras tanto ha vuelto y ni siquiera ha vuelto a mí. Le dije lo que había pasado, dijo que tenía que ir al servicio al cliente. Dije que no. Quiero que se vaya aquí. ¿Por qué ha pasado esto? Dijo que deberías haberme esperado. No quería perder mi tiempo por unos pocos artículos. Ya he tenido suficiente de Sainsbury y esa es mi última tienda allí.

Enjoyable meal at Morrisons friendly staff always willing to help … the Resturant was busy on Xmas eve …. Not sure about the self ordering system prefer the human touch

After making a physical visit to check that the Store participated in the M and S Afternoon Tea. I returned today with my friends for a birthday treat only to be told it wasn't available due to not having certain items. When I queried this,the manager said it was available,if I wanted one choice of sandwiches, no strawberries or scones,due to no stock. I asked why it was still being advertised if not available, to which she replied, " it is but not today", and agreed it shouldn't have been with a flippant apology. Ruined my birthday surprise. Thank goodness for Wetherspoons.

Quick stop for a small bite and sorry looked great with all the memorabilia but food was terrible. Ok wait time but 2 sausage sarnies consisted of cheap horrible sausage very badly burnt. The 1 point on the review was for the location. Wouldnt advise eating really.

Shocked beyond belief of how standards can plummet from the last time we dined here. In a nutshell: poor selection on the menu. We chose a cheeseburger in the absence of anything else hot that seemed appropriate. The drinks were delivered as cans without tumblers. The tables weren't wiped. We waited for 30minutes, no food on the horizon (not busy as we saw one order delivered in that time). When politely mentioned it mysteriously appeared 5 minutes later virtually uncooked, pale insipid bargain basement carpet-burgers. Less than luke warm. The cheese hadn't even begun to melt next to the burger. The 'meal' was advertised coming with a salad and chips. The salad was two wafer thin slices of tomato and less than an eggcupful of bland lettuce under the burger making the bread wet. We were given a lecture by the server who we questioned about the absence of our order. She went to great lengths to explain that all the food was made in-house fresh each day and was of the highest quality. And that they were at the top of their game with respect to hygiene and food safety. Difficult to swallow from the evidence presented to us. The only decent thing that server did was to offer up the cost of part of the burger meal, presumably knocking off the price of the chips. We certainly will never return. And would recommend the cafe just down the road as they cooked their food. Yours A sadly disappointed and disgusted customer.

Sandwiches - sensational! Desserts - delicious! Service - superb! I tend to visit Olive Grove Sandwich Bar every week-or-so. They make a perfect chicken and bacon mayo sandwich with salad. Plus a cornflake cake tart which is to die for. Highly recommended.

I’ve no problem with delivery or the quality, it I will say I’m disappointed at the fact I’ve ordered twice this week and both times half my order has been out of stock . Other stores at least try and put something in its place of equivalent.

Been coming here for years but theres no staff dedicated to the cafe so you wont be served now the screens broke again ,you got to wait at the till for someone to see you this could be half an hour. And you cant ring to speak to anyone without an email address
