Called in for a latte and a salted caramel frappe Niamh served us with a lovely smile and was very good at customer service . Drinks excellent Service excellent

Continuamente falta de personal en cada visita, máximo 3 personas trabajando durante los tiempos de mayor actividad, a menudo 10 / 15 minutos esperando ser atendido. El personal es muy amable y amable, pero claramente sobrecargado de trabajo debido a la cantidad de clientes.

Hideous barmaid looks about 70 but dresses and acts like she's 17. She can't even pour a drink properly. Music is from about 50 years ago. Used to like it before new management took over, It used to be a nice family pub, but they've ruined it. Dire experience. Do not recommend.

Karl at this Costa brings a small coffee shop personal touch to this big chain. Of all the Costas I have visited this has to be one of the best!

Got a tea and cappuccino and thought about getting a mince pie and decided against it at nearly 3 quid for one, sure you can get 2 packs of the same mince pies for that much! Think the large cappuccino was about 3 and a half quid and was most places regular size. On the plus side staff seemed ok. These companies need to give their heads a shake and stop trying to have our pants down with the prices and portion sizes

Decided to give brekky a go ( easter Saturday) having heard it had vastly improved since we last used cafe over a year ago.. Has it ? NOPE.. Awful food. Bacon way undercooked, beans & toms portion less than 2 spoons,mushrooms minute,eggs overcooked,fried bread rockhard and greasy as hell (not drained) Whole plate therefore greasy as a result.Staff slow,not bothered and uninterested in feedback.Manager neefs to eat in and take action.I would not serve this dross at home especially the bacon !! Avoid if you want a decent (cooked) breakfast. You have been advised by someone who isn't a chef but cares about quality and food that has seen a decent cooking process at least.Go elsewhere or try and i can then read your complaints.

Quite often kitchen equipment has broken down, the coffee machines aren't working or certain items are unavailable. But what I can say are that the staff are brilliant. I take my 95 yr old mother in twice a week and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to accommodate customers despite problems.

Excellent customer service from Holly in the cafe this morning. She totally exceeded my expectations and it was clear how was she the same with other customers. Even something as simple as being honest about the strength of the teabags. So many cafes will only give you one tea bag but I was told that if the tea was too weak then take another teabag.

Had my son's 30th birthday party here the staff was amazing and very helpful did our own buffet so can't score food but the atmosphere and service was spot on thanks to George and team for a great night x

Nos trae la publicidad en la ventana para 2 cócteles por 12 libras. Sin embargo, al hacer el pedido le preguntamos esto sobre esta oferta para que nos dijeran que no está disponible ya que es la época de Navidad (esto es mediados de noviembre). Por lo tanto, se trata de publicidad falsa. Cuando le dijimos esto a la funcionaria ella groseramente nos respondió diciendo que no estaba disponible. También se afirma en su sitio web que es dos por £ 12 en cócteles. Cuando la camarera trajo nuestros cócteles dijimos gracias, pero ella frunció el ceño y se fue. Terrible servicio por la camarera.

Both the coffee and the tea were good. Tasty Brie and pickle toastie, BUT, when I looked inside I couldn’t believe how little Brie was actually there and it was the skin of the Brie, sliced into the thinest strips imaginable. Very, very stingey.

Starbucks - always know what your getting . however, you need to bring a big coat when you come to this branch as they insisting on blasting out cold air even on chilly days . It’s been a regular thing here since they opened and staff don’t do anything with the feedback .I’m a regular customer , but now voting with my feet and going to another branch 1 Mile away.

Propper friendly little sports bar with John Smiths, clean, well-kept toilets, lovely staff. No food but the usual crisps and nuts. Later on, they had karaoke. Easy to walk to from car park. All on one level, no steps and there is a beer garden.

Food fabulous as always never a bad meal
