Costa Coffee in Sheffield

Continually understaffed on every visit, maximum 3 people working during the busiest times, often 10/15 minutes waiting to be served. The staff are very kind and friendly but clearly over worked due to the amount of customers.

Dire atmosphere. From the outside where there were uncleared tables it looked to be closed Not surprising because inside several hours before it was due to close seating areas were either blocked off or had chairs on tables with a dark and dingy atmosphere most unconducive to staying particularly at the prices charged

I attended here today with my Daughter and Grandson. I spent £21, which in my humble opinion, is a considerable amount for coffee and sandwiches etc? When we had finished our meal I asked for the code for the toilet. I was told 'it's on your receipt!' I explained that I didn't have my receipt? The reply was 'I put it on your tray!' I said 'but I haven't got my receipt?' She said 'I'll give you the code when I've made this coffee' . Why couldn't she just tell me the code? She knew I was a genuine customer as she had just served me? So, a fellow customer gave us the the code and we used the toilet. I was made to feel stupid and a nuisance in front of all the other customers. So disappointing.

Parecería que si tiene un estilo de vida de ser Veagn Costa, no es el lugar al que ir. No soy vegano, pero tengo alergia a los lácteos y a veces encuentro que los alimentos veganos pueden satisfacer mis necesidades. Una vez más, siento que la alergia sufre y los veganos son tratados como ciudadanos de segunda clase, en la mayoría de sus tiendas en todo el país. Me parece que si vas a sus 2 mayores rivales, encontrarás una excelente selección de alimentos. No pierdas tu tiempo aquí para enfrentarte a la decepción. Tú vales más que esto. Si desea que el minsorder del personal de Barissta tenga leche de coco caliente y llana, no tiene absolutamente ninguna idea de lo que está pidiendo. Para aquellos que necesitan ayuda, es leche de coco calentada sin café. No es difícil siempre pensamos, pero diablos luchamos para que el personal comprenda este orden.

3 miembros del personal, uno de los cuales hacía la caja y las bebidas, se las arregló para ser muy amable y acogedora mientras hacía todo el trabajo. Esperamos 20 minutos para llevar bebidas. No estaba ocupado tampoco. Este fue el segundo sábado consecutivo que esto sucedió.

A quaint little store, with some lovely staff members, Went in today(7th Sept) and had a nice chat with the girl on till. Then I witnessed a couple being really rude to a member of staff, who was just doing her job! You do a great job ladies, don't let one bad customer stop you from doing what your good at.. keep up the good work!

Not enough people working for the size and busyness of the store. Meets Costa’s standards but overall just slow.

Called in for a coffee. Tables uncleared which was disappointing as had to clear a table. 3 staff working. Bought 2 brownies too which were expensive for the size I thought. Tables outside to sit at and enjoy the summer sunshine. Hope that when I call again the staff will be more keen to clear tables for new visiting customers

My sister and I visited this outlet and we had a pleasant time. As before, the drinks were highly overpriced for what we got. It was busy and extremely noisy but we had a good time all in all. The layout is very nice. I would go back but not necessarily in a rush.

Friendly staff, decent variety of cakes/buns on offer, can get a little bit busy at times, but staff efficient, so not waiting too long.

Make proper Frostino's; friendly ladies at the counter. Trays could have done with being cleared from some tables, as it was not that busy. Was a male staff member putting chairs on a table in the back. Only doing so with one table ; made no sense as it was at least a good hour before closing time.
