Starbucks - always know what your getting . however, you need to bring a big coat when you come to this branch as they insisting on blasting out cold air even on chilly days . It’s been a regular thing here since they opened and staff don’t do anything with the feedback .I’m a regular customer , but now voting with my feet and going to another branch 1 Mile away.

Went inside, ordered coffees, then was completely ignored whilst they served drive through customers that arrived after me, when I questioned this was told 'your in a queue love'. Demanded a refund and left. Visited a nearby Costa at Crystal Peaks and was served quickly and politely.

Very poor choices - no gluten free or vegan options (only crisps and salad). Adjacent tables were not cleared - we were there over an hour. Got a parking ticket for exceeding limit - only had coffees and a chat. Won't be visiting this outlet again.

Frustrating level of service. As I waited for my drinks , the barista is taking orders over the headphones and starting them at the same time . It’s appears to be a dysfunctional team every time we visit. I’m sure there are more efficient ways of working

Atrocious. Ordered a load of dessert, tried calling, no answer, spoke to Foodhub, they got no answer from the shop or managers mobile so processed a refund. This took 3 times longer than the stated delivery time. Clearly a useless set of bottom feeders unfit to run a takeaway.

I had a good experience recently in the cafe here but sadly today my experience was very different. I have a medical condition and sometimes urgently require the toilet. Because of this I have a bladder and bowel just can't wait card that I showed to the petrol station cashier who disregarded my emergency and denied me access to the toilet (I had also bought fuel and a coffee). Luckily this time I managed to get to a toilet in time but this is not acceptable for a company the size of Morrisons not to cater to the needs of their customers with medical conditions and disabilities in 2025. Very surprised at Morrisons for their stance on this sensitive issue. Will think twice about going to Morrisons in future.
