Karl at this Costa brings a small coffee shop personal touch to this big chain. Of all the Costas I have visited this has to be one of the best!

As a person who is partially deaf, visiting any noisy establishments is a worry. I have however never had any real issues until today. A young girl behind the counter asked me a question three times but I couldnt really hear her. I responded "no" to her question three times. Eventually I understood the question to be "do you have any allergies" (I don't), so I was surprised that my "no" garnered three repetitions of the question but okay. However what I am upset about is the girls reaction, eye rolling and a face that looked like the entire exchange had been nothing but a nuisance to her. I will never visit this Costa ever again. I was embarrassed and spoken to so condescendingly. Your staff need to be trained better in disability awareness.

This pub has not long ago been taken over from the landlord and lady from the swan in trading.We were meeting family and friends from Newcastle and were very impressed to say the least.Seven adults and one child descended tea time Friday and it was quite busy but we were served promptly.I loved the relaxed atmosphere and spacious surroundings very clean and tables cleared quickly.Our meals were presented nicely and tasted very nice and reasonably priced. Looking forward to our next visit.

I had an absolute brilliant service! I was served by Zarin and Joana and I had the best experience every! They were really friendly and made sure I was comfortable for my flight as I lt was the first tike flying on my own. I dont usually write reviews but I feel like this was needed. Thank you so much guy you were amazing keep it up! I hope I'll see you again.

Very poor service. All staff look like they don’t want to be there. Lots of staff doing very little, with only one serving customers at the bar, with a customer queue, and no appreciation for customer wait time. No eye contact given, no smiles. Taking advantage of a captive audience with extremely high prices and lots of staff having an easy life. Staff talking amongst themselves whilst customers are waiting to be served. Employ someone that cares and can run an efficient and effective service.
