Costa Coffee in Sheffield

Se olvidaron de poner el atún en mi bocadillo creo. No es barato en la costa, así que esperemos un almuerzo decente no la vez de 1 calle que ha sido así se llevó uno de vuelta porque faltaba la mitad del relleno para que le dijeran "Te haré otro, pero probablemente será el mismo ". Y una porción de pastel es un tamaño pequeño ridículo

Terrible. I ordered a halloumi and veggie sandwich. I was about to take a bite I noticed the halloumi that it looked a bit dull. I took off the slice of bread and to my surprise it was chicken. I immediately went to the cashier who did my order and she quickly changed the sandwich. So please be aware it could happen to you too.

We caught the tram to Meadowhall so Pat could change a coat. After a look around we decided to have a coffee in Costa Meadowhall. very nice coffee and relaxing watching the shoppers!

There was a queue so we should have been warned. Our toast was eaten before we even saw our coffee. Tables dirty and not cleared. Will avoid in the future.

I have just been today on the Costa lower high street in meadowhall and really enjoyed the experience and the service from Ebony. I highly recommend

This has got to be the slowest costa I have ever been to, honestly the staff were just mulling around doing nothing and the queue was out into the main Next shop. Need this to be sorted or you will lose customers

Myself and Daughter went to the Costa on Meadowhall Way, Sheffield S9 today. I went to visit the toilet and it was disgusting.....The floor was soaked in what appeared to be urine including the toilet seat! It didn't appear to have been cleaned or checked regularly and was unusable so the only option was the disabled toilet. That was ok but the tap was inoperable with no running water to clean your hands!! the plughole was tarnished and discoloured so looks like it hasn't worked for a while which is not acceptable in these times with Covid and spread of germs. Very disappointing

This review is about the drive thru at Meadowhall. After looking at the online menu and visiting this coffee shop previously, I understand the strawberry and cream frostino to be gluten free. The staff immediately told me it had gluten. I told them I’d visited before and had it to which they checked and it was gluten free. When asked if I would like cream I said yes. They said this would then make it contain gluten. Coeliacs can have cream! Why would they say a strawberry and cream drink is gluten free to then not provide cream? Surely it would be called a strawberry frostino? I really suggest that Costa train their staff on allergens and ensure they know the ingredients in the items sold. So disappointing.

This is about the Costa in WH Smith Meadowhall. Nice friendly staff and the usual good coffee, but the toilets are unbelievably filthy. Looks like years of dirt and grime around the skirting boards and floors and it is obvious that this toilet hasn’t had a proper clean for some considerable clean. Bearing in mind that this is also a baby changing room, this is nothing short of disgusting. Get it cleaned please Costa management

wanted a coffe in hillsboro' but unfortunately only a costa. went in wife ordered coffes. sat near counter, OH MY GOD!!!!! flies all over food and they were charging people to eat this garbage. "Health & Safety" forget it. Messaged Costa about this, their reply! vouchers to use in costa. You can guess where thtey ended up. Not Recommended.

This venue us nice place to drink however the outside areas are always filthy. Every free table has dirty cups and plates on it. We have been here an hour and no staff have been outside at all. Such a shame

Me and my wife called here for a coffee, the coffee was ok but the glasses were filthy, see the picture and make your own mind up, all round the rim

Remarkably there was no queue but then the staff seemed to work in slow motion to make up for it. But the coffee, when I got it, was as good as any costa

Stooped off for a coffee and a bit to eat. Good service. But the place was filthy understaffed and dishwasher not even working. Very poor standard.

Had a coffee and a toasted sandwich. Good service but had to wait for my coffee, and there was only one person ahead of me.

Can get very busy here and when it does it crumbles sometimes. When its busy the service can be poor but if normal everything is ok. Just review how busy it is and make your decision

Although the centre was quiet on a Wednesday mid-morning, there was a queue at Costa. I still lined up in the hope it was just a busy spell, what a mistake! The Barista was totally useless, making drinks one at a time (was there something wrong with the machine? It didn't look like it). It was like he was following a recipe and had never made a cup of coffee before this morning. The person on the till kept helping out with other drinks which meant that queue got longer too. By the time I realised that the Barista was so poor I had already placed my order. Waiting 20-25 mins for 2 coffees is unacceptable, will go somewhere else next time.

Queuing for 20 minutes at lunch time Wednesday, only 6 people in front. Everyone complaining between ourselves. Only 2 serving , it was like watching paint dry. Never again to this one.It seems every time we come here it’s a problem

As always this Costa is atmospheric clean and always busy but the Staff are absolutely amazing especially Lesley who is so welcoming with a warm attitude towards all their Customers love having a coffee and catch up here.

As a huge fan of Costa coffee both my wife and i made a trip to the shop while making a visit to Meadow Hall and we were not disappointed and the carrot cake was delicious

Visited here for coffee and cake on a busy Saturday afternoon. We were served very quickly considering they were so busy, we got a clean table and had a good coffee, hot chocolate and cake which was very tasty. All in all a good visit.

This Costa is an island-style set up with seating and service in the middle of the centre. There is a seating area separately just across the way. Comfy enough, drinks were okay.

The Service is great and the staff are friendly. They have delicious seasonal drinks and there is always quick service. The thing that let's it down is the price.
