Lovely cafe with delicious food, efficient service and a nice atmosphere. Dog friendly. It's worth noting there's a few tables benefiting from SSE aspect so a good place to visit on a sunny day to recharge. The coffee is delicious and right off the bat you are asked to choose between a single or a double shot to get it as strong as you like. Eggs were runny where they should be, bacon's fat was rendered and hashbrowns were not soaking wet from oil. There's a couple of free parking lots nearby which makes it quite a convenient spot. EDIT 1st of March We popped in to check out the place after refurb. Not such a great experience. The staff didn't pay attention to who comes in first and, despite us waiting for someone to serve us, the staff progressed to take care of a couple who pushed in. Coffee was very weak on this occasion. Eggs Benedict only available on sourdough. I've ordered smashed avocado and halloumi and got feta with traces of avocado. The fried egg was alright and had runny yolk, luckily. The omelette was a bit too oily for our liking. I hope this is a blip in the service/food quality as it's not something I'd like to repeat often. On the plus side, the front tables are flooded with sunshine and dogs are welcome.

Simply brilliant. We visited as part of a spa and lunch deal I bought as a Christmas gift. We dined in the tree house after our spa treatments. What a stunning place. A truly unique setting and unreal food. It was such a fantastic visit I’m already looking forward to going back

This is a fabulous pub, indeed,to me,the best in the Colne Valley by a country mile. Gary, the Landlord and his friendly/very capable staff are brilliant and the Real Ales on offer (several rotating) are always TOP NOTCH. I chose this as the venue for my Retirement-do and I'm sure it was a very good decision. Beer gardens are a massive plus in Summer, particularly the one tucked away round the back and if you're "into" Craft Beer ,up the hill 20 yards on the right is part of the same establishment.

We went here for a meal out to treat the team and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and a wide variety of choices for everyone. Not one complaint on the table. I had a steak which was beautifully cooked but was envious of everyone else. Service was brilliant as well. Thank you we would come again.

Just arrived home from Mozzarellas. It was our 58th wedding anniversary and we decided to celebrate it with a meal. It was absolutely gorgeous, I had the seafood pasta and my husband had the Sea Bass. Both meals were delicious and the service was fantastic. Thank you . Tony Dreda and Rory the dog. See you as usual on Sunday x

Nice country pub, conveniently located next to Marsden train station. Good selection of beers and ales, well priced also. It was a good place to get a pint before embarking on a long walk around the nearby moors. Downside would be some of the clientele when we returned to Marsden after our walk. Atmosphere spoiled by a large group of middle-aged yobs on the "ale trail". Aggressive, confrontational, loud and swearing constantly. Spoiling a pleasant Saturday afternoon when families and children would've been in the vicinity. They then piled onto a train to Huddersfield to go and take their knuckle-dragging antics elsewhere. One of them was particularly precious about his best pair of Sports Direct trainers he was wearing. They probably had nowhere else to be on a Saturday afternoon what with it being the international break. Shame because the pub itself was nice and we encountered other ale trail folk who were far more pleasant. Think this one group was just particularly bad. In conclusion, I would recommend this pub to anyone in Marsden but advise caution if you happen to be visiting on a Saturday afternoon. There's a reason the pints are served in plastic cups around that time!
