The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Colne Valley Kirklees Yorkshire and The Humber

Called in today for a breakfast it was lovely staff warm and welcoming food delicious and I would recommend anyone to visit.

Me and my two children and my friend and her two children visited today for some lunch and the staff were absolutely amazing and so accommodating! We took up a lot of space with our double prams but they made sure we were as comfortable as possible and seated us straight away. The food was amazing as always and a great vegan variety to choose from too. We will definitely be returning. Thanks to all working today!

Bacon sandwich which was nice, but quite tough to eat! The bread was granary but it was like sourdough. Deffo needed sauce.

Love this place, I came a few years back now on a 1st date with my now wife. Staff are always lovely and friendly and the food is top quality. Popped in yesterday with a friend as he had never been before, he said it was a lovely place. Keep it up guys

Great spot to get some good food. I've had from the breakfast and the lunch menu and food is always delicious. My wife also loves the coffee from here, definitely recommend if your visiting slaithwaite

We had a fantastic late lunch at Mario’s. A delicious vegetarian burger and a very tasty ham and cheese panini. Staff were lovely, welcoming and friendly. Everything perfect and e value for money, we will be back very soon! Thank you!

Simply brilliant. We visited as part of a spa and lunch deal I bought as a Christmas gift. We dined in the tree house after our spa treatments. What a stunning place. A truly unique setting and unreal food. It was such a fantastic visit I’m already looking forward to going back

This is a fabulous pub,indeed,to me,the best in the Colne Valley by a country mile. Gary,the Landlord and his friendly/very capable staff are brilliant and the Real Ales on offer (several rotating) are always TOP NOTCH. I chose this as the venue for my Retirement-do and I'm sure it was a very good decision. Beer gardens are a massive plus in Summer,particularly the one tucked away round the back and if you're "into" Craft Beer ,up the hill 20 yards on the right is part of the same establishment.

Just moved to the area. I wanted to have a decent brunch. On the Corner had very good reviews. Called them asked if they had a table for one. Arrived , they were full but had reserved a table for me. One star. Cafe is very clean and staff friendly, two stars. Given the menu, chose the big breakfast. My meal arrived piping hot and well presented. Cuppa tea served with milk in a separate little jug so I could make it to my preferred strength, three stars. I enjoyed my breakfast, cooked just right. Asked for extra napkins and a glass of water, arrived instantly, good service, four stars. Finally I paid with all my loose change which the manager was really happy to take. They prefer to take cash. The best part was that the brown sauce came in the biggest packet I’ve ever seen. ( how often do we have to open half a dozen tiny packages of tomato ketchup or HP to get enough for your meal ?) All in all, a great little cafe which will be my go to Sunday Brunch place from now on. Highly recommended. Five stars

A fantastic place for a Sunday lunch!

Although this is about 7 miles from my home, we arranged to meet some long time friends here who live close to there and have breakfast here,on arrival the large car park was quite busy we managed to park ok,it's quite a large place with lots of choice and the service was quick, it's not a particular cheap place but the quality is exceptional, we stayed for just over an hour and by then the place was packed and I believe its the same every day. Adjacent to the cafe is a large farm shop with a great choice and was also quite busy, highly recommend a visit

Just arrived home from Mozzarellas. It was our 58th wedding anniversary and we decided to celebrate it with a meal. It was absolutely gorgeous, I had the seafood pasta and my husband had the Sea Bass. Both meals were delicious and the service was fantastic. Thank you . Tony Dreda and Rory the dog.
