The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in West Midlands

Great friendly pub at the Jameson bar , who highly recommend booking, great food and affordable prices Thankyou to staff for making us feel welcome Definitely visit again

I'm assuming that this tearoom is the one we visited yesterday renamed the Mansion House tearoom. Had been looking forward to a tasty lunch only to be terribly disappointed. The swede soup with honey could have been anything, completely tasteless It was perhaps only excelled by the disgustingly soggy,indigestion inducing curried veggie burger. We left the food and won't be back despite having just become members of the National Trust specifically to visit Shugborough on a weekly basis.

This is now Hilliers garden centre. The cafe was busy, We waited 40 minutes for a breakfast and an egg batch. Despite ordering a seeded egg batch and returning to check no meat ,alongside a vegetarian breakfast ,it came out with sausage and bacon. The egg batch came out next with a crushed top no seeds ( its a white roll with seeds on top) it was replaced with a complete roll which had a thick layer of yellow butter /marge , but fine we got an egg roll. Vegetarian breakfast finished. The bread was damp so ate the egg. I am aware of tte pressure of a kitchen and sometimes it all just goes wrong but the serving staff made one apology. Sorry for your wait. It was so dissappointing. The vegetarian breakfast was ok , piping hot sausage, cold mushrooms and beans but presented nicely and edible.

Fantastic location but a shame about the food. We were 5 hungry cyclists. We were told they were running down stocks of food because there was a function the next day. There was one vegetable pastie, one vegan roll and both disgusting as microwaved. I had the last scone which was stale. This left others with a piece of cake and a bag of crisps. Such a shame as I for one will not be eating there again!

I went to Greggs retail park wednesbury, the staff have no manners, they ignore the filthy tables, toilets, never any food in fridges breakfast rolls, hot food is stone cold, the team look very dis engaged with customers, like it’s an issue asking for ketchup or another item, the team are extremely rude no Thankyou or even a smile is just too much trouble, when you ask for Oat milk alternative they put cream on your drink they clearly don’t know what milk alternatives are, and why people have alternative options, this is very worrying. Avoid at all cost hygiene is in question here.

Awful lady and awful business. She absolutely ruined my wedding day turning up an hour late which ruined our schedule for the day and caused unnecessary stress. To add to this, the cake was melting and lopsided. She ignored my messages and calls after the wedding to discuss this, my husband finally got through to her, she admitted fault and promised a partial refund and three months later we have not been compensated, she just makes excuses. It's absolutely appalling and I'm left shocked and saddened that someone could firstly provide such poor customer service on someone's wedding day and then not even follow through on a resolution.

Really lovely staff and a lovely shop. My coffee was lovely and there was a variety of alternative milk available. It’s lovely to see a coffee shop that does not charge extra for alternative milk! Overall we had a really pleasant experience and found the staff to be really lovely

What can I say.... wrong orders, food not cooked correctly and a very long wait. Customer service was seriously lacking. It wasn't even that busy in there. I don't know what they would if it got busy. On the plus side there is one member of staff that is on the ball. Let's just say she's in the minority.

Lager was awful. Pipes needed cleaning. Toilets filthy. Strong smell of urine in corridor, outside mens toilet. Ladies toilet full of vomit. No lock on other toilet door, Landlord/manager very rude when i complained, I shall not go there again, and i am reporting the pub to Dudley Council.

It is a Costa. Normal overpriced food on offer and drinks. Seemed very clean inside and friendly enough staff. What more can you say.

Great spot to take a rest and a coffee but watch out for parking fines. I have just received a fine of £60 for staying more than 90 minutes. I had a great coffee and sandwich and wanted to wait for the school rush to subside. Didn’t realise that I would be fined for doing so.

As per usual... execellent food. Super quick delivery.

The waffle place is so cute, there’s this one server who is such a sweet guy bless him, He was very kind he had very short hair and is always in there, he is really respectful and really kind the food was great 5 stars

Beacon undercooked eggs really hard not much beans to say i paid extra
