Greggs in Cannock Chase

I went to Greggs retail park wednesbury, the staff have no manners, they ignore the filthy tables, toilets, never any food in fridges breakfast rolls, hot food is stone cold, the team look very dis engaged with customers, like it’s an issue asking for ketchup or another item, the team are extremely rude no Thankyou or even a smile is just too much trouble, when you ask for Oat milk alternative they put cream on your drink they clearly don’t know what milk alternatives are, and why people have alternative options, this is very worrying. Avoid at all cost hygiene is in question here.

Thanks to the lady at 1 market place Cannock Greggs that sorted the short order out that was delivered. Reordered missing item. Refunded extra delivery charge and a few extra items to apologises thanks again.

I use Greggs on a regular basis to purchase a lunchtime sandwich.Whatever filling i select, i am always pleased with the sandwich or roll.They are fresh,well filled and reasonably price

I was about to go to Gregg's this morning for bacon roll but was told or shouted by a lady we don't open until 8 but then she decided to let a delivery driver in to pick up an order. All I wanted was bacon roll how hard is that. Why??

Good service and tasty food, even at busier times staff still have a smile. Not sure what else to say I enjoy gregs food

Greggs vegan sausage roll is amazing! I am so glad to see it stocked in most Greggs. I have a vegan friend who turned me on to these and I am so glad because they are delicious. Keep up the good work!

Excellent staff that serve quickly, don't let a queue to the door put you off. Lovely food. Have tried the vegan sausage rolls and it's not as nice as the normal sausage.

This is a lovely Greggs... there is always a queue but service is always fast and the staff are pleasant.

Disgusting. I love Greggs products but was horrified when I stopped with my kids for a light snack and was greeted with an extra 20p PER ITEM to 'sit in'. Wouldn't be so bad if the customers queuing had somewhere else to stand so they weren't constantly bumping into us and knocking the chairs. Tables were dirty, floor was FILTHY, the window ledge was covered in food debris. Staff were pleasant but harassed. I won't be returning!
