There pizzas are always hot and tasting good. Only shame os they never goto my front door for delivery and prefer to call from the back garden gate. Besides that small annoying part I'm never unhappy with my order.

Food was freezing, like stale cold. Called restaurant and sent a new one but nearly 2 hours after first order..never again

Waited hour to find it's the wrong pizza had to wait for another but did keep first pizza

Base of pizza was undercooked and it lacked flavour. Delivery time was 37 minutes. Will go somewhere next time

Absolutely disgusting!! Had thick short black hairs on top and around my pizza!! When I phoned them up they insisted on proof which I took pictures of and emailed to one of the workers, after 10 minutes a different person rang me back and offered another pizza. No apology and they didn't offer me my money back!! Disgraceful if I'm honest and I'll happily put this on their other public websites so every can see along with the pictures of need be! Won't be ordering again!!!!!

The delivery man was extremely rude when challenged on why he was late. Shouted 'Do you want your food or not?!' down the phone. Customer service skills definitely need honing, left me standing in the cold. Definitely the worst experience I have had and food was cold so a complete waste of money.

Arrived before set time, it was hot and great value

Asked for it to be delivered at half 11pm but turned up at 10.18pm. The man who delivered it was very rude down the phone as I was not home from work yet and gave it to my neighbours claiming it was a gift when I told him I would pick it up after work. Never using them again.

Pizza was nice but was not hot, was 30 minutes later than the estimated time and the people at milanos were not helpful as they said my order was outside, I knew it wasn't as I was standing out the front door..15 minutes later he turns up.

Milano 's food is great yet on the front page it says free delivery on orders over £9.99 but I was still charged £3 for delivery. Am I being lied to or ripped off?

Good food and considering how close to closing time I ordered it I can imagine theyd started shutting the kitchen down so was pretty glad it got here fine and was good quality. Reliable place

BBQ ribs were mediocre. Hot chicken wings were spicy but soggy. Pizza's tasted really nice but the bases are NOT fresh, they looked like frozen ones that had been defrosted, and had a spongy texture to them.

I'm one the awkward ones who asks for pizzas without cheese, Milano always pay attention to the "No cheese please" note I leave at the end which a number of pizza places seem to ignore. Food was nice and fresh too.

Pizza bases weren't fresh, they were definitely pre-bought. They had a criss cross pattern to the underside of each base. The Primo Vege was tasty. The Cajun Crisp had pickled Jalopenos on it which made the pizza taste funny. The Hot Chicken Wings were soggy. I wouldn't order from them again purely based on the pizza bases.

Always order from Milano pizza it's always quick yummy and so fairly priced, the main selling point is that it is sooo much less greasy than dominoes, Pizza Hut ect which leave me feeling sick. Go on milanos!!!!

1st and last time for me. I paid £1.30 for chilli's to be added to my Pizza but it was ignored! No point calling them only to be told 'sorry, will put right next time' so I didn't bother. You only get one chance to make an impression and you messed it up! (By the way, I also told you that I am allergic to mayo and eggs SO YOU SENT ME A MAYO DIP!!) You could have killed me!

I soecifically asked for my order to arrive at 23:05pm so I would be fresh and hot after i came home from work. However it came at 22:00 so i arrived to cold pizza and sides.

Found a hair in our pizza which really put us off ordering from you again !

Great apart from being a hour early

charged for delivery that should have been free, immediately after placing order i phoned up to cancel and was rudely refused claiming the order had already been made without any identification of the order itself, obviously a false claim. The quality of customer service is completely unacceptable

The Fully Loaded Pizza was quite greasy, the Hot Chicken Wings soggy and the Cream Cheese Jalopenos the same. The Italian crust was more shop bought style base and didn't look 'italian' or thin crust at all. Not the best takeaway we've had.

15min earlyer than it was on time for delivery. Amazing taste of the food . My first time and not the last definitely. Tnx. Keep going.

Although I couldn't taste it whilst eating the pizza must've been very salty. I was up most of the night quenching my thirst. The thin and crispy base seemed shop bought rather than rolled out. Tasted nice though.

Pizza didn't have anything crispy on it,although it was meant to have tacos on it. However the pizza tasted nice. The spicy chicken wings were ok, a little greasy. Overall it wasn't bad.

The sauce was fucking fantastic, overall a great pizza even at 2 in the morning, thank you chef whomever you may be :)
