The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in West Midlands

I have been to the bull and butcher many times over the years but my last visit was awful, i express serious concerns regarding the behaviour of a particular staff member (Tammy) during my recent visit to The Bull and Butcher. Unfortunately, I observed instances where this individual made sexually explicit comments, which were highly inappropriate and unprofessional in a public setting. Additionally, this staff member appeared to be intimidating or bullying younger members of the team, which was unsettling to witness. Such behavior not only detracts from the welcoming atmosphere of your establishment but may also create a hostile work environment for other employees. I am hopeful that management will look into this matter promptly and take appropriate actions to ensure a respectful and professional environment for both staff and customers.

We were a party of eight for an 80th birthday , the service was excellent, the meals all came out together and were hot, the person who served us went above and beyond to make our experience memorable….thank you.

I ate here on Saturday and a few hours after I was so ill and still am I ate the calzone with carvery meats in so they must have not heated the turkey to high temperature i would not eat here again feel awful never felt so awful wish I could get my money back they don't deserve it with how bad I feel

Salimos a brunch con la familia, nos dieron el menú del desayuno y nos dijeron que ordenáramos dentro, entramos a pedir unos minutos más tarde solo para que nos dijera un miembro diferente del personal que ya no estaban sirviendo el brunch y tendríamos que esperar 30 minutos para pedir desde el menú del almuerzo. Tuve que seleccionar de otro menú y esperar media hora con niños hambrientos. Regresamos y nos dijeron que estábamos dos minutos antes y que esperar dos minutos más antes de que nos dejaran ordenar. Después de este punto, el personal desapareció y estaba sentando a otras personas y ya no alrededor para tomar nuestro pedido por otros 5 minutos. Simplemente sentí que el personal no le importaba y nos hizo esperar siglos para un sándwich mediocre y caro ¡No volveré!

Visito esta tienda todos los viernes, Kelly el gerente de la tienda es excelente, muy eficiente y amable, gran ubicación.

This cafe is dirty. Bizarrely, it seems all items are hand washed behind the counter - stacks of dirty washing do pile up. The young staff are not trained, and do not wipe tables or sweep up. The menu is small and basic, and very overpriced.

A very old English style cafe/ dining spot. Me and my mother highly regard the genuineness and traditional expertise of the food and impression given by the place. We spoke to both the chef and waiter of whom gave a friendly and professional manners. We had a talk about how tasty the homemade chips were. I will be going back there again. That is a definite. Thank you for awesome food and a quiet and homely experience.

We go here 3 or 4 times a year on a group motorcycle trip. Nice surroundings and a pleasant place to be. It can get busy but today we were in luck. The food is good and was quickly served today. No negative comments from us at all

Una buena selección. Teníamos sándwiches tostados que eran todos encantadores. También tuvimos una oferta de comida para niños (además de una pieza de fruta gratis) que era bueno también. Personal muy amable. Solo defraudaron los baños muy limpios pero cansados. Solo dos para damas, mala disposición y aspecto cansado.

Booked mothers day afternoon tea for me and my mom. Upgraded to bottomless cocktails for an extra £20 each limited menu with not very nice cocktails . When our afternoon tea was served it was shocking for £30 per person staff member even went to aldi to get my mom a pork pie as my mom was shocked that I had paid £30 each for what we were presented with, our table was booked for 1pm our 1st drink was given to us at 1.45pm ( shocking) the staff new this was unacceptable so they gave us 2 x cocktails at the same time. Cost me £100 pounds for a totally disappointing experience ( shocking )

Gran comida como siempre cuando visitamos El miembro del personal que nos atendió, Claire, era muy amable, educado y servicial Los precios por la cantidad y calidad de los alimentos que compré fue muy justo Volvería altamente y recomendaría este lugar a otros y decirles que pidan que me sirvan mi Claire : )

Absolutely disgusting loads of uncleared tables, floor hadn't been swept, The tables that were clear had not been wiped clean. toilets shocking. Has rapidly gone downhill, place needs a thorough deep clean and staff retraining.
