Costa Coffee in Bromsgrove

I when for a snack on the way to Dubai have to sandwich was hard and no taste forgot my teas and no not have table salt so when across to get a sandwich from WH Smith’s waisted £22.00 with not be doing costa again don’t no what as amend

Not impressed. Realised my cup was dirty when I sat down. I was told to join the queue if I wanted anything. Very rude

I spilled my drink before I could even drink it and when Kavita, one of the baristas saw what happened she immediate came and said don't worry she'll take care of it. She came back with a mop and cleaned the mess I made. She was so incredibly kind, she made me another drink for free without me even asking. Then she came around again to give me a snack to go with it. I was deeply touched by her gesture that I cried the whole time I was sat there. it's not something you see everyday and it gave me hope for humanity. Thank you, Kavita for your big heart! Main lounge Terminal 1 Waited 10 minutes to be served Plenty of staff around only two people serving on one side of counter Other side just talking ,asked why they are not serving on this side ,was told they are busy doing other jobs . No apologies, Will not be using Costa again will go to other coffee bars

Another Sunday morning waiting in Birmingham airport, another Costa Coffee Café Latte - large! Slow service having only one barista on duty serving and making the coffee / food prep. Coffee as you'd expect - but now over £4!!! So getting very expensive!

This Costa is airside and after a horrendously long line through security this place was very welcome. We enjoyed bacon rolls espresso coffees. The place was not busy yet they were serving on 2 sides.

Went in to this costa today with my daughter 2 ladies behind counter was rude the 1 ask if 1 of use could wait outside, I looked around was only us and 1 other lady in there if you know this costa it’s very spacious so I said yea ok it’s was raining heavy but she didn’t care so can I ask quick question if on the door it says you can’t enter without mask but the 2 members of staff 1 had mask on under her chin the other lady didn’t even have 1 on won’t be using again sorry just came rude 23/12/20 all so the coffee was cold

Very helpful staff, I forgot my glasses and unable to read the menu very patient and helpful, They had no lemonade left so I had to re pick order for the kids, almost closing time and didn’t rush me either! As I waited they had a pleasant conversation with me , very nice ladies working there. A big Thankyou to them !!!

I just waisted £4.05 on a tuna pasta salad that is super bland and excessive amount of onions. This salad should be renamed onion salad. Overcharged onion salad. I only went to Costa to buy food as all other outlets closed (COVID effect).

Quick spot of lunch whilst waiting for a flight to arrive. This place is convenient being opposite arrivals. Good flat white and an average toastie. Service efficient and the place was fairly clean and tidy.

Been here many times. usually have a bite for lunch, panini, coffee cake etc. Normally as on this occasion, there is not a vast queue. Staff attentive despite having their own conversations. Quick and efficient. The area where this Costa is situated, is landside, so generally it is very chaotic. But you can have a little oasis of calm in the Costa, even though it is all open plan. Enjoyed the coffee food etc as usual.

Rather than the always busy Spoons came in here for coffee and a toastie. Nice quick service for a busy morning. Good staff and tables cleared quickly. Can't say more than that really!

We always use this Costa for a quick bacon sandwich and a coffee. This time there was no difference and the coffee and breakfast items were great! They could do with a a bit more space for tables as early in the morning they don’t have enough time to clear the dirty tables. Will definitely still continue to use when we fly from Birmingham.
