Have visited on numerous occasions over time Service is always good and friendly Coffee is always superb Food is always good as well Very good

Came in for coffee which took absolute age, took my child to the toilets which were an absolute disgrace. No toilet roll, urine all over the seat and floor, nothing available ay counter to even clean the toilets with resulting in child being so distressed and ending up wetting themselves and the total disregard and utter rudeness from staff once informed of the disgusting situation

Rude staff. Terrible service. Filthy floor in serving area. Dirty cup. Knife had bits stuck to it. I have been coming to Costa for years but this will be my last time ever.

Dirty, boxes everywhere, clearly no one had cleaned from the day before. Empty cake case with dirty trays inside. Toilets don't look liked they have been cleaned all week. Much nicer places to get a coffee.

Great service from a wonderful young man. I ordered my food and drink but realised l had forgotten my purse. He talked me through using my Google pay with a kind patient attitude.

This is an average Costa....no welcome from staff but good coffees as usual. Socially distanced tables inside which were cleared and cleaned. My pet hate though was ......shared toilets!!

Costa Coffee in Hereford is a welcoming place to go where the staff are polite and I'd like you to know that the coffee was delicious and kept me going for a while and thanks for your service which was given with a smile.

Since the store has reopened following lockdown easing, I am really impressed at how staff are juggling what must be a really difficult situation for them. They had seemed understandably nervy at the start, but now not only are they as friendly as ever (and the coffee just as good!) but the place feels very safe. As I am younger, my anxiety about restrictions is not heightened in terms of myself, but for those around me. It has been very reassuring and lovely to see some of the older regulars back, and this is testament to the environment the staff have created. Keep up the good work!!

This store has completely gone down hill since The new manager has started, he is just rude he shouts & argues with other female staff members for everyone to hear, it’s a vile store to go into. The last straw was when I was told I wasn’t allowed to have my latte in a glass even though I was sitting in, I had to have it in a paper cup because they don’t serve in crockery after 3!!!!! It was 3:05pm Have you ever heard such nonsense....

i am a Costa fan and when travelling around will often seek one out - some are good some are very good; Hereford however must be described as Excellent.Coffee always arrives piping hot and well made, never had anything but great service and quality here in Hereford.

Visited on Tuesday 4th June for coffee. The service was quick even though it was busy and we found a table to sit at whilst we enjoyed our coffee.

We’ve been to hundreds of Costas in our time, because you can virtually always guarantee a decent coffee there. But not at this one. My mocha had no flavour at all so I took it back. Replaced by another that looked (& tasted) like hot chocolate - & staff never bothered to ask if their so-called “much stronger” replacement was any better. It wasn’t. My wife’s Flat White was equally bland and tasteless. We’ll never take the Costa name as a guarantee of quality again. If you like a full-bodied, rich-flavoured coffee, don’t go to this one.

Always loved Costa in Hereford, but over recent months we have noticed the toilet facilities have lacked cleanliness. In fact today they were disgusting. Strong urine smell from approaching the loos. We were going to stay to have coffee & cake,but decided against it purely from entering the toilets. Doesn't take much to have someone clean the loos every (or check) Every couple of hours. Disappointed!!!

Sit down break from Christmas shopping on a Saturday afternoon. I got the seats / table, as my wife queued. The previous customers plates / rubbish were still on the table when I sat down with our shopping bags. It took 12 minutes for staff to arrive to take it away (I couldn't place it on spare tables as they were covered with cutlery too). The staff member was very pleasant, but required support. The establishment is possibly lacking staff? (especially during such a busy time of year). A good ambiance, lots of space, seats and tables. My hot chocolate was actually hot at £2.95 and my Tiffin at £1.95 was lovely. Just require napkins. The only real area of concern, as mentioned, was the mess, hence given an average grade. Easily rectified by employing another local person.

Right in the main pedestrianised shopping street Costas offers a very comfortable way to take a break.

Lovely atmosphere, well versed staff who know their stuff. Lots of seating and tables, indoors and out. Toilets were a bonus as they are hard to find elsewhere!

This Costa always used to be very good but has gone down hill over the last few months. I think a training programme on how to make a flat white is necessary to avoid the delivery of weak, boiling, bubbly mess. Some staff are very good and take pride in their work, but alas not all. Also they really should give people napkins with messy food, and check the dishwasher as cutlery is more often than not as clean as it should be.

Matt is especially helpful always helping my elderly mother with her tray. Nothing is too much trouble.

Just like the other costa great coffee,I like their mocha and hot chocolate,pleasant place to take a break from shopping

Visited on Wednesday 1st November for coffee late morning. We found a table and went to order our coffee, staff were friendly and efficient. Our coffee's were hot. It's a great place in High Town to meet people and have a coffee and snack.
