It is a Costa. Normal overpriced food on offer and drinks. Seemed very clean inside and friendly enough staff. What more can you say.

A modern looking store from rhe outside but on occasions I have gone in to find other peoples drinks left on the table long after they had gone and ended up moving them myself. The tables were dirty and hadn't been cleaned. The drinks were OK and the ambiance was fine but it's really off putting to see uncollected cups strewn all over the tables in the cafe. I will probably start to.use independent chains now more as Costa coffee shops are often dirty

I swear this is the only Costa that makes an iced chai perfectly. Every time I come here and get one, it’s fantastic. Now they have these new Bosh Chocolate Slices, I am going to have to start walking here so I can walk off that delicious chocolate. I’m not crazy about chocolate but this slice is excellent. There are chopped up Oreos and some crunchy bits that remind me of the American cereal Cap’n Crunch. Whatever it is, I’m hooked. Excellent customer service, clean restaurant, outdoor seating, and conveniently located right off the main road. The BBQ jackfruit “chicken” panini is also very delicious. The jackfruit - the way it’s seasoned and with the cheese, it doesn’t taste like a vegan sandwich at all. It’s served warm and toasted, it’s really good.

This is a buisy drive through and very slow..........if you choose to go into the main serving area and park in the car park - service is just as slow, further - the drive through vehicles queue through the car park, blocking you in - very poor design - there are a number of Costas in the area, I strongly recommend you chosse one of them and avoid this badly designed one.

The Shrewsbury Arms is one of those traditional pubs with lots of nooks, crannies and little snugs. Add a roaring, real fire and it is cosiness at its best. There were the ubiquitous tellies on the walls for sport but, in much more traditional vein, there was also a large selection of board games for those of that persuasion. We were happy enough just to enjoy our beers by the fire, which felt particularly luxurious on such a freezing cold evening. Service was nice and this is a really good pub.

My twin boys and grandmother visited Cadalders at Trentham estate today and as per the last 8 years went to purchase a child’s teddy cone ice cream each - when asked what flavor they requested the dairy free vanilla due to a lactose intolerance they were told that it was not possible to have a teddy cone with this ice cream type and only if they purchased a full adult cone! I am appalled that despite being challenged at the time the answer was “that’s the rules, feel free to eat a normal ice cream!!!” so you are prepared to make a child seriously ill or demand additional monies – either is unacceptable, unethical practise and you should be utterly disgraced to operate your business in this way.

Called in today for a lunch , usually I have a morning Cappuchino and delicious teacake but today went for a Cappuchino and Cheese and onion toasty which was delicious! Came with an ample pot of Coleslaw and salad Lovely Crusty bread, I also had a "small" glass of the House Ros which was one of the nicest I have tasted and fully complemented the meal.
