Came as part of a group so had a booked table slot. Had never heard of this place as it was booked by a friend but so pleased we came! Situated in the lovely Great Western Arcade, this lovely little venue has a long list of great cocktails, good atmosphere and pleasant staff. Started off with our table upstairs and then moved downstairs to a seat by the door which was great for people watching! Definitely recommend and would visit again.

Damascena Coffee House serves delicious food in a lovely ambience, but service is slow, orders took too long. Great for a relaxed meal, but not ideal if you’re in a hurry.

The staff were friendly and efficient and the food was well presented. We had thought that at 17:30 it might be to early for the music to be playing so loudly, as a result, as it was busy everyone in the place had to raise their voices to be heard. The result was just a level of noise that spoilt our experience.

1000 Trades is another very versatile venue in Birmingham, offering a wide range of fantastic drinks (which i always end up mixing when I'm here) along with protected on-street outdoor seating and very informed, friendly and helpful staff. It's also got quite the range of events on offer in the venue upstairs.

Tenía 2 horas de piscina americana reservada para el sábado 08 / 03 / 25 a las 12 : 00 . El lugar tiene un ambiente realmente genial, buena decoración. Las pintas eran muy buenas, buena elección de bebidas y helado. El personal era muy servicial y había un buen ambiente. Muy decepcionado con las mesas de billar y ese fue el motivo principal de la visita. No son mesas de billar americanas de tamaño estándar (9 pies). son más como mesas inglesas de 7 pies con bolsillos más grandes. Las mesas están muy sucias, montones de trocitos debajo de los cojines por lo que obviamente nunca se rozan, la mesa en la que estábamos (Tabla 5 ) rodó bastante mal y uno de los indicios proporcionados no tenía punta. Por 12 libras la hora, espero que las mesas de juego y el equipo proporcionado sea mucho mejor que eso. En general disfrutamos de nuestra visita, pero definitivamente hay mejores lugares para jugar al billar americano.

Comida excelente, servicio amable. Opciones sin lácteos y sin gluten, sin problemas. Tanta elección de comida deliciosa.

Mientras pernoctaba en Birmingham, encontré este lugar para el desayuno en Tripadvisor y puedo decir que realmente no decepcionó. Es una pequeña cafetería familiar con personal muy amable, pero tiene una sorpresa en la manga. La comida es mucho mejor que tu café promedio para el desayuno gracias al Chef, Matt. Tuve su Egg Benedict Special (Matt's Special) que se presentó maravillosamente y tenía un sabor excelente. Mi esposa desayunó inglés que disfrutó mucho y mi hijo una combinación de varios artículos. Sin duda volvería de nuevo y lo recomendaría encarecidamente.

La comida era excelente - mi pan de masa madre con pollo chipotle era sabroso y Muy llenó - los huevos escalfados de mi compañero estaban perfectamente cocinados. Un lado negativo era que la cocina estaba respaldada, lo que significaba una larga espera para la comida, aunque nos avisaron de la espera.

Siempre es un placer cenar aquí. El menú tiene una gran elección y la calidad de la comida es siempre alta. Opté por el Halloumi Fry Up y el Hash Brown Florentine. Ambos deliciosos. Además el café es genial!

El Colmore es un excelente pub. Precios razonables, personal amable y deliciosas pizzas. Reservé (gratis) un espacio semicerrado en la parte trasera para una fiesta de salida y todo funcionó perfectamente. Sin duda recomendaría!

Just popped in for a coffee. Others have complained about the service and the coffee but I had a great coffee and really friendly efficient service. Sadly, I think this place used to be a Costa and, like most of the other Costa it's run down and mucky! The floor was clean enough, the staff were clearing the tables but the fabric on the chairs needed a good clean or just recovering completely! Waterstones need to refurbish the place, and probably get the hygiene people (or whoever) in to sort out the mouse!! I won't be going in again unless I know it's gone, I wonder if environmental health are aware?
