We have done a cocktail master class with Adam tonight. Such fun.. thanks for your laughs & patience :) such a shame this bar is closing… it’s a little gem.

Came here with friends on a Friday night, faultless, food and drinks was amazing and GM Mark was so accommodating and helped us with all of our needs (including making us jammie dodger shots!), he told us it was his first day as GM at this bar and you would never have guessed, will definitely be coming here again and looking forward to seeing Mark make this site his own!

Kate our server was so attentive and we never had to ask for a top up! She was so friendly and fun! She offered our friend an alternative when he didn't want alcohol anymore which was going above and beyond for us! The manager was also fab, and the whole staff team were lovely!

I visited All Bar One Newhall Street last night (11th June) @ 7:30 for food and drinks and it was a lovely experience. I come to All Bar One quite often and the service is always top standard. Our waitress was so bubbly, very apologetic when she came to tell us some of our food that we had ordered had run out and very attentive. The food was amazing as always xx

May 30th sun came out and people on mass descended upon the canal eateries The service via the app was nothing short of excellent and the adherence to all social rules very well observed. Nothing else to be said except perfect in all areas.

Fui con unos amigos a tomar un cóctel. Todos teníamos códigos de descuento para un cóctel gratis que nos entusiasmaba. Llegaron los cócteles gratis y se veían muy impresionantes, con una bonita decoración, etc. También pedí un cóctel Cosmopolitan (en la foto) que se veía bastante deprimente en comparación con el gratis, había un trozo flotante de piel de naranja que no hizo nada por la presentación en mi opinión . (No vale el precio de 8 algo). La ubicación de nuestra mesa estaba justo al lado de la puerta de la cocina, por lo que no era el mejor ambiente, simplemente me sentí como si estuviera sentado en Starbucks pero con cócteles.

General manager was attentive and delivered everything to our expectation. Food was superb, my steak was cooked to perfection and my girlfriends katsu curry tasted amazing. Would definitely go back couldn’t recommend it highly enough, especially for a date! Thanks for a great night

Fish n chips with mushy peas, usually a safe bet. The fish ok chips ok. Mushy peas bearly a single mouthful. The peas were served as a condiment in the same container as the tarta sauce. VERY DISAPPOINTED.Expect more for £12.Peas are cheap so lets have a proper portion.

I do not recommend this all bar one at all! Me and my friend came here for food and a cocktail, the service is awful! We came in and ordered our food and cocktails and we got asked for ID, which is ok. Then we got asked for our bank cards to be swiped before we received any food or drinks incase we did “a runner”. We was told they did this for everyone however the people sat next to us didn’t have to verify their cards. We got watched the whole time we was here, not to mention the food was disgusting!! Do not recommend this place at all!

Popped in on the off chance of a larger table on Monday - couldn’t have asked for better service. Food was fantastic, drinks were great and all the staff were so attentive. 10/10

Popped In for a couple on our way to town on a Friday evening.Love the all bar one at brindley place but this bar felt just too pretentious.The bar man serving was the most miserable bloke ever. I asked about happy hour (no pun intended) and could hardly hear what he muttered under his beard.Surroundings very nice, toilets needed a look at but for what we stayed for it was ok.Probably wouldn’t return to this one if I’m honest.

4 of us dropped in for lunch. I had a classic burger. - I asked for it to have no onions. It did arrive without onions. The burger (which I should have photographed) had one small piece of lettuce leaf which covered about a third of the bottom bun. On that there was a burger which was smaller than the bun and one slice of tomato on top of that. The whole thing was dry and pretty uninspiring. I asked for some ketchup and we were brought an empty bottle - I got a full one when I went to get a replacement. The fries were OK but I've had crisper and hotter fries almost everywhere I've had them. Finally, I really get fed up with food being served on a bit of slate - what's wrong with a plate?Also finally, we asked to be moved from our original table - there was a group of screeching ladies next to us and we literally could not talk to each other over them. Not the restaurant's fault - just a comment.Overall - very average and disappointing.Did I mention any of this at the time - no, but I was hungry and we had a train to catch.

Would just like to thank the lady who waited on us this evening.. We were a group of 6 came in here to eat. We had my 6 year old child with us aswell. The waitress was attentive towards her. Gave her colouring and got the water she asked for. It's the little things that make a big difference. The food was very tasty aswell. All our group left happy with the service and food. Thank you.

Clean and bright surroundings. Waitress talked so fast had to ask her to repeat herself several times. Food order was incorrect when it arrived. Food also wasn’t very hot. Felt rushed and not relaxing.

Brilliant class from start to finish. Attended for a hen party yesterday and everyone had a great time. The bar itself is in a great location and away from the hussel and brussel of the main streets. Cocktails were fully explained and enough time was given between then to make. As a group of 12 we were very well looked after. Would return without a doubt. Thank you

Llegué desde Glasgow de mal humor debido a un retraso de 4 horas, pero pronto cambió cuando entré aquí para comer algo. Raja y Zara eran mis servidores y me trataron bien al llegar. Como yo era, se aseguraron de que yo fuera feliz, nunca tuviese sed y la comida era para morirse. Comida fantástica y, como estoy aquí durante la semana, volveremos mañana por la noche. Se sugirió una cerveza seca Asahi que probamos, muy bien y nuestra comida también estaba bien presentada y muy sabrosa. Encontramos la ubicación, la comida y la cerveza bastante agradables, pero el personal es la mejor joya, extremadamente educado y servicial. This branch of the well known chain is located just off Victoria Square in the heart of Birmingham. The menu is ok but i wouldn't make a detour to try it. The vegan options are identified clearly but it is very difficult to find the gluten free options - but the barman did his level best. I can recommend the salad of avocado and chicken in this case.

El desayuno siempre es excelente, sin embargo, nuestro té siempre estaba tibio. . . cuando pedimos una taza más caliente nos dijeron. . . . "Es la temperatura que sale de la máquina". ¡No tienen hervidor y no pueden cambiar la temperatura de la máquina! El personal hizo todo lo posible y agua hervida en la estufa para nosotros, así que conseguimos una taza caliente al final.

We love the All Bar One chain, and after we had eaten breakfast at the New Street Station branch, we were passing here and decided to pop in to compare the Pornstar Martini cocktails (honest, pure research! ). The welcome, the cleanliness the instant attention all perfect for the chain and when we were presented with our cocktails - well.... Nom nom nom... The best we've experienced from the chain, big shout out to Beth who served us, as she coped with our questions over the making of the cocktail and the lovely result. We look forward to coming back to try out to food too, thanks Beth!

My boyfriend and I love All Bar One! Every one we go to are all as good as each other. Staff here were super friendly and very welcoming, really nice chill vibes a really beautiful venue. Food and drinks were great.

Visitamos el 4/1/19 y mi amigo y yo tuvimos que pedirle a la camarera que tomara nuestro pedido después de tener que encontrar nuestra propia mesa y nuestros propios cubiertos y esperar una hora, una camarera nos preguntó qué bebidas estábamos allí por más de 3 horas para solo 2 comidas entrantes y platos principales no nos molestamos en los postres porque queríamos ir de compras y llegamos tarde y perdimos nuestro tren

Nous sommes entrées dans ce restaurant et personne ne nous place, on a l'impression de déranger. 2 tables seulement et une longue attente pour 2 plats qui ressemblait plus à des entrées, salade ceasar au saumon très sec avec 3 feuilles de laitue. Nous avons demander du pain qui nous a été facturé 3.50£ et il y avait même pas 100g !!! Et il ne faut pas avoir envie d'aller au wc car pour y rentrer il ne faut pas faire plus de 35kg... Très déçues... et en plus ils n'ont pas de wifi, pour les touristes c'est pas top

Only had drinks here today but the service and quality were excellent. The staff were lovely and very efficient and the drinks were really lovely. We didn't eat but looking at the quality of the food that was being served we will definitely do so in the very near future.

The Menu had changed from what was downloaded today. Not great choice for veg food. I wouldn't go there again.

Good service and generally food was very good, let down by the burger in a cold bun. I know, it sounds a bit picky but the burger would have been great, if only the top and bottom bun was not freezing. Other meals were good, no complaints. On asking for the bun to be warmed, it took 2 mins max and it was back, but still not right and only the top had been touched!

On a busy evening the service was great and the staff were very good. The food was nice too. Its also a great location.

We were here with a larger group including under aged family members. There are large number of beers and soft drinks to choose from. Families are welcome and treated well. Very clean and well maintained restaurant. Centrally located, one of the best meeting points.

Stopped off for a drink and to catch up on some work ahead of an afternoon meeting... easy to find, decent range of hot, cold ( soft and alcoholic) and bar snacks as well as pub grub.

Went here for a work breakfast meeting and was really disappointed. The muffins on my eggs royale were cold and stale (they tasted like they had been defrosted and quickly toasted on the outside) and the poached eggs were cooked solid. Really disappointing.

Arriving at about 0930hrs on a Monday morning I was welcomed by the staff member on duty, and ordered a cooked breakfast from the extensive menu. My request to change the "set" items was readily accommodated, and I enjoyed a tasty meal. The staff member was polite and friendly, and overall it was a very enjoyable meal; I shall return when next in the city.

We were a party of six and hadn't booked, however after just a few minutes they gave us a table at the back, telling us it may be a bit noisy as it was next to the cocktail bar. The menu was really good, including vegetarian options. The staff were attentive and catered to various changes to the menu without a problem. The noise wasn't too bad and we'd definitely go again.

Went Tuesday night with some friends and the staff were brilliant and very knowledgeable. Food was perefect, tapas Tuesday a great find! 4 starters and bottle of vino for £20... now you can't go wrong with that deal.

We ordered cocktails on Saturday night, early eve, the waitress used large bowl glasses instead of the usual tumblers and filled them with ice and soda water. Our cocktails were completely drowned and tasted awful. I returned mine, only to be told “that’s how we make it”.

Had a chicken burger and a burrito. The burrito had Monterey Jack cheese on top which didn’t really look like cheese, it just seemed to make the whole burrito look soggy and unappetising. The taste was OK, I’d say on a par with Wetherspoons which isn’t great given it’s twice the price.

Fui para una clase de cóctel para mi cumpleaños de chicas y fue absolutamente increíble el profesor teníamos Simeon era briill! Él tenía unos modales encantadores un poco de bromas y era la anfitriona con la mostess. Estábamos un poco como chicas desorganizada debido a nuestros hijos y marido estaban metido en en la cama y teníamos una oportunidad para divertirse. Pero Simeon no era desanime y él era muy acogedor fue lo más destacado de nuestra noche y él hizo la clase tan agradable. La hamburguesa de pollo estaba bien. En general la noche 10 / 10

Pasamos un tiempo fabuloso para mi cumpleaños de 25 hermanas. Simeón fue un anfitrión maravilloso. Él era muy entretenido, acoplar/nada pero risas y sonrisas. Sin duda recomendaría y vienen aquí de nuevo.

We booked a fairly last minute cocktail masterclass at All Bar One for 28/10/17 for a small hen party after being let down by another venue. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and was more than happy to accommodate us with 3 days notice. The booking process was really easy, we picked the three cocktails we wanted to make and I paid a £5 deposit per person.

This is a typical chain pub...a bit soulless, a bit overpriced, a bit lacking in service ability.However, the pub itself is in a charming building, and we sat at the very end of this long narrow pub which had lots of different sections and is much bigger than you realise once you walk through it.The bar itself is quite stylish, and there's a great selection of drinks & food. The burgers were filling and perfectly decent, soft drinks are extortionately priced (feels like a tax on those of us who are driving and don't want to break the law).A bit off the main strip in Birmingham but a perfectly decent back up pub for a break from shopping etc.

We visited this pub for breakfast with friends, on a Saturday morning.Very nice looking pub, with friendly staff.There were eight of us in total, and only two other customers in the pub.We all enjoyed our food orders, although we all agreed that it seemed to take a long time to arrive.....

We had a cocktail making class here last Friday, with Francis. Upon arrival, we were a bit early so went to the bar to get a drink before heading over to our reserved table. £15 Prosecco deal on a Friday!! Francis arrived and was lovely from the off, he seemed to know what he was talking about, made us feel welcome and we all really enjoyed the class, and the cocktails. We ordered some nibbles part way through (which was apparently cheating). The food was good, and didn't take long to arrive! I would definitely go back, and would recommend this place! Thanks Francis for a great start to our hen weekend, we left there slightly squiffy!!

Leanna and the team looked after me and my family for a 21st Birthday Party, we were seated in our own private room at the back of the business where the staff looked after us really well and kept the drinks flowing. I enjoyed this place. It has a very pleasant 'clean' feel about it and service was really welcoming and friendly. The menu is wide ranging and has some very interesting vegetarian dishes on it which for me is a great bonus and change from the usual cafe fayre. The rice dish was delicious. It is a lively bar but I felt fine just calling in for a casual meal. prices are very fair for the location and quality and I would definitely come here in the future.

Bethany was very welcoming, she took drink orders, and when we told her we had booked a table, she remembered, as she said is that Garry for 12,o,clock,,,,we said yes and she showed us to our table,,service was excellent,, food was so tasty, we ordered 3 Tapas and a burrito, and a side of potatoes, between us then we share them all. Bethany brought our bill when asked ànd all with a smile, a credit to All Bar One. We Always go here for a nice meal and drink.

Came here had drinks and some food, liked the fact they were still serving food after 9pm. There only minimal staff on so the waiter was under a lot of pressure but the place wasn't too busy. Food was tasty and came quickly but was quite expensive at £8.50 for trio of chips (quite small portions) and a small nachos £8.50 as well. Toilets and place clean and had nice atmosphere however the expresso martini I had wasn't the best and was very weak, plus glass wasn't very full either.

Never been in this place befor so we decided to give it a try for a late breakfast. The place has a wonderful decoration: very fresh and modern. It has good seating area with plenty of street view. We ordered brunch for two. The food was absolutely faboules with great attention to the details. Loved the way it has been presented. Everything was properly cooked. The service was also excellent. Reasonable prices too. Will go again again. Highly recommended.

We were served by a very kind woman called Alex. She made our trip fantastic. We were not rushed and had exclusive access to the bar. Alex has been fantastic! A great afternoon and the bride to be absolutely loved it!

Exactly what you would expect from this chain - tasty not-too-fussy cocktails and there's usually a nice buzz in there because of its prime location.

W Birmingham byliśmy tydzień cała naszą trzyosobową rodziną. Pierwszego dnia zjedliśmy posiłki w dwóch różnych miejscach. Lunch gdzie indziej, gdzie indziej obiad. Bardzo przeciętne. Nazwy nie będę wspominał bo nie warto. Drugiego dnia , przypadkiem zresztą tak jak i dnia pierwszego, weszliśmy do All Bar One. I do końca pobytu przynajmniej jeden posiłek jedliśmy tutaj własnie. Próbowaliśmy chyba wszystkiego i przypuszczam, że każdy z Was kto odwiedzi to miejsce znajdzie coś dla siebie. Nasz córka , lat 10 , rozsmakowała się w smażonych krewetach i kalmarach, chociaż jej serce skradł deser - Churros. Moja żona próbowała wielu dań ale wyróżnienie przypadło dla frytek ze słodkich ziemniaków. Wiem. Proste danie. Ale jak ktoś nie próbował wcześniej, jak moja żona, będzie pozytywnie zaskoczony. Ja jestem mięsożercą. Dania z szynką, choriso, kurczakiem, kaczuszką, jagnięciną - feeria barw, smaków i aromatów :-). Ale nie tylko z powodu wybornego jedzenia warto tutaj zajrzeć. Również powodu wręcz rodzinnej atmosfery jaka tutaj panuje. Poznaliśmy szefową kuchni Jolę, to ona sprawiła, że ten wyjazd i Birmingham będzie się nam już zawsze kojarzył tak smacznie :-). A i jeszcze dziękujemy Zarze, Zara just keep doing, your service at highest level :-)

Me and my family was having a spot of lunch and it was so friendly and so nice of all the staff that was working. I can't remember all there names but a massive thank you to Alex who was our waitress and Phil who was behind the bar. There was also a a lovely female on shift but I can't remember her name I think she was the assistant manger. It was a black lady. She was ever so kind. I will be definitely be returning back there when I'm in Birmingham again. Such an amazing place and wonderful staff thank you all who was working that day

It was the first time I have been into Newhall Street All Bar One and it's was absolutely amazing. I had a waiter called Alex show me to a table and she was so kind and caring to me. There was once when I had to go to the bar to ask for something but it was okay the bar man who I think was called Phil. He was also caring and very funny he made me feel like a regular. I will definitely be coming again.

This is a great spot for brunch. Some lovely choices on the menu and very welcoming service in a relaxing environment. 3 happy customers!
