Came here for cocktails and date night and the service was very quick and staff polite. Wide range of cocktails and food selection, loved the classic parmi.

Alex was a wonderful bartender and made me feel very welcome in the venue, would recommend to anyone.

Relaxed place to fill an afternoon playing pool. Service excellent from Alex and colleague. Polite service and super efficient.

went in with a friend to play pool and have a drink! Josh was amazing on the tills and he was very polite! he served us well and had good manners and even had a laugh with us and explained the student benefits! will be returning with friends

Lovely place for a few frames of pool. The bartender, Peter was really great. Super friendly and efficient despite being by himself and fairly busy. Made the experience even better!

Nice fun place for a drink and some pool. Music was a tad loud for my personal liking.

The place is good but the tables aren't very good in that the cloth is too smooth, the balls roll forever and the ques are terrible...fix up guys or we'll be going to a proper club.

Fantastic pool bar, very reasonably priced. There are screens with the football on all over which was appreciated Got pretty busy on a Saturday so would definitely book ahead!

Great place for pool as cheaper than your normal pub and you can stay on the table for much longer, rather than having to make way for another group. Good selection of beers and nice cocktails too. There’s also shuffleboard and darts

We often go here but the bar needs more support the poor guy serving was rushed if his feet which ment some customers became frustrated.

Very friendly, Rose was very very attentive with the menu as we had several allergies. Quick service: answered questions promptly about the football games that were on to suit us. Food god value, quick and tasty. Good range of draft beers. Able to book pool for at least two hours. Dart board available too. Lots of tables but best to book in advance. We came as 4 adults and 4 x 18yr old lads and felt respected throughout. Thank you.

Love the cocktails here and selection of pool,shufl board,darts and beer pong! Service was great, had drinks bought over to us so we could continue our game. Would recommend

Good vibes to drink and play some pool. Definitely book a table before you go as it's often very busy. Live sports on the TV too.

Visit here regular to play pool with my son never had an issue with dress code but got turned away at 2pm for wearing cargos. Atrocious after travelling the distance we come

This place is trash, if you come here thinking to play a good game of Pool then jokes on you. The tables surfaces are ruined, on every table. The tables are not on a flat surface, so when playing - the balls continue to roll a significant amount, making the game unplayable. The actual cues have no tips on. That’s just the start, the place is cramped, stinks and seems to never be cleaned. Even to play darts, you will not be the correct distance to the board and only a few steps away. Alongside this, they do overcharge on the drinks too, and when called out about it. The manager, Tom, seems to think it’s a laughable matter and inadequate in complaints management. If you looking for a good place, in a welcoming atmosphere, with quality Pool tables - then is not the place.

Arrived as a group of 11 on our staff night, played pool, shuffleboard, and beer pong. The music was great, and we all had a great time! For me, it was my first time in Felsons, and it's a place I'd recommend.. thank you!!

Booked for a company team night out. Arrived a little late but we were still welcomed warmly by the fantastic Alfie. From the minute we arrived Alfie explained how everything worked, set up our shuffle board & beer pong and of course our drinks tab. Even though he was mostly working the entire place on his own from when we arrived until closing time, he was polite efficient and in great humour. Alfie is a credit to Felsons and made our night. My team & I thoroughly enjoyed every minute and that was thanks to Alfie. We will definitely be back for our next night out.

Booked to play pool and paid in advance. When we got to the venue we were told pool was cancelled due to flooding or damp issues with the venue. We had paid in advance and the venue did not bother to contact us to inform us that our booking had been cancelled due to the flooding etc. Crap service and very unprofessional, as we had come to Birmingham especially for this.

Menzi Khumalo was very welcoming and served with a smile, nice chilled atmosphere and nice spot for a few drinks.

Great place - pool tables are in dire need of a re-cloth though! If that is sorted out this will be a 5* venue.

Its basically a Down stairs part of walkabout broad street, place was freezing cold, very un lively, beer was off and had to replace 5 pints ( which they did without question) very underwhelming

The place is a good looking spot with loads of pool tables and a good atmosphere. The drinks are high quality and taste good for a cheap price.

Hired two pool tables for 2 hours for family. Excellent atmosphere, value for money. Didn't eat but had cocktails which were good. Would come again.

First timers. Was served by a guy named joe. He greeted us on entry, Polite and good energy. We was recommended a strong shot again (75%) what we wanted exceeded expectations! We played 2 games of snooker it being my first time the atmosphere and drinks kept us going. Everyone was minding their own Buisness whilst enjoying. Was a nice night and thanks to Joe the bartender for making it extra special for us!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff. We went here after a bottomless brunch on Saturday afternoon, for my birthday. Really enjoyed it and will return next time. I've been once before and it was the same then, really fun, good drinks and good music.

Spot is lovely and chilled. Good atmosphere, our bartender Jo was friendly and advised on which drinks he would recommend and what goes in them . I’ve been here many times and Jo is definitely the most helpful and informative as well as being relaxed...

My friends and I came here for the first time last night and we thoroughly enjoyed our time and a special shout-out needs to go to Shanelle(Chanelle?) who made the best sex on the bondi beach cocktail I’ve had in a while. She was lovely and clearly explained how the place worked. Would definitely come back again!

Cool venue, nice drinks at reasonable prices. Didn't get chance to get on a pool table sadly as it was absolutely rammed Saturday afternoon, after an hour or so of waiting using the queue system we gave up and left. Hopefully will have better luck next time.
