Terrible experience, I paid full price for two breakfasts, received neither in 25 minutes whilst another three tables that had ordered full meals after us received theirs. We overheard heated arguments in the kitchen about who had mixed up orders and eventually a member of staff asked what we had ordered. Our parking permit was due to run out so we left with out eating, without apologies . Shambolic management.

I felt really at ease at first it seem to be friendly and welcoming, so I don't know why I was spoken to in the way I was by one of the managers he was mean and spiteful with the way he spoke to me. I couldn't get out of of there quick enough. I'll never be going back. I just don't get it why would you do that for absolutely no reason.

I bit into an earring aid battery whist eating a M&S cheese and onion bake. I reported it to M&S who informed me that, following investigation đ, they found their systems to be robust and that it could not have come from one of their products. This implies that I am lying and, importantly, they have not apologised for the toxic matter discovered in one of their food items. They have offered me ÂŁ15.00. I have, of course, rejected it. M&S continue to state that there is nothing more they can do. In my opinion, they can acknowledge that I am telling the truth. I shall not be shopping in M&S until this matter is resolved. Potential customers of cheese and onion bakes beware!

I'm a coffee cake addict & my partner heard they make it at Blake's so he brought me one as a surprise. At first I was happy but once I tasted it, I felt nauseated. I don't know quite how to describe it... the fondant on top is very scarce, but that's ok because it tastes vile, too sweet & the coffee flavour seems to come from some kind of terrible flavouring/essence, not from actual real coffee... the cake loaf itself - again, overly sweet & no coffee flavour whatsoever, pretty dry, topped with a few rancid walnuts... Also when I found out how much it costs, I was even more upset. I can get 2 much bigger coffee cakes from the supermarket for this price, more importantly those cakes would be edible.

Awful service. Went there this evening and the 2 male workers didn't acknowledge us. Constant banter, the guy who made the drink kept touching his face..yuck. I couldn't get a word in. Mobiles out...yap yap. Terrible terribld service. Never again

You may get quality food for top dollar here, but thatâs the only thing youâre going to get. This store will definitely not win for friendliness and customer service. Staff esp at the check out are generally sour faced and glum. Attn: management - pls invest in more staff training. Emphasise in treating ALL customers equal, esp race and colour.

Very slow service, often no spoons available, the most expensive cafe I got to for coffee, and to make it worse, they refuse to take cash unlike all other decent coffee shops. Really needs a good shake up!

Called while away on holiday to the Tetbury branch, bought 2 danish pastries costing a whopping ÂŁ7.50. One was too highly baked that it tasted slightly burnt and was not a great flavour, add to this that I ate this four hours later and it tasted stale as if it was a previous days bake. The other was not much better, again tasting like yesterdayâs bake and both most definitely not worth the price. Thoroughly disappointed with my purchases and glad to say its not my local bakers.

If you like baked bacon thatâs been stuck in a pot thatâs cold, tasteless and hard, then this is the place for you! Just Awful.

Iâve used Warrens for a few years now and in my humble opinion theyâre the nicest pasties and pastries you can get around Plymouth from a âchain bakeryâ BUT youâd have to remortgage your house if you want to buy for a family of 5 like I have sometimes. Theyâre really expensive. Iâd also advise getting sweet pastries early on in the day too to avoid any being stale. A massive plus is that the staff are lovely at this particular branch.

Went in with a friend today around 25-30 minutes before the shop was due to close. Was met with death stares and dead pan faces, the customer service from the lady with short orange/red hair with glasses was awful! Just asked us âwhat did we wantâ and then continued to sweep and shut down the shop around us asking us to move out of the way a few times whilst she swept. However the other lady who made the shakes was nice and the shakes themselves were fantastic :)
