Called while away on holiday to the Tetbury branch, bought 2 danish pastries costing a whopping £7.50. One was too highly baked that it tasted slightly burnt and was not a great flavour, add to this that I ate this four hours later and it tasted stale as if it was a previous days bake. The other was not much better, again tasting like yesterday’s bake and both most definitely not worth the price. Thoroughly disappointed with my purchases and glad to say its not my local bakers.

A few years ago I had a Chelsea bun from here, and it was dry as a bone: I wasn't planning to come back. I decided to give it another go, and here are my impressions: for a start there were no labels on most of the confectionery, and it wasn't obvious what some of them were. All I could do is point at a particular product and ask the shop assistant what it was, but because of our relative positions she could not easily see what I was indicating: that meant a lengthy question and answer session with her. For example there was some item covered in something white, which turned out to be white chocolate but there was no way I could have guessed that. There were no price labels, and it is embarrassing to have to ask how much something costs: I was told that one item I wanted was over £3, which seemed a bit expensive for what it was: it wasn't bad, but not particularly good value for money. I usually go to Hobbs House Bakery, and will continue to do so unless these people get their act together.

Halls bakery in Tetbury have had a makeover and it looks great! Everything looks so appealing, especially the cakes. But my ultimate favourite are the baguettes. Best in town? I think they might be!

There overnight breads are by far the best bread you can possibly buy anywhere locally, they have also now introduced some amazing sourdough breads

I bought myself a lovely sticky Lardy which tasted as good as it looked. Lovely array of traditional baked goods.

This bakery looks the absolute business with it's beautiful shopfront and delicious-looking bakes, but our Doughnut Wednesday was a very disappointing affair this week. I visited just after 8am ( so everything should be fresh) and bought 6 doughnuts (£1.35 each) and a sausage roll (£4.00). I was expecting great things for the price. Unfortunately, the doughnuts were not really doughnuts, more sugar-covered sweet bread. They were very dry and the fillings which were oozing out were literally just what you could see. Nothing inside the bread. Had to make tea all round to help wash them down. The sausage roll wasn't much better. Looked lovely, but was pretty much all pastry with a skinny sausage up the middle. All-in-all a very disappointing and expensive experience. Next week I shall revert back to Lidl - 35p each with plenty of jam. Sorry Halls, maybe I caught you on a bad day.

Definitely the worst bakery in the area. Poor value for money, much nicer food avilable in Tetbury. Try Hobbs for quality bakery.

Ordered a Coronation Chicken sandwich and was asked 'Sandwich or Roll' - 'Roll please'. Chose some crisps and a drink (per the meal deal), came to pay to be told that the meal deal doesn't apply as I asked for a Roll. Sharp business practice at best, scam at worst: best avoided.

Toronto Lounge Cirencester Gloucester, the food was absolutely beautiful, freshly made, and very tasty, and most are gluten-free. I had the rice bowl with prawns chicken topped with an egg. The team was very friendly, helpful, and polite. The setting is an old theme, a very unique and quirky restaurant They would check in if you are enjoying the meal. Unfortunately, I didn't take photos. the food was lush and presented well. Definitely will visit again. 5 star ratings
