An other great venue in this brand of restaurant Nicely located to the centre of Cirencester , great coffee and food in a relaxed atmosphere The Miami brunch is my go to meal in this chain

Food was amazing! I’d had a hard day and one particular server, Misty, was incredibly sweet and such an amazing waitress.

Had a takeaway cowboy bugger. Once opened at home container was full of grease and uneatable. £16.50 for that. Never again

As a group we have been here 3 times now. So really don't understand why the take out is so vile compared to what's served in take out. Even my fox wouldn't eat it. The amount of grease in the container 😨 really £16.50 for something not eatable. Staff great hope owners realise their worth. spent £100s. Sort this. If next team building is there I WILL NOT be there

Really nice branch of the lounge restaurant chain in beautiful Cirencester. The lunch special was surprisingly delicious and at a very reasonable price too! Great atmosphere, friendly staff and seating on two floors with a small terrace as well.

This place is super cozy! The food was delicious and service was great! You order online which allows plenty of time for thinking, and then the servers deliver it to your table. Big fan!

Came for food ad drinks with my partner the other day, and the service was top notch great team with good banta. Food came out quick and to a great standard and the cocktails are to die for the betty blue was my favourite. Thank you the everyone at Toro who made date night with my partner a good one! Will definitely be coming back.

Unfortunately myself and my husband had breakfast a toro yesterday and we have had food poisoning ever since for the last 24 hours. Not what I expected so we are very disappointed. How hard is it to get an English breakfast right and cook it well following proper food prep practices. Very disappointed and won’t be going back there

The BEST chicken wings I have ever had! If you like a bit of spice go for the Sriachha but ask for extra sesame seeds! This was unreal!! 👌

Lovely atmosphere. We like to visit this place with our family. There are board games available if kids get bored. Food: if you are meat eater, vegetarian or vegan it is a great place. Restaurant has a great selection of food. Lots of choices so you can come here often and choose something different each time. Food quality is not the greatest comparing to a different places but taste good and I enjoyed it. Service is always lovelt. I like the fact that there is printed separet menu for vegans or vegetarians. Price is afordable. It is a really easy going, chill out place with a cool ambient. 👍

A great little gem. Friendly and attentive staff. We had burgers. They were delicious. Except for the coleslaw that tasted old and there were some mysterious pieces of something on my fries 🍟 😳

Maybe selecting Average is a bit harsh. Just felt it didn't quite make it to a Very Good. A terrace upstairs which was pleasant in the nice weather. Food was good (some of the food could have been a tad hotter TBH). Service was good. Location good etc. So...all good. I did find myself thinking the wait seemed a bit long (think was just over 30 minutes). So really not too unreasonable. There was a guy smoking as well. Funny how times change but both myself and my daughter felt this was 'not right' when having food. TBH I thought this was illegal (but maybe it isn't). Boff.

Regularly use for brunch breakfast, coffee and cake when in town. Friendly helpful staff and nice atmosphere. Wide selection of tasty meals.

My favourite spot to go for food, whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. Such a beautiful location, and the ambience fits this. They have a help yourself water station which is a lovely touch. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I had the soup of the day, which was a tomato and red pepper soup. It was delicious!! The bread to go with it was amazing as well, as well as the sweet potato fries I had on the side. Was a very reasonable price as well, as I find everything in the lounge to be. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Love this place. The food here never fails to impress me. So full of flavour and so different to other restaurants. I had the Miami Brunch and it was amazing.

Visited for breakfast and was really impressed! One lady in particular who was on the bar and seemed high up was very lovely and attentive! Food was delicious and we will be back!

Saturday in Cirencester can be a bit busy so finding somewhere to walk in for lunch is not always easy so for no other reason that they had a table available we found ourselves in Toro Lounge. What a lucky find, it was spot on. I had a Lounge Breakfast and it was one of the best I have eaten, the bacon was delicious. They were busy but the drinks came very quickly and the food shortly afterwards. Service was friendly the pricing competitive, what's not to like?

There is a lovely atmosphere in Toro Lounge, especially at night times. Food is of a high standard and staff members are helpful and clear tables and serve in quick times.

Delicious bacon sandwich and great Mocha coffee, excellent. The staff were all friendly and efficient and I look forward to my next visit!

Came in this evening for a something to eat after shopping with my daughter. Greeted at the door straight away by a friendly, welcoming face. Service was wonderful, the person who brought us our food and drinks, Jason, was extremely helpful and could not do anymore to make us feel welcome. Food was hot and delicious, cocktails were perfect! We will definitely be back!

Amazing food as always! Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. But our waiter (Charlie) really made our experience, so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed so a massive thank you to him!

Really great atmosphere in here and the staff are attentive, but not overly so like some places. Excellent variety of dishes on the menu. The two we had were delicious - well cooked, presented and seasoned. Couldn't fault it. Will definitely go back. 23/10/2023 we've been back several times and the above review still holds true. Menu had changed a little bit, but still has our favourites on there.

We have visited a number of times previously, and have enjoyed our visits. Following today it wouldn’t be top of my list to hurry back. They were incredibly busy, but they had a table outside on the terrace, luckily a lovely sunny October day. The menu was via a QR code, which worked on my phone, but not my friend’s. Once ordered there a long wait for the hot drinks to arrive. My matcha arrived initially with the additional ingredient of a hair (the other drinks were fine). When I questioned whether it was a hair with the waitress denied it, and only accepted it when I fished it out. My new matcha returned (hairless), but was lumpy and not pleasant to drink. There was a long wait for food, they were busy so that was understandable. 2/3 meals were delivered earlier than the remaining meal, to the extent that I thought mine had been forgotten about (and had to steal a hash brown). Mine arrived a good 5 minutes later, after my friends were well through their meals, with no apology. The cutlery I was given was also dirty and needed to be swapped for clean. It appeared to be a common theme with food delays today, as I heard the waitress apologise to another two tables. Her delivery needs some improvement, as she sounded, insincere and uninterested. The meals itself was fine. The Miami breakfast and large breakfast both had good presentation, and were tasty. The Nasi Goreng wasn’t too appealing to look at but was tasty enough and plentiful. The serving staff could do with some lessons in etiquette, as I don’t appreciate people adjusting themselves (at eye level) before serving me my food. The dress of one of the staff looked liked pyjamas and incredibly scruffy. Such a shame!

order for takeaway the chips had small portions which was ridiculous and the bacon and cheese burger was creasy and cold the hallumi burger was cold the brownie was also cold and hard no happy with it at all

A pleasent lunchtime experience with my daughter. Just wish there was a better waiter/waitress experience, such as someone to take our order at the table, so that we could talk about the food and what to expect.

I’m a regular customer here and have never had a bad experience, super friendly sweet chatty staff and great food, should venture out and try new places but the food and atmosphere is just so good for the price!

Popped in for breakfast as you know what you're getting in a loungers. Food was freshly cooked and piping hot all served by friendly staff. Highly recommended 😋

Friendly Staff, Out of this world Food, Nice Vibe I would personally recommend the pasta, Noodle and fried chicken dishes if your a first timer and too be honest I had my doubts about the place at first. But I have to say I came out very satisfied with my meal. Would 100% Recommend.

Great place , if you come from other town massive car park just 3 minutes walk. Located in town centre. Nice coctails, think there was a deal for coctails as well. Food very nice, and prices was very good. Interior is amazing absolutely love places like these. Highly recommended 👌

We found the atmosphere a problem here. Staff were not particularly engaged with us, so we ended up choosing another venue. It just seemed too hard for them. We may have come at a bad time as we were off peak. The menu was varied and seemed to have some options.

Lovely lunch with colleagues. Everyine enjoyed their food. An amazing selection to choose from. I had a herby chicken, avocado and bacon salad with a side of sweet potato fries. Really yummy and came quite quickly. My only issue was the sweet potato fries were a little bit cold. But it wouldnt put me off and we will visit again

We popped in for a quick bite and we weren't disappointed. There's a lovely outdoor seating area on the first floor which was perfect for a sunny day. The light snacks we had were tasty and service was friendly and very quick. Tables were clean, and staff seemed very attentive. Food and drinks are reasonably priced.

Love Toro, and the other Lounges that we've visited. Always great food and the staff are always cheerful and welcoming. Some of the best coffee around, too.

There’s lots of great food and drinks to have at Toro Lounge, and paying is easy because it’s done online (unless you have allergies). However, there’s very little interaction between staff and customers. You arrive and are told to wait to be seated, only for them to tell you to sit wherever. When it comes time to order and pay, you are asked whether you want to add a tip, but at this point, you’ve barely received any service. When the food does arrive though, which is in good time, we always enjoy it. Upstairs seating could do with a little more light. They seem to have the bulbs switched off, even if there isn’t much daylight coming from the roof terrace. Overall though, it is a lovely place for a meal.

Can I give six stars? Had my daughters party there last week and it was superb. they did all they could for her and then some. We have a horrible family situation but they allowed us to forget it for one night. All the staff were nice without being intrusive, they were all just spot on. Got the complex order right with no redoing, food was timely and excellent. Just could not be better

It was lovely to be able to sit outside on their outside terrace. Watch out if you don't like the sun as currently there is no shelter from shades or umbrellas. All ordering is via their app now so yet another thing to download. Food is good but for 2 of our party, the main element of their salad was missing, so be aware.

Plenty of potential here, good food options, quirky decor, space outside on the roof terrace... I would recommend it for a group of friends getting together for drinks and mezze style food. It's comfortable with a nice atmosphere, food okay and so are the drinks.
