Burger w/ chips and drink £15. Staff are great, they’re very quick, friendly, happy to help. Nice atmosphere, sit where you like when quiet. Food was lovely, only gave a 4 star for that as presentation could’ve been better and not a very big portion of slaw.

Amazing place. Fantastic service, great food. Very attentive and kind staff. Very family friendly too, highchairs, space for pushchairs and a regular baby group advertised too. Would not hesitate to return. The chap who served us was lovely. 5 stars and then some!!

The customer service here is ALWAYS outstanding. Great team! We had a Birthday table booked for ten people on 14th April - the booking system was easy to follow for the deposit, and Gary was attentive to our table throughout the evening despite also having lots of other tables in too. THANK YOU! We had a great time.

Walked into Cirencester after arriving at our hotel A beautiful sunny day, so looking for an outside dining space. This fitted the bill perfectly, as it has an extensive gluten free menu too. The GF burger was fantastic, so long since I have had a decent GF burger, and took the opportunity to enjoy a cocktail in the sun, as no more driving today. Had to leave a review so other diners can enjoy the experience too.

Came here a few months ago but forgot to review. Lovely place and easy to order online. I had the pancakes and a tea which was lush. Only issue was the waiter just came and dumped the stuff on the table infront of us, didn't ask who was having what or even the dish names which I thought was a bit abrupt. Other than that, as I said, it was lush and the atmosphere was lovely

This is a fantastic place. Everything about it is excellent, but it’s the staff that really makes it special. Jason and his team are brilliant. My elderly mum lives just down the road, and they go the extra mile for her when we bring her in for a delicious meal. Many thanks to everyone.

Toronto Lounge Cirencester Gloucester, the food was absolutely beautiful, freshly made, and very tasty, and most are gluten-free. I had the rice bowl with prawns chicken topped with an egg. The team was very friendly, helpful, and polite. The setting is an old theme, a very unique and quirky restaurant They would check in if you are enjoying the meal. Unfortunately, I didn't take photos. the food was lush and presented well. Definitely will visit again. 5 star ratings

What a wonderful cafe. On each previous visit I've either had a take away or sat downstairs completely oblivious to the fact that there's a large seating area and even a lovely outdoor area too on the first floor!!! Fabulous and the definitely the best latte in town.

Good venue , good coffee . My only disappointment was the sausage . Last time a went it was A Jessie Smith sausage . The best. Staff busy but great .

Had an amazing gluten-free bacon cheese burger and fries. Forgot how much I miss having a burger in a bun out. Great food, great service and dog-friendly so we could bring our pup. Would definitely recommend and visit if near here again.

Called in to have a coffee, went to counter and paid cash for it gave £20 note given change for a £10 note, informed the server who then said I cant open till , have to wait for manager. Did get the correct change eventually but staff need to check what there given and how much change they give back (staff training). Also you need to take a torch with you as its so dark in there, not good for elderly people.

As soon as I walked in I realised this place had the feel of the Cosy Club chain of restaurants. Pictures all over the walls, mostly portraits, a very young team of staff, and a slight atmosphere of contrived cosiness. Really busy though, so obviously very popular, and there is at least the superficial snugness of a Victorian coffeehouse. I ordered a latte, which was mediocre - it arrived in less than a minute after ordering, which led me to believe that perhaps its preparation had been a little slap-dash. The waitress seemed pleasant enough, if a little vacant, so I would guess the coffee-making training had been insufficient, rather than a careless attitude.

There is a lack of communication between servers. I had a children’s meal but wanted a diet coke with it. I asked for no drink and put in the note section that I would like ‘a diet coke please.’ Apparently as it wasn’t ordered ‘properly’ and only put on the note section it wasn’t paid for. The server told us this and gave us the impression she would add it to the order for us. She didn’t do this and after a while I went to the bar and asked where it was. They did sort it out for me but it was obvious there was a miscommunication between staff. In addition to this, my portion was way smaller than it should have been. Half a pot of beans and half a thing of chips.

We stopped here for a light breakfast. It was one of the few places I have been where all the staff were on the same page. Each customer was greeted on arrival with a smile, seating options and asked if there were any food allergies needing consideration. Children, dogs, everyone was welcomed with the same warmth. We needed to be quick and our server checked when our order was likely to arrive, bringing it to our table even quicker than anticipated. The place was clean and had a very relaxed atmosphere even though there was a constant stream of customers arriving. Highly recommended.

Another tasty meal at a Lounge in a relaxed atmosphere perfect for a stop off from Market Harborough on the way to Bath. Should we return to Cirencester, then I'm confident we'll return to Toro Lounge. If the weather is good, there's a, roof terrace you can sit out on

We've been in quite a few Lounges and know we can trust the quality of the food and quantity in the plates, so popped to Toro tonight to check it out. Good food, though Nasi goreng's flavour was a bit overpowering. Great choice for gluten-free foods and quick service.

Quick and friendly service, food was lovely. Atmosphere wasn't great but I did pop in for a lunch mid week. Maybe better Atmosphere in the evening or at weekends!

Had a takeaway cowboy bugger. Once opened at home container was full of grease and uneatable. £16.50 for that. Never again

As a group we have been here 3 times now. So really don't understand why the take out is so vile compared to what's served in take out. Even my fox wouldn't eat it. The amount of grease in the container 😨 really £16.50 for something not eatable. Staff great hope owners realise their worth. spent £100s. Sort this. If next team building is there I WILL NOT be there

This place is super cozy! The food was delicious and service was great! You order online which allows plenty of time for thinking, and then the servers deliver it to your table. Big fan!

Came for food ad drinks with my partner the other day, and the service was top notch great team with good banta. Food came out quick and to a great standard and the cocktails are to die for the betty blue was my favourite. Thank you the everyone at Toro who made date night with my partner a good one! Unfortunately myself and my husband had breakfast a toro yesterday and we have had food poisoning ever since for the last 24 hours. Not what I expected so we are very disappointed. How hard is it to get an English breakfast right and cook it well following proper food prep practices. Very disappointed and won’t be going back there

Lovely atmosphere. We like to visit this place with our family. There are board games available if kids get bored. Food: if you are meat eater, vegetarian or vegan it is a great place. Restaurant has a great selection of food. Lots of choices so you can come here often and choose something different each time. Food quality is not the greatest comparing to a different places but taste good and I enjoyed it. Service is always lovelt. I like the fact that there is printed separet menu for vegans or vegetarians. Price is afordable. It is a really easy going, chill out place with a cool ambient. 👍

The BEST chicken wings I have ever had! If you like a bit of spice go for the Sriachha but ask for extra sesame seeds! This was unreal!! 👌

Maybe selecting Average is a bit harsh. Just felt it didn't quite make it to a Very Good. A terrace upstairs which was pleasant in the nice weather. Food was good (some of the food could have been a tad hotter TBH). Service was good. Location good etc. So...all good. I did find myself thinking the wait seemed a bit long (think was just over 30 minutes). So really not too unreasonable. There was a guy smoking as well. Funny how times change but both myself and my daughter felt this was 'not right' when having food. TBH I thought this was illegal (but maybe it isn't). Boff.

Regularly use for brunch breakfast, coffee and cake when in town. Friendly helpful staff and nice atmosphere. Wide selection of tasty meals.

My favourite spot to go for food, whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. Such a beautiful location, and the ambience fits this. They have a help yourself water station which is a lovely touch. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I had the soup of the day, which was a tomato and red pepper soup. It was delicious!! The bread to go with it was amazing as well, as well as the sweet potato fries I had on the side. Was a very reasonable price as well, as I find everything in the lounge to be. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Saturday in Cirencester can be a bit busy so finding somewhere to walk in for lunch is not always easy so for no other reason that they had a table available we found ourselves in Toro Lounge. What a lucky find, it was spot on. I had a Lounge Breakfast and it was one of the best I have eaten, the bacon was delicious. They were busy but the drinks came very quickly and the food shortly afterwards. Service was friendly the pricing competitive, what's not to like?

There is a lovely atmosphere in Toro Lounge, especially at night times. Food is of a high standard and staff members are helpful and clear tables and serve in quick times.

Came in this evening for a something to eat after shopping with my daughter. Greeted at the door straight away by a friendly, welcoming face. Service was wonderful, the person who brought us our food and drinks, Jason, was extremely helpful and could not do anymore to make us feel welcome. Food was hot and delicious, cocktails were perfect! We will definitely be back!
