Very slow service, often no spoons available, the most expensive cafe I got to for coffee, and to make it worse, they refuse to take cash unlike all other decent coffee shops. Really needs a good shake up!

Tiny hot drink sizes. The size of the baby chino (which is charged for) is absolutely tiny. They are a bit disorganised and Slow. But staff are nice.

I’m not usually a one to write a review however I created the account purely for this one as I was so enraged. This is the second time I’ve been at soho and received appalling customer service. I asked for half a cup of boiling water to heat up my son’s formula. This is a ready to feed bottle so there will be no contact with any formula powder etc- therefore should meet health and safety guidelines. As temperature wise it could be drunk in theory straight out of the bottle therefore no risk of sickness etc. However due to teething he prefers it warmer (for context). Both members of staff were grumpy but provided a tea cup. Because the tea cup was shallow I couldn’t heat up his milk. Therefore I apologised and explained if I could have a takeaway cup instead so it was high enough for the ready to feed to go into. They were very annoyed and looked over who I guess was the manager and said ‘we don’t usually do this’. I was also a paying customer at this point I would like to add. A few weeks ago there was a children’s market and they only had two staff and no one informed them there would be maybe 80 people attending this event. They were snowed under and my partner had to go to Starbucks as we were sellers at the time in the downpour rain to get some hot water. He was also a paying customer then. Ridiculous!!! Now I’ve been to various coffee shops in loads of settings and not once have I been refused in a previous experience or got so pedantic about one takeaway coffee cup and 1/2 cup of hot water. There needs to be better quality of training for the staff and a review of their policies. I myself have worked in customer service for years and I’m not impressed with this at all.

Today I asked for half a cup of hot water to heat our babies milk and the staff refused on ‘health and safety’ grounds. This is utter nonsense as they would be more than happy to sell me a cup of tea full to the brim which is the same temperature. I went across the road to Starbucks in Willow Brook and they were more than happy to help me. I won’t be going to Soho again.

We had an event booked at the venue which Soho provided refreshments and catering for. The level of service was fantastic, which was particularly thanks to a young man called Jack who I believe was the manager. Jack couldn’t have done more for us, he was so accommodating, helpful, and just provided a true 5 ⭐️ service. Thank you for making our event a fabulous experience.

Stood for ages in a queue, only to be given the wrong drink. Instead of replacing it, I was ignored by the sullen staff member while she carried on serving people behind me! Rude! It’s a shame that this little coffee shop is staffed by people who can’t smile and be pleasant with their customers. Dire service. Rude and sullen.

Central Bradley Stoke has a dearth of good cafes, and this one is the best. It is just over the road from the Willow Brook Shopping Centre, part of the modern and clean Leisure Centre complex. The cafe is large, airy, and was busy on a Saturday morning but still with tables free. Service at the counter was very quick despite a small queue, and our coffee and cake were excellent.

Visited today and tried the hot brioche bun with hog roast. It was delivered to our table reasonably quickly in what can only be described as a camping pot. The food in Soho used to be presented so much more nicely until they changed to these camping pots. My bun was very disappointing, it was cold and did not appear to have been cooked properly. I raised this with the manager and he vet quickly apologised and offered to have it remade. The second bun was definitely hotter, but I am afraid to say did not taste particularly good, and was certainly not worth the £6+ price tag. In short good service, but poor food.

Long queue for ordering a mug of coffee. Then had to wait to collect coffee. Price the same for black coffee or white coffee. Reward card available to get a free coffee after 6 visits, as long as you get the card stamped. Lots of seating. Our table was wobbly which spilt the coffee.

Friendly service, good coffee (several sizes) and excellent cake. Particularly recommend the muffin with fresh fruit and cream - delicious! Baby friendly.

Went for lunch. Had to wait at the counter for a longtime. Member of staff no paying any attention to us. She carried on doing things instead of serving us. Then my wife had to walk into the kitchen and ask if there is anyone serving. The girl behind the counter then did respond by saying I'm busy! Then we placed our order and got very abrupt and frosty response. If you hates customers why work in a cafe

TERRIBLE.
