Shakeaway in Wiltshire

Went in with a friend today around 25-30 minutes before the shop was due to close. Was met with death stares and dead pan faces, the customer service from the lady with short orange/red hair with glasses was awful! Just asked us “what did we want” and then continued to sweep and shut down the shop around us asking us to move out of the way a few times whilst she swept. However the other lady who made the shakes was nice and the shakes themselves were fantastic :)

My local Shakeaway. Tasty milkshakes, however, they never fill up your desired sized cup!! There will be mixture still left in the blender that they throw out instead of pouring out the whole amount!! The wastage at this place must be insane!! I asked for my cup to be filled up but she gave me a poor excuse that it leaves room for toppings! (even though my shake came without toppings)😂😂She reluctantly poured a bit more out from the blender, but there was still plenty left. Strange and expensive at £5.79 for a large Milky Way! Staff have absolutely zero personality and are usually fairly miserable too. If you were working in here on 4th August 2024… be embarrassed, grab some personality and stop ripping off customers!!!

Supervisor is awful, mean to her people and rude. Milkshakes are good though! Wide range of flavours, good quality ingredients and not unreasonable price.

Fui allí para tratar a mi hermano pequeño, para empezar, tomé mal mi bebida y la intercambié con otras parejas, cuando tomamos nuestras bebidas y comenzamos a alejarnos, mi hermano seguía encontrando montones de envoltura de Twix en su bebida, algunos subiendo por su Paja

¡Mi favorito es un caramelo y un caramelo, hecho bellamente por Tiffany! ¡Un gran servicio con algunas melodías apropiadas en el fondo!

Fuimos allí para dos batidos, personal amable y el lugar está limpio. Sin embargo, había una cola esperando que se hicieran bebidas y no había mucho espacio, así que todo el mundo estaba metido. Los batidos no son tan agradables, solo mezclaron barras de chocolate, etc. con leche. Los pedazos de barra bloquean la paja y no es muy sabrosa. No me molestaría de nuevo.

Consistently good milkshakes!!! Always stop by to get something for my little one, she absolutely loves it.

I have gone into shakeaway on occasion as a treat and have never been disappointed. There are so many different flavors of shakes to choose from and with plenty of dietary options to suit everyone. The staff in there are very helpful and have always been friendly
