Costa Coffee in Bristol, City of

Esta es, en mi opinión, la mejor Costa para el servicio. Probablemente voy a 4 restaurantes Costa diferentes en Bristol con bastante regularidad, pero este en Avonmeads siempre parece muy amable y bien dirigido. Particularmente me encanta ver a Tom ya que siempre es optimista y terminas sintiéndote mucho más feliz! El ambiente es cómodo y casual y a veces voy solo y me siento perfectamente feliz allí. Sentí que debía dejar esta reseña como el único en trip advisor me pareció salvajemente atípico, tal vez esta persona fue desafortunada.

Nasty, passive aggressive manager who clearly likes to bully his customers by making them feel uncomfortable. Awful experience.

I usually use this Costa on my way to work. However, I will no longer be doing so. The manager is extremely rude and quite passive aggressive in his demeanour, whispering about customers, giving dirty looks, and using catty responses to questions. Very unprofessional and an awful experience all round.

He usado a Costa para conseguir mi gordo almuerzo del viernes. Quedé realmente impresionado con el distanciamiento social y el amable servicio profesional que recibí que definitivamente usaré regularmente.

Como siempre en Costa, una buena selección de cafés y pasteles mientras compras. Debes probar una mezcla más fuerte de café y magdalenas.

Bonito pastel de té y servicio muy rápido. Personal muy agradable. Mucho espacio de estacionamiento como en un parque comercial. Mejor que algunos Costas en los que he estado.

Situated conveniently on the Avonmeads retail/entertainment site, this is a totally standard Costa. Our coffees were OK, the cake was fresh, and the tables clear. Nothing special but convenient and perfectly acceptable.

My daughter and I visited yesterday for coffee. We were so disappointed with both toilets being dirty and no loo roll. Also tables not cleared and dirty floors. We did mention to staff who shrugged and made no comment. These prices deserve better cleanliness.

Costas are pretty much the same where ever you go, coffee is priced as other chains and food is logically priced the same..as it's now been sold by Whitbread will be interesting to what direction the new owners take.. I've never understood the principal in this country of cost differences for food for eat in or take away, just do as the USA and stick it in a bag and charge one price..

Standard Costa coffee shop, overpriced as per all coffee shop chains. 2 drinks + 2 cakes not much change from a tenner!

went here yesterday and on entering the place it was a mess. all the vacant tables had not been cleared and had used cups and food wrappings on them. Approached the counter and spoke to an abrupt man who was the manager and asked if they were able to clear the tables for us. he said they would do it but we had to bear with him, which we did and then he asked us what we wanted so placed an order for two lattes and he said to sit down and we said we would prefer to wait for the tables to be cleared as they were messy. he told us to sit down and he would send the drinks over when they were done. we sat down and the table was cleared eventually, with a shabby old cloth. the guy at the counter then shouts out that order is ready to be collected so we get the drinks and they looked like mugs of milk, no coffee in sight or taste. we asked if they could be replaced and he agreed and provided two replacements which were of equally poor quality. If you do go here expect to receive poor service, rude staff and tasteless drinks - enjoy
