Awful service. Went there this evening and the 2 male workers didn't acknowledge us. Constant banter, the guy who made the drink kept touching his face..yuck. I couldn't get a word in. Mobiles out...yap yap. Terrible terribld service. Never again

Called in for a coffee break and ordered two skinny vanilla lattes to go. Something has changed. This is usually a great tasting coffee but not now. Ugh, what’s going on?

Served by a lovely SMILEY lady in the middle Costa in the services. Whilst being served, I was rudely interrupted by a leader/manger type lady who was my side of the till, who lent over to the lovely SMILEY lady serving me and said “wash your hands after that, smile more, like all the time.” The lovely SMILEY lady who served was very pleasant to me so I told her she was doing fine and she looked wonderful. As an acting manager, if you feel you have a need to speak to your staff regarding their performance or attitude then I think the best way to do this, is out of the customers sight. If you don’t think your staff are ‘smiling enough’ perhaps it’s because they are not ok and maybe the best solution for that is to have a friendly chat, out of sight. Don’t belittle your staff members in front of customers, pretty sure they won’t smile more after that! The service I received was lovely and just what I needed on a long journey. 😌

We have visited many costas and this is average. Most Costas are good this isn't bad. Nothing to grumble about.

Just stopped off here for a coffee. Ordered a skinny white cappuccino for my partner. There servers didn’t have a clue whose drink was whose. It took 15 minutes for me to pay. We also ordered a panini. It was cooked and handed to someone else so I saw the server go back to the fridge to pick up another one when my partner went to get it. I went back to pick it up 25 minutes after it had first been ordered and was given a brief “sorry” by the manageress. Anyone planning a quick pit stop might like to avoid this particular costa.

A service station is never somewhere you arrive expecting airs and graces, or even the most endearing of staff, it is a glorified pit stop. So it was only to my delight to, after working through the night I decided I needed a coffee from the Westbound services before the final stretch of A-Road home. When I approached Costa I noticed how clean, open and welcoming it was, and despite it being morning and the brigade of drivers and commuters starting to assemble the staff on shift were more than accommodating, no script required to accompany their genuine enquiries about people's days and journeys. I was served by a young lady who's impeccably made flat white lifted me for the last half an hour of my journey. I think her name was Ella? Thankyou Moto/Costa, my first choice as a midway point on the M4.

Somewhere there must be a warehouse full of " Costa in a box kits" and this is another one, but if it ain't broke why fix it? The coffee is always to my taste even if l have to explain over and over that you do not need milk with a black coffee. Please pay attention to what I want before you try getting me to by something else.

Usual costa can't complain apart from wishing their coffee cappuccino wasn't so watery. I live in hope. Busy place but staff lovely .

Having flown overnight to Gatwick we were desperate for a decent cup of coffee by the tine we got along the M4. Unfortunately the coffee produced by the Costa franchise at Leigh Delamere services was appalling. We had to take the first effort back but even the replacement was barely drinkable. Having visited quite a few Costa outlets and have had reasonable coffee we couldn't believe how they could get it so wrong.

The speaker in the drive through needs to be fixed, you have to shout your order, not good if you have a sleeping baby in the back and want a quiet coffee

I think when you opt to eat breakfast in a supermarket cafe there aren’t expectations of gourmet food. However I think there are standards you should be able to expect and Morrisons spectacularly fell short of even the lowest expectations! My breakfast was just over £11 as I added a couple of extras. Mushrooms were tinned and cold. Tomatoes were chopped tinned and cold. Bacon was lightly warmed in the microwave and came complete with flabby undercooked rind and was covered in white gunk. Sausage was deep fried, and of the quality that even the dog would turn its nose up at. Hash browns were overdone but passable. Toast came cold and chewy with a nice slab of hard butter on top! All this came with a cappuccino that tasted like the machine needed a good clean and service lacking anything close to a smile! I won’t be returning to experience their vile offerings again!

Wedding coordinators both amazing. Prompt and professional support and advice. Food was better than some Michelin restaurants I’ve been to. Five star quality; amazing service and would highly recommend. Venue went over and above what was necessary from free coffee to supporting external vendors and accommodation
